Drury Inn & Suites Northwest Medical Center - San Antonio

Everything was great. The kickback was awesome. The breakfast is super. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything but the noise of the kids running up and down the halls. Can't figure out why hotels have the thinnest walls and you can hear everything. Too bad they can't build them soundproof. Unless your by the airport.

stay was very good during the week. Loud band in an adjoining restaurant kept my wife and I up well past midnight.

over all stay is good. but lack of house keepting. other wise it great hotel.

A quite satisfactory stay. The accommodations were what they were purported to be.

After a day spent in the Texas Hill Country I was glad to be back in a major city. The hotel was very clean but what really made my stay enjoyable was the comfort of the bed. It was one of the most comfortable beds I ever laid on. I was asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow.

Great location, close to several restaurants. Even though they were undergoing a remodel, everything ran smoothly. We were really welcomed and impressed with the front desk staff, especially Heidi Cabello who was so friendly, efficient and helpful. I love this hotel! Not only I enjoy this hotel but my kids make sure we only stay at this one! We stay at the San Antonio northwest medical center! K

This hotel was recently remodeled and they did a great job. Everything is very nice and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were a very nice bonus. The internet was easy to get on and fast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wish there were more of them where we normally travel.

We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The staff was friendly and courteous, the room and hotel very clean. The breakfast and 'kickback' meals were great. We would definitely stay here again!!

We were so impressed, we decided to stay an extra night! The hotel staff was amazing, the room was wonderful. We would again in a heartbeat!

John at the desk was very helpful thruout our stay.The room was very comfortable,the drinks and buffet that were complimentary were excellent.My wife and I will stay at this hotel next we visit SanAntonio...

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was terrific. Free breakfast was delicious and free happy hour drinks and hot snacks made our afternoons very relaxing and fun. Hotel is spic and span.

Great hotel and it is close to all the restaurants, medical center and La Cantera shopping..

Love staying here! Been using this same hotel for about 6 years now as business keeps bringing me back from Jan-May every year. Loved it when I was single and before the "kick back", but now with wife, 3 y/o and 7 m/o it's value is incredible. So nice not to have to load everybody up to go eat in the afternoon. Booked a 2 queen bed suite room for a family of four with two boys (3 years old and infant). Was very impressed with the size of the room, the full-size fridge, microwave and additional sink. Loved having a door on the bedroom, so that we could put the kids in bed and still enjoy a movie without disturbing them after they fell asleep. Suite also featured […] a pull-out couch, and there were plenty of extra pillows and sheets for it in the closet, waiting for us. Hotel was under construction but there was no issue with noise or mess on a weekend. Breakfast was plentiful and laid out to avoid crowding. Only negative - did not enjoy having to use room key to access parking lot through the gate. The reader for the key was too far from the vehicle, and even with long arms, had to get out of the car to reach it. Devamı

This is the best hotel I stayed in San Antonio. I was before at a 5* at the Riverwalk and believe me, it was not better than Drury and I pay a lot more. I remind all visitors that parking in that hotels cost $25 a day. No one penny more att DRURY with free parking and free wi-fi. We picked this hotel because of the 2 room Suite and a indoor pool because we were traveling with our children. The room was good except for the fact the bathroom was so small you could hardly shut the door while inside which makes it hard to care for children. The pool was freezing, and not fun for the kids. Several cars were broken into.

My finance and I needed to find a place to stay in San Antonio over NYE last minute. After searching online we were going to book the location near La Cantera, but the last room was booked moments before us. I ended up booking a room at the Medical Center location without realizing it (I was frenzied and in a hurry...remember, this was last minute!). […] Within a few minutes of receiving my confirmation email, I was in the phone with customer support. They were kind, understanding, and more than happy to help me find a better location. Within 10 minutes we had found the Drury off of Sigma at 1604 and we switched the reservation. I was so happy! Then we drove over and realized this location was brand new. Score! The location was totally convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. I love that the elevator went from the parking garage levels up to the rooms...it made traveling with suitcases and two dogs easier to handle. The room was great - I was a little bummed there was no tub, but the shower and bathroom were very modern and comfortable. The king bed was fantastic - perfect firmness for me. We were on the fifth floor, which also has the workout facility, an outdoor pool, hot tub and lounge area on the backside of the hotel, and a patio on the 'front' side of the hotel - there was tons of parking available in the parking lot. Guests can park free in there - just use your card. That's a nice feature - some hotels charge you to park your car per night (especially in San Francisco). Breakfast is always provided at the Drury, and it was great. Coffee was good too. Couldn't have been a better stay for us. This is our 2nd stay at this location and we had a great experience both times. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast and happy hour were awesome with someone there to assist you all the time.

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, food and drinks on the house was exceptional. Would definately come back and recommend family and friends.

Stayed here with the family for a Seaworld vacation. Room was a little dated but still nice. We loved all the free extras.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Except for the rude guests, the whole experience was so enjoyable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the breakfast and snacks. My picky eater even liked the offerings. The location was centrally located and had easy access on and off the highway. No traffic noise was great. I LOVED THE  […] BED. Devamı

We had requested a non-smoking room, but when we first arrived the room had a musty smell. The room was warm as the air conditioner had not been turned up, so we thought it would go away as it cooled down. We returned hours later and the smell had not dissipated. When we said something at the front desk, they immediately asked if we wanted to move rooms. […] We were heading out for the evening and would not return until quite late, but front desk staff was VERY accommodating and gave us the keys to a new room even though we had not yet vacated the first one. We returned close to midnight and were able to change rooms (to one with no smell!). The rest of our stay was very pleasant. It was nice to have a cold beer on a hot afternoon and the breakfast was more than adequate. We'll stay here again for sure! Devamı

the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly in the afternoon. the morning staff although friendly were not as customer satisfactry as the other shift . The carpets in the hallways most definately need to be changed they were very worn and need to be cleaned. but the room was wonderful,the bed was comfortable and the food was good. Very impressed with the hotel!! Comfy beds and the ro actually looked like the pictures they show!! Breakfast was an added bonus!! Didn't get a chance to enjoy the 5:30 kickback though.

Great location, close to attractions and plenty of restruants and grocery stores in the area. Easy access to freeway to get you where you need to go with no stops....Will stay there again.

This was my first time staying there and I have to say that I was very pleased :) the workers were friendly and the food was great :D I would defiantly recommed this hotel to others :))

We got more than what we paid for. The breakfast and the hot snacks in the evening saved us extra money. The kids enjoyed it as well. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was too cold , my youngest was shivering while swimming. The hot tub quickly became our "pool".
