Super 8 Grapevine DFW Airport Northwest - Grapevine

My reservation was messed up - I only got one bed instead of two and the AC quit working several times. The breakfast was good and the location great.

Hotel was clean however it would be appropriate to renovate the rooms. Decor, bedding and carpet are outdated.

We stayed here while attending the Nascar Race. We enjoyed out stay. It was conveniently located to track, restaurantes and shopping. Will stay there again.

This is a good hotel for the price. Everything is clean and well maintained. It is one of the better Super 8's that I've seen. I felt safe there, and there were good restaraunts near by. There was construction in the area so it was a little hard to get to, and the construction workers accidently cut the cable TV line so we didn't have a TV for our stay, […] but the front desk was up front and did what they could to comp. When you stepped out of your room, the main halls smelt like the inside of an ash can. They had brand new carpet in the halls & rooms, but you couldn't tell because of this horrific smoking smell. I could actually stand inside my room & smell that awful smell. Unless you're a smoker, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They only served breakfast foods […] with gluten or milk (yogurt). Since I'm not supposed to have either that left juice or an apple. Usually the bananas were gone before I got down to breakfast. Devamı

Very conveniently located. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very affordable.

Good value but hard beds. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room was clean. Staff was courteous.

Clean room, friendly staff. The continental breakfast could use some work, vending machine food looked better.

My family of 4 had a very good time at this hotel.The hotel is in a very good location and the staff are all so friendly they really made us feel like home away from home.I would really like to take another trip there and it was our first visit to Texas.

We stay at Super 8 Grapevine DFW Airport Northwest for business in Southlake. Nothing fancy, but always nice and clean and meets our needs. Can't beat the price.

It has been a very long time since I have been in a hotel that FORGOT my wakeup call or had no hot water at 7:30 in the morning! No excuse can make up for that!

Cabs rides were a problem. Had to wait for 20 min for a cab and minutes from the airport, really. Not the Hotels fault but would like some pull here going further.

Over all price was great and the place was nice but the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. I've paid less in other places and the beds were comfortable so price should not be a reason for uncomfortable beds. Also the sheets very poor.

In Grapevine for a business meeting at the Gaylord. Shuttle service was available for transportation to and from the convention center as well as to and from the airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms weren't spectacular but were clean, comfortable, and quiet and the continental breakfast was adequate (muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit, […] cereal, juice, & coffee) which is what I anticipated. Several eating establishments (Olive Garden, Joe's Crab Shack, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Schlotzky's deli) within walking distance. Gym a little disappointing (1 bike and 1 treadmill). No issues with wireless internet. Some road construction in front of the hotel, but didn't bother me since I took the shuttle or cabs wherever I went. Overall, was very pleased with my stay as was my company since the nightly rate is 1/3 of what it would have cost to stay onsite. Devamı

It was a nice experience stayed in this hotel. Staffs are all friendly and helpful, room was clean, and shuttle service was flexible and convenience. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and I will be a return client.

Bridge over 114 was being torn up making travel difficult to Grapevine and bridge was closed at night making it impossible to directly arrive at the hotel from the north. That being said they had a shuttle at guest's disposal which was used to full effect. Drivers very accommodating, front desk very friendly. this hotel is nice enough, has good breakfast, allows dogs, and has a shuttle that can take you to downtown grapevine and come back and get you....would definitely use again

I had a disabled room, although I am not disabled. Everything in the room worked as advertised, except the room was newly painted, had not been aired out, and reeked of paint odor. Sniff before you accept the room and you will be satisfied.

Convenience ratings will improve after road construction ends - but it will still be buried behind other businesses.

Bed was hard as a rock. Ciggerette burns in the blanket. old tv, old furniture, not enough blankets on bed. Not comfortable at all.

I booked this hotel in order to use the shuttle accomadation to take me to a bachelorette party 1 mile down the road. I was wanting to be smart and not drink and drive. But, because of a convention in town, the hotel was booked up with all these people for the convention. The shuttle driver and the front desk worker denied me a ride on the shuttle becasue […] of the convention group even after the front desk worker allowed me to sign up for the shuttle at 6:30 which I was down stairs waiting on the shuttle at 6:20. I was completely dissatisfied with this customer service. I was one person and I need a ride 1 mile down the road. Devamı

This motel was convenient to the DFW Airport, it provided shuttle service that was great, the staff was friendly & helpful. I would stay here again!

I had never stayed at a Super 8 before, but I needed to go to Grapevine on last minute notice, and there were no "reasonably" priced rooms available at other hotels in the area. Value priced hotels often have a less than glowing reputation, so I was a little leary. I was totally suprised by the exterior of the property, as it was immaculately maintained. […] The lobby and public areas inside were clean and inviting. The gentleman working the front desk was a total professional, and handled check-in and questions about the area with a smile. Our room, while small, was perfectly clean and well maintained. I was totally impressed with the staff and property at the Super 8 Grapevine, and would stay here again. I even recommended it to a member of our golf group who had not made reservations anywhere else, and he was impressed also! Devamı

Customer service at front desk upon arrival was excellent and went out of way to accomodate. Breakfast quality was beyond expectations . Highly reccomend especially considering the value for the dollar on very competitive pricing.

There is alot of road construction in front and around the hotel. I was very disappointed the the cheap quality of the bed sheets. You could almost see thru them and they had holes in the sheets. We were grossed out by the quality. The shower had scuff marks on the bottom of the tub. The wife wasn't thrilled to see the ironing board hanging in the […] bathroom - anyone hear about germs? Excellent location, outstanding service. Staff was very helpful for my special needs in-laws. Would highly recommend.

I think the hotel was great in many ways. Just not sure that it was worth the price. Still questioning if it was a great value.

I knew where this hotel was but was not informed about the road construction -- Needed to get there via the back road. Hotel was pleasant, but at breakfast it would have been nice to have some yogurt. One other complaint -- when the bathroom fan is on for a while the smell of cigarette smoke comes through.

Hotel location convenient to location of my son's recent wedding, in spite of all the construction. We stayed two nights. They never cleaned our room or replaced towels--we had to find housekeeping to get fresh towels! The computer in the lobby didn't work. BUT they had a great complimentary breakfast!

The hotel was excellent, a good value for the price. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in an excellent location (not much traffic or airport noise).

I had ordered non smoking room...the room reeked of cigarette smoke.

This Super 8 was verrrrrry clean (probably one of the cleanest hotels that I have seen). I have stayed in more expensive places and not felt that they were as clean as our room was. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

wonderful bargain close to the airport. This hotel is clean and efficient. I would not stay here for a family vacation since the amenities are fairly spartan. It does work great for a quick business trip. We use this hotel about 60 days per year for our pilots to attend simulator training at nearby Simuflite. The hotel has free breakfast and complimentary […] shuttle to and from sims/airport. There is also a couple of eateries in it's parking lot which are well within walking distance. All of this means that no rental car is needed for a pilot to attend a Simuflite trng session. Devamı

Upon check in we had to locate the front desk clerk. Was not given what was ordered. Had to locate desk clerk again after the front desk phone was unanswered. Moved rooms. Husband killed a cockroach in the new room. Desk chair was broken. Other than that the people were very friendly and it was next to the airport.
