Everything was really nice except the hot tub/jacuzzi was dirty when we went to go into it and it was a turn off. It definitely needed to be cleaned! Our only complaint was that restaurant service was extremely slow as only one person was bartender, waitress, delivering room service orders, and bussing tables. This lady was wonderfully friendly and upbeat despite her workload on a Friday night. The food was quite good and we weren't in any hurry. I was not informed the hotel was being renovated. Checked in in a makeshift lobby. The staff were terrific. The mattress and sheets where sub-par.

Clean Room, Nice Size, Good size bathroom, everything worked, flat screen TV... staff was helpful and courteous. I would stay there again. Worth the price.

I recently visited this hotel while on a business/pleasure trip and brought my wife and three young kids along. The family LOVED their stay, basically living in the hotel for 2 days. I loved the location of this hotel, it was very easy to find and set back behind some office buildings in a nice little setting. The expressway was right outside the back of the hotel but I really never heard the noise from it because the building is up on a bit of a hill. The lobby was lovely, the staff was VERY friendly and helpful and my room was […] quite comfortable and spacious. It was within a 20 minute drive to the nearest subway station so getting into Boston was quite easy and convenient. The biggest downside was that breakfast is not included and it was overpriced. The selections on the hotel restaurant menu were very limited and also overpriced and the one night I ate dinner at the hotel there was one person working the dining room and doing room service so I sat there much longer than it took me to order and eat. They really should include breakfast in the price of the room and expand the selections on their menu. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel and very clean! Devamı

I was there 2 nights and left with an awful rash all over my arms. Idk what from but something in the hotel room did it to me. Would never go back.

Hotel is clean and front desk employees very nice - but Jakes restaurant is an absolute joke. Not just slow service - NO service. I gave up waiting for someone - ANYONE - to even come to my table. Instead, I drove to Mcdonalds and returned to my room - with food - in literally less time than I spent at Jakes. Mcd's was not what I wanted, but it was […] better than the NOTHING I got at Jakes. My husband and I were disappointed with our stay at this Courtyard Marriott. Upon arrival, we noticed that our room was very noisy because it faced the highway. This normally would not have been a problem, but the heating unit was so poorly installed that it allowed excessive noise to come in from outside. We called the front desk to request a room […] change but were told that the hotel was all booked that day. Aside from this, we found this hotel to be sub-par to other Marriott's. Good experience, comfortable, clean, and free Wi-Fi. Also the hotel staff were friendly and quick to check in and check out. Reasonable rates and good value for the business traveler.

Ithink it was called Jakes. No fault of the Bartender/waiter, but there was 1 person waiting tables and tending bar. He and she on Sat night had to run back and forth between the food service area and the bar. It ridiculos.

The location is very good (only 9 miles from the city). Hotel is comfortable and help is good.

Good choice for visiting Boston as it is only 15 minutes by car. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the things we require when we travel (WiFi, toiletries, hairdryer, no fridge for cold drinks however).

The environment of this hotel was superb, surrounded by tall trees like a park, not on the end of a street lined with chain fast food restaurants (like in the mid-west). Coffee and free computer usage were always available. The room facing the interstate was a bit noisy from traffic, but not unexpectedly so. We like the hotel. It is clean, the services are quite good, it is located in a quit place which is not far from Boston. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. It makes us feel like at home. We recommend the hotel to our friends.

Right off I-93 north of Boston, this Marriott has it all - a sizable pool and fitness center, the restaurant serves fresh and creative entrees, the breakfast buffet, while not free, is plentiful in choices, and the lobby's sitting area is spacious, which lends to privacy for meetings. The hotel is also between two towns that have everything. Parking […] lot is well lit and there is plenty of free parking. No complaints at all. Staff was very nice during our two day stay during Hurrican Irene. And it was very easy to get onto I-95 from there as well. Devamı

This was our 2nd time at this hotel and will most likely stay there again when we are in the Boston area. It was clean , close to the highway and the train to get into the Boston area. I would recommend this to anyone.

I booked my room through Hotels.com and prepaid my room and breakfast for my family. Everything during check-in was fine until I got the breakfast tickets. I have my wife and son staying with me so I needed and thought I paid for three breakfast meals. The desk clerk said that on-line bookings only pays for two meals. I reread the fine print and sure […] enough, I only paid for two meals, not one meal per person in my party. We booked two rooms, each was supposed to have two queen beds. Showed up and they explained there was a mistake and all they had was a king and a sofa bed. Lame... No effort to give us a complementary breakfast, or apologize for the mistake on their part. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was affordable and good.

Was a better arrangement than anticipated. The hotel was very close to many things and very accomodating to our family. A little pricey for breakfast but overall was a good experience.

I chose this hotel because it is outside Boston, but within easy driving distance. Unfortunately, this summer the main highway connecting Woburn to Boston (I93) is under repair. My wife & I went up to the Boston area for a Red Sox game and stayed at the Courtyard Marriot in Woburn. It was very easy to get to off the highway. Very clean. The staff was excellent , providing us with all the info we needed for taking the train & subways into the city. Much better than driving in. The room was clean & quiet. Very nice hotel very clean room, the breakfast buffet was great but you had to pay for it. Enjoyed my stay would stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. Too bad, there was no complimentary breakfast and it was a bit far from the Boston Downtown. Overall a a good experience!

The location fit what we needed for a one night stay and the staff was very friendly. But our room smelled very dank, probably due to the fact that the AC unit was leaking and had soaked a quarter of the carpet. Also our sink wouldn't drain. Typically I would call the front desk and asked to be moved, but we didn't arrive until after midnight and the […] parking lot was pretty full and sleep seemed more important.
