NH Plaza - Cenova

Terrific hotel, in a Terrific sity. Not really expensive but really cosy and clean with a great view outside. But Genova is something - the most amazing ciy I've been -* even better than the hotel!

I'm sure our room was state of the art in the 1960's! It was clear that our room hadn't been used or cleaned for several weeks - the water in the toilet was rusty and the pan was dirty. The breakfast was average to a 3 star hotel buffet quality. However, it was in a good location, so if you're going to be out all day and don't want a nice 4 star breakie […] then it should suit you. The hotel has a perfect location at the heart of the business district. The rooms are designed with Italian schick. A lovely bathroom with pampering amneties. The stuff is very friendly and helpfull. The rate is very reasonable. Highly recomended.

The NH Plaza (which used to be called the Jolly Hotel) occupies a good location at the top of Via Roma, which has shops like 5th Avenue in New York. It's very close to the Galleria (a covered mall which has book-sellers and 3 restaurants), plus a few other restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast was quite good. And we found the front-desk staff […] very proficient and welcoming. Like many others in Genoa, their command of English is limited, but tourists like us must exercise patience. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. It was in the old part of the building (there's a new wing as well). A good choice for a holiday to Genoa. Devamı

Veramente da consigliare, ottima posizione, gentilezza, pulizia, camere ben curate e rifinite, colazione super.

Har nu vaeret der nogle gange og altid en god oplevelse. Hele hyggelige Trier indenfor 5 min.

General very good - but incredible expensive internet usage! 18 Euro for 24 hours - this pays almost the monthly bill to the internet provider. This is outrageous. Ok breakfast and clean rooms.

Overall OK hotel. The guys at the reception where very slow, and not so interested in our needs. Internet access should be part of the hotel price, and not cost an additional 5 Euro for every 15min. Was that for real?? As the title tells, the breakfast was very nice, and pretty much everything you could expect was there. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel absolut weiter. Wir hatten eines der renovierten Zimmer was absolut top war (Parkett-Boden, modern, sauber). Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls perfekt. A recepção não é atenciosa e não tem inicativa para resolver problemas. O hotel não disponibiliza internet livre.

Qualité de l'acceil inéxistant, nous n'avons même pas pu décharger nos bagages devant l'hotel, on nous a gentillement démandé d'aller nous garer au parking payant à 100 metres. Des cars devaient arrivés! Bruit très soutenu des femmes de chambres dès 8H du matin. Manque de personnel au petit déjeuner entrainant une attente et des demandes incessantes […] pour que le buffet soit approvisionné. Impossibilité de parler à un responsable. Hotellet holder bra standard, og ligger sentralt. Det tar 10 minutter å gå ned til havnen. Et noe vanskelig hotell å besøke dersom du kjører bil. Hotellet ligger 30 meter fra en av byens travleste rundkjøringer.

piacevole , prima colazione molto varia ,ambiente caldo.

Camere comode, pulite e spaziose. Qualità della colazione ottima, sia dolce che salato. Servizi eccellenti. Personale molto disponibile sempre.
