This hotel was probably really nice in "the Day"....Some improvements have been made, but it's basically pretty Shabby these days.The bed wasn't comfortable, thre was a very old Faux Leather Recliner, Not enough electrical outlets, Heat was turned off, just the AC was on.....they did give us a little portable heater.....The towels were SO OLD, that […] I would have put them in the Rag Bag, if I was at home. No amenities in the bathroom, just a tiny bar of soap and a dispenser int the shower/tub. We had a little patio near the pool, which was nice - altho the furniture was very old and dirty. The pool area is nice and maintained, except for the old diry plastic furniture....We were happy to have a "mini-Fridge". The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Devamı

Air conditioner did not work well for a weekend of 90 degree weather

The staff was very pleasant the grounds werewell kept. It is an older complex but we did enjoy the stay the toilet was the lowest I have seek room was clean no hint of smoke. It was a good value. Breakfast was. a. bit plain no fruit. Only bad part was they booked a bus tour of chineese and put 2 groups next to us they banged doors and yelled until 1pm […] maybe put tours away from single guests this is a big hotel surely tthey could oif done better in placing groups. Things that disappointed -- internet quality so bad it was unuseable, heat only available in room, card key disabled when I returned at 11 am the morning of check-out. Things that were OK -- beds, hot water and shower, coffee maker, just the basics for staying overnight.

The Hotel was very nice but we had a few issues with the room - The comforter on one bed was extremely badly stained and we didn't want to have it on the bed and the towels in the bathroom were very discolored. The hotel is at a main street, near major malls and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. The hotel offeres a very good complementary breakfast. Large, airy rooms. we arrived late D/T a storm and there was actually some one at the desk, not some one we woke up. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and found the staff to be very cordial. The rates were very reasonable. However we had no control over the room temperature at during this time of year there is a heat only option and when we ran the fan it was running heat. There was no way to just circulate air. We ended up leaving the window open during […] the night. When my husband took a shower the first night, the water temperature was barely warm. By the next morning when I took a shower the water was not too much warmer. The last morning my husband said he could feel the springs in the mattress. However, my bed was very comfortable. I would not recommend this to a friend without telling them of the problems we encountered. Not sure what would change if it had been during a hot summer time of year. I did not feel safe at this motel. Some rooms have full time occupants who hang around at all hours of day and night roaming the hall and grounds. This motel is older and in a commercial area. Very noisy. The staff was very nice but I will not stay at this motel again.

Hotel is adequate and clean, but a little dated. The phone in the bathroom was a dial phone!!! The wifi was not the fastest. Hotel is on a main street with lots of eating places near by.

Very unpleasant smell in the lobby. We couldn't sleep with the noise from T.V. set in the next room. The hall was dark and the open back door made us feel very unsafe.

The hotel was cold, could not figure how to turn on the heat. Bathroom was small, bed was hard and had no usable electric plugs.

We had an excellent experience at the Water Tree Inn. The room heater was too hot so they gave us a fan and that made the room perfect. They also provided free internet. The comp breakfast was too plain and could have been improved!

Really a great place, Fresno, Calif. Water Tree, I was very pleased with the overall quality. Also, there are super eateries very nearby. Grand experience! Thank You! Patti G.

This night it was VERY noisey from other guest, until 3:00am. The chair was broken and the bed very hard.

The hotel was fine except for the fact that you could not turn the heat down in our room. We went to bed and it was 70 degrees and when we got up in the morning it was 80 degrees. When I told the front desk they did not seem concerned about the discomfort.

The room was very, very large! it was clean, neat, and the wifi worked great. When I asked for another blanket the staff brouht it right up, even though it was after hours. The price was very reasonable too.

Good for the Money. Did not do room make up service on Thanksgiving Day. Other 2 days were great.

My Cross Country Team stayed there twice this past season and found the hotel to be a good, value priced hotel. The only suggestion would be to increase the offering of the breakfast menu and make sure there is enough to last the entire breakfast time schedule.

There was some garabge in the room and a broken thing for I think shampoo and soap in the shower being held up with tape on the wall not very nice looking at all and a old phone the kind with the dial not a push button and it was taped too in the bathroom.

The first room was real bad. Dirty furniture and carpet, old stains etc. But the worst part was the patio area, dog feces on one side and cat feces on the other where sand bags had been left from some apparent rain/water damage. Room very musty, however that being said the woman on staff was nice enough to change our rooms to a better, cleaner at least […] with no feces on patio area. Devamı

It seems like every time I use hotels.com my room is either by an elevator or by a stairwell or ice machine. During this stay we were preparing for a Cross Country Meet, kids need good sleep, at 4 am a Japanese tour bus was loaded with many tourists dragging their suitcases down the stairwell...unfortunately, three of the five rooms we had were located […] right next to the stairs..... Does Hotel.com get the worst rooms or do hotels just decide to put hotel.com guests in the less attractive rooms? We plan on staying here again in November, we'll see if it changes. Devamı

as soon as i got there i checked the fridge and it was broken so i got another room then the shower took about 10 minutes to get warm in the new room ..the key cards wernt working, the walls were paper thin and i woke up to people yelling ...maybe it was just me but i had a horrible experience and i wont be staying there again

Have stayed here many times. Always a guaranteed experience. Rooms, staff & continental breakfast all good.

Bed little bit hard and pillow to thick but all well good.

With the price we paid over the hotels.com, it was a good considering we traveled during the holiday season, Labor day weekend. The hotel staff is friendly. The king's bed room has almost everything, hair dryer, fridge, clothes Iron and stand.... The room was clean. The only thing I would think they can improve is the breakfast.

Hotel was good for short stay . Fridge didnt work. Bath tubs were looking old. Breakfast was ok. Effective for the low rate.

Decent value. The desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. The matress was indeed the hardest one I have ever slept on. The AC worked pretty well, which was good since it was very hot outside (Fresno in Summer - imagine.)

this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They put us in the same wing as about 60 people on a tour who got up at 3 in the morning and were very loud until 4:30. Our room also stunk so bad! The neighborhood was so scary and half of the outside lights did not work. Never stay there!

This hotel was as I expected...a discount chain and perfect for what we needed which was a place to stay on our way to our final destination. Checked in at 2:00AM from behind a protective glass window and closed off lobby...always good for that secure area feeling. We had the continental breakfast next morning, nothing to write home about...poor quality […] items and few choices but we made due. Kids used the pool before departing and that was good and refreshing. Saw maid in the hallway...she was not pleasant and didn't speak to us when acknowledged...maybe a language barrier. I've stayed at this Inn off and on for the last 30 years. Yes, it is not what it once was, but still a very good value.

The hotel did not impress me. It provided an ok place to sleep, but I'm not sure it was worth the rate. The so called "breakfast" wasrather pittiful. It offered two types of cereal, white bread, minibagels, juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

they had booked us a room upstairs I had e-mailed them and asked them for a downstairs room because i do not do stairs and they changed it and we were downstairs then.We got in late and went to eat dinner and then everyone was outside in the pool,buses so we enjoyed watching tv and taking a bath,shower and air condioning too.the breakfast was good we […] got waffles and bagels and cereal and juice. This is an older but well maintained hotel. The staff was very helpful, and able to assist in every way we requested. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing after a day of travel. Breakfast was not as good as other places I've stayed - but enough for a traveler wanting to get going in a timely manner.

Very Clean and quiet. Good locating for food and shopping. Easy to get to. Friendly staff

all the doors in access areas were wide open and we are highly allergic to cig smoke.we thought the room would smell too. it did not but the air condioner was really slow to cool down the room.then when we went to breakfast we thought homemade waffles oh boy,we were disappointed that they had no homemade or frozen waffles at all?? they ran out of the […] frozen waffles right then. we are not coming again. I enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet. The hotel was in a safe location and secured by gates at night

you get what you pay for. I wasn't disappointed.

On arriving to our 2nd floor room we noticed a homeless person sitting in the hallway just 3 doors away from us. Give the hotel staff kudos for getting him out quickly. One bed hard, other soft. sheets thin and stained. Room size decent and quiet but not worth the price.
