The location of this hotel was wonderful. It was next to great attractions and restaurants. We only stayed one night, and didn't leave the hotel our first evening. Upon entering the room, we noticed that only one light worked in the entire room; the light right by the door. We spent most of the evening at the hotel bar, and the bartender was fabulous. […] Very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that when asked to charge the bar bill to the credit card of my travel partner, instead she charged the room. Valet seemed to be of no extra charge, which was nice. Beds were semi-comfortable. The iPod dock in the room was a plus. It wasn't our favorite, so we probably would not stay here again. Devamı

Everything was great, except the light in the bathroom was blinking on and off, and it made it really hard to put on makeup. The conference facilites were perfect, the staff was friendly, and the room was beautiful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was very clean and modern. We spent most of our time at Universal Studios, but also went to Downtown Disney and the location was perfect for both. I would stay at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal again and also recommend it.

Hotel is excelent alrhough it os a shame that the more expensive the more they nickel and dime you for things that are usually free in other hotels. They have free internet at a business center only, but NOT in your room and halls of the hotel. The paid service is too much $20 per day

Everything was just as or better than expected. A small problem with the AC was resolved in minutes. We booked 4 rooms and we were all able to be next to each other. Great breakfast service available.

We stayed for a few nights in this hotel for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. It was our first visit to this hotel and we were rey pleasantly surprised by the quality of the grounds, the friendly attitude of the staff, the excellent restaurants on site and proximity to Universal Studios! We would not hesitate to return on a future visit!

Close to many things to do. Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. It's bordeline on needing some updating. I would recommend to friend or family visiting Universal Studios.

We could have went across the street to Quality Inn and have the same room for less. For the rate they charge the room should be bigger and more comfortable. Staff at the reception was rude.

Eh, for location was ok! Hotel wasn't anything special (kinda disappointed) you spend close to $150 needs to be something nice.

Rooms were not as booked. We asked for adjoining king and double rooms to accommodate kids. Got double beds in all after we were repeatedly assured otherwise. Breakfast buffet was pricey, but many other options in surrounding area available.

I booked one night for two adults and a child; however, when I got there they had reserved a room with just one bed. I was charged an extra fee of $20+ tax for the second bed. Very disappointing!!!!

The hotel has a wonderful tiki bar and restaurant. The game room for the kids is also very nice. We stayed for 1 night and would certainly stay again.

My husband took me away for my birthday. Was a beautiful and clean hotel. Loved the shower pressure and the bed was very comfy. The movie selection was great also. I'd stay here again. And the price was good!

Perfect location for Universal for a great price. Very clean. The free shuttle to Universal took 45 minutes for a 2 minute drive so I would recommend paying the parking fee at Universal. We ended up walking the 2 mile trek because we decided to eat at City Walk an the last shuttle service was at 7. Great hotel!!!

Great location. Overall clean but could hear next room as soon as we checked into room. Parking at night can be very tough.

Hot water not working one day, confirmed with security guard - had to be looked into by maintenance - Hotel didn't provide complimentary breakfast / drink to offset inconvenienc . Otherwise Hotel was great.

I loved staying at this hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpfull. The service was excellent and the quality of the food first class. The room and the servicing of the room was above average. It helped make our holiday memorable. I would definately stay here again.

The location is convenient for Universal and Seaworld but the settings unpleasant. The swimming pool is in the middle of a parking lot, there is noise from the busy highway. The air conditioning is noisy. Not a 3.5 star resort. In no way comparable to luxurious options such as the Bonnet Creek Hilton by Disney where I stayed prior... I'd do the 20 min […] drive and stay at Bonnet Creek for four nights instead. Devamı

The hotel itself is fine - not anything fancy but clean and suited us just fine as we were there very little in between going to the different attractions. My big complaint is that I think the website is very misleading in that it gives a false impression about the shuttles to the area parks. That is one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The […] hotel is very close to Universal so there are several shuttles there and back. However, there is no guarantee you get on the one going back as it is first come first serve. They also don't tell you that shuttle is shared by 3 other hotels so you can do a lot of stopping. The Disney shuttle is a total joke in my opinion; there are only 2 that leave in the morning and two that come back in the evening. The morning shuttles made sense time-wise (8:10 and 10:10) but the evening shuttles are at 6:15 and 9:45 - and those are the only two. Disney is a $45 cab ride from the hotel so if you don't make the shuttles or those times don't work for you, it's really expensive. Same thing with Sea World. There is only one shuttle in the morning, shared by other hotels, and only one back in the evening. The one in the evening comes back at 5:30pm and the park didn't even close until 11:00pm. I was just very disappointed with that because the shuttles were a main reason we chose to stay there. Also, the breakfast buffet is $17 a person which is ridiculous for what they had on it - not enough to warrant that cost. Devamı

There was unflushed toilet paper in our toilet when we checked in. There was a dirty kleenex between the mattress and the wall. Only a single queen instead of two full-size beds.
