Washington DC'yi gormek isteyenler icin fiyatı uygun bir otel. Washington sadece 8 mil ve trafigi rahat. her yanş basinizda alısveris yapabileceginiz yemek yiyeceginiz yerle mevcut. sabah kahvaltılarda guzeldi, giristekile guleryuzlu idi. tek sorun otel eski olması nedeniyle halılar temiz degildi ve biraz koku vardı. ama kısın gıtmemıze ragmen ısınma sorunu olmadı. sonuc olarak bu fiyata supeeeer bir otel

The rooms are very large and clean. The only problem is the thoel is quite far from the downtown. P.S.: ıf you are using a GPS, enter the state as Virginia.

"Convenient location"

"Clean and affortdable hotel in the woods"
I arrived at the large country estate after dark. The inadequate signage inside the estate, especially if you arrive via the Newbridge Drive entrance, is useless in locating the hotel reception and the hotel itself. It took a telephone call to the hotel front desk for the direction to the reception. The room room accommodation was reasonably comfortable […] with adequate space and furnishing, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, and a decent flat screen TV. The whole place had the atmosphere of a well-appointed college dorm, however. I would not mind staying here again if I need to be in the north-west side of D.C. and have limited budget. Devamı

"Tiny room."
To say it was small would be a gross understatement. Tiny. Lilliputian. Microscopic. Claustrophobic. Like a jail cell with a nice tv. Price was good for the area but two people in thus room would be torture. Dud I mention the room was small. Pizza at bar was lousy too. Was clean and convenient but only a last repet if I was traveling alone.

"Can't beat the price"
Stayed for one night while traveling for a fellowship interview at the NIH. I had a rental car so it worked out great. Clean, not luxurious, but you can't beat the price. Would be impossible without a car though.
"Great hotel. But kinda out there"
The hotel and conference center is beautiful but it is far away from everything. Getting anywhere takes at least 30 min. The room was very small with a double bed. But great service, nice hotel, beautiful campus, and great rate.
"Very Fancy"
My friends and I needed a place to stay in DC and this was close enough and on what my friends recommended as a safe side of town. The price was very reasonable and the hotel was a lot larger than I expected. Only trouble was finding the hotel at 11 at night because I mistook the complex as a school or medical center.
"Bolger Hotel"
The Bolger Hotel is special because it's on it's own beautiful campus. We stayed in the Osgood Building. The room was nicely decorated and the only minor complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower. If you have an event in the Rockville/Potomac area, this is a great place to stay.

"Lovely area"
We had an issue with our phone, but it was looked into immediately! Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM, and it was a malfunction. Hey! At least we know it was working :-) The hotel was very gracious and offered a discount.
Rooms are SMALL!!! Basically only room for the bed and desk. I didn't even have anyplace to put my suitcase. The restaurant is also expensive and only open during certain hours and no room service. Not much in the way of restaurants, gas stations, ect in the area. The site is beautiful though and the staff was very friendly.
"Great For The Price"
My only complaint or concern is the utilization of the space in Single rooms. I don't expect much room but with large computer style chair (on wheels) in position at desk, it is very difficult to move about. The hotel itself is like a college campus. Beautiful. And if driving personal car, it is a short 10 minute drive to the Metro and then about 1/2 […] hour trip to DC. Food at hotel is very satisfying and quite cheap for what is received. the Bolger Hotel/conf ctr in Potomac, Md. was really a wow!!!! a beautiful setting, convenient to dc, and extremely clean and comfortable!!! it was so clean that it seemed brand new!!!! my husband and i owned and operated a small motel in nh for a few years, and the Bolger is as clean as we made our rooms, and that is the highest compliment i can ever […] give and, they richly deserve it. wow. thank you, Bolger. we'll definitely be back!!!! "Comfortable, clean, and convenient."
We stayed in a deluxe double in building C, and I recommend it very highly. The beds and linens were wonderful and there was plenty of space. Everything was spotless and in working order. The temperature was controlled by a thermostat in the room. The hotel and grounds are really quite lovely. There is a pleasant courtyard and a club for food and drink. […] The location is so convenient. We drove to a nearby subway stop and went into the city from there. Also, don't miss going to Normandie Farm, a great old restaurant right in Potomac. Devamı
"Breakfast is not as good as before"
The hotel itself is fine. Great surroundings, room is fine. But they have started to cut corners on the breakfast. Catering manager is unreceptive to observations.

Bolger did not have heat in the rooms. I had to order an electric blanket. The menu is terrible. They lied about the shuttle service. There is no shuttle service in the morning to subway. The location is no where close to anything. The hotel is campus feel and have to walk a far way for anything, like the dining facilities. The rooms are as big as a […] closet. great stay at this hotel landscape was amazing and it was clean quiet and the people were great. It had every thing I needed. I recomend this hotel to anyone that likes the outdoors or just want to relax and enjoy nature. Lovely place very safe enviorment.

"Great Value in MD"
Wanted Location convient to DC and able to visit top Montgomery County MD and Fairfax CountyVA High Schools. All 5 of the top MD and 3 of the Top VA are within 8 miles of this hotel. Only 12 miles from Downtown DC but must allow 45 mintues to do two lane rodes.
"The Bolger"
Formerly a convent, this is now a conference center and leadership development center miles away from anything commercial. If you like solitude, this is for you. Very good rates, there's a restaurant/bar on site. Rooms are very tiny but nice and comfortable. If you dont mind driving, i would recommend this place.

"Great Experience!!"
I wish I could put into words how satisfied I was with this hotel, but I can only attempt to. I booked the hotel with a travel website and the price for a one bedroom suite was refreshingly amazing! I come from Jacksonville, NC and there, the businesses do everything they can to exploit Marines and their families by raising hotel prices by a LOT. The […] staff was exceedingly helpful and generous by giving us directions to the nearest night life, getting us a cab number, and even printing off maps and directions when asked! The staff went out of their way, with a genuine interest in doing their best to serve us. Even the room keys are worthy of mention! The room keys come in a sleeve with a plot of the area, an address and phone number-should you go out in town. The front desk even drew out directions on the map to the rooms and nearest parking. There were more ammeninities than we had time to take advantage of because we were only there one night. Excellent hotel, and I would reccommend it to everyone I know. Devamı

"Extremely Relaxing Environment"
This hotel had excellent food served in a top-notch atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing and the fitness accomodations were top notch.
"The Bolger was a pleasant, unique hotel experience"
This hotel was quite unusual. One of the older buildings used to be owned by a religious organization, and then it was bought by the U.S. Postal Service for training purposes, at which point several more buildings were added and connected with winding paths through a garden. Then it was converted into a combination of a hotel, conference center, leadership […] training facility, and post office museum, but the influences of all the previous owners are visible throughout the property, from the stain-glass windows, to the framed postage stamps on the walls, to the team-building ropes course. At times, it felt very surreal walking around the buildings. It doesn't have the feel of a hotel at all. It felt more like being at some kind of mental health retreat. The grounds around the property are as quiet and serene as promised. It was almost like walking through a botanical garden. I’m not sure if it’s always that quiet, or if I just happened to pick a good weekend, but the atmosphere was very peaceful. The fitness center was located in a separate building and wasn't just the average tiny room with some exercise equipment in it. It was a completely stocked with free weights and a variety of equipment to keep even the strictest fitness buff happy. The indoor heated pool was something you would expect to see in a competitive swimming facility and the adjoining locker rooms were also up to gymnasium standards. I wasn't intending to go swimming, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to swim in that pool. In most hotels I’ve seen, the gym seems like an afterthought and the pool is usually too small to do any serious lap swimming in. That’s not the case here. If you like working out while staying in a hotel, the Bolger provides the best facilities for doing so that I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I was amazed by how clean the Osgood building was. Rather than waiting for an elevator, I took the stairs and was shocked that even they looked clean. I read in some reviews that some of th Devamı

"Bolger Hotel and Conference Center"
When we checked in we received a lot of useful information for getting around in the D.C. area. We were fairly close to a Metro station and we used the the metro extensively. The grounds are really lovely and quite enjoyable. It was a peaceful retreat to come back to at the end of a busy day.

"Nice Hotel"
This is a nice hotel in a nice area. The front desk associates are pleasant and helpful. However, the room is nothing more than an oversized closet. I would stay here again. I just hope that I get a larger room the next time.

"Bolger Hotel - A Solid Hotel"
The single rooms remind me of European hotels, small. However, as a business traveler, the room was clean and well appointed. The surrounding area is upscale and quite, as was the hotel. The restaurant, in the registration building, had a very small menu, but I found the food I tried was tasty. Oh, the drinks were very reasonably priced. Tell Tyrone […] I said, "Hello!" If you stop by. I wish they had wifi in the rooms, but the wired service we reasonably faster. If in the Maryland area again, I would definitely stay again. Devamı

Though my stay was only overnight it was a very pleasant stay and very convenient to the church I was attending the next day, two miles away. Many reviews read prior to my stay expressed concerns about the size of rooms, I found my room more than adequate for my needs.
