The negatives are […] room noise/soundproofing complaints, which kept me from sleeping soundly each night: I could hear the toilets flushing from the rooms above; the air conditioning unit (located right beside the bed) was very loud when turning on and off; the large room window (also located beside the bed) was so thin that I could hear outside traffic zooming by; and then there was the "ding, ding" of the elevator bell all night. Granted, the room was located two doors down from the elevator, but the door to the room needs some type of weatherstripping or soundproofing to prevent that from being clearly heard. Devamı

Room was much bigger than I had anticipated... had a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot - then a living area with sofa, love seat, desk, and phone in one room. TV was on a bureau and could swivel to the living area, or to the room with the two double beds. Also, the sofa could open to a bed, I believe. This would be a comfortable […] spot for a business person on an extended stay, or for a family needing a little more space to spread out. Very good value for the price. Overnight visiting with family nearby. Efficient and friendly staff, clean, warm room. I would recommend Spring Hill and will stay there again should the need arise.

We were very happy with our King Suite.The room was cozy, towels in bathroom were over-sized (not like the usual small towels you get, but not quite the bath sheet size), bed was very comfy and free breakfast in the morning offered self made waffles ( plain or blueberry), scrambled eggs or egg and cheese omelet, sausage patties and Canadian bacon, cereals, […] muffins, breads, yogurt, oatmeal and fixings, plus fruit and juices, coffee & tea. Entrance off the Southbound 95 exit ramp was a little tricky, we missed it and had to drive a ways to loop around and come back and since Newbury St is a divided highway you have to loop around to get in and out whenever you want to go anywhere. There wasn't a hotel menu available, but the local places deliver. There is a Sonic next door, otherwise you need to drive to get food. There was a 7-11, Carraba's and Bertucci's just up the road. We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms. This time we had requested a late check out because of a very late arrival. The Housekeeper kept knocking on the door, even after we told her we had been given a late check out. Single overnite stay. Room was not cleaned the following day. ** One elevator was not working properly. ** Breakfast was good however eggs with cheese in the middle please get rid of. Yuk Yuk!!! We checked out the following day and had to climb over a mound of garbage and empty cardboard boxs at the rear door to get our bags to the car. Convenient for visits to Salem, MA. Front desk staff were mostly polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. It's a little tricky to find.

This hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious.The only thing missing was a restaurant. It was nice that a full breakfast was included. I would reccomend this hotel...It also was a short distance to Salem which was our destination.

I could connect to the wireless internet at a neighboring hotel, better than I could at this hotel. Probably would chose another hotel if I were traveling for business rather than pleasure.

The staff here was wonderful. They were so helpful with questions we had about directions and were able to give them in a snap. The breakfast every morning was great with lots of options and enough to get your day started. I found that the rooms were quiet, maybe because we were on the top floor but we never heard a thing at night time. Hotel is a little out of the way but well worth the extra ten minutes or so.

Tidy, well maintained hotel. Generous menu for the free breakfast, along with healthy alternatives, such as yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Comfortable room - good mattress, clean, well maintained property and safe. Would consider staying/recommending this location again. Well lighted parking lot, and we always felt safe. The room was clean with a lot of space. The bed was too close from the air conditionning (very noisy) and the matress was too soft.

A little far from everything but nice, clean hotel. Very affordable. Great complimentary breakfast buffet!

It was very noisy. Our room was acroos from the elevator and I could hear the bell. Also during the night (3am) there was a slamming door over and over as if they were trying to fix the door. Plus the sound of Rt. 1 was loud.

The staff was very accommodating during our stay of a large group. Part of our group requested a room change and they were prompt with getting them a new room. The pool was a great fun for the kids. The breakfast was not great, and the housekeeping did walk in to our room without knocking. That aside, it was a good place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night while we were in the Boston area. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was pretty good. Our night's sleep wasn't that good though because the bed was very very soft. In addition, because my husband weighs more than me, his side of the bed angled downward and made me roll […] into him all night. He also hated the pillows because they were extremely soft. Furthermore, the air conditioner was very loud. When we turned it off to get some peace, we realized that our room faced the road and we could hear the passing traffic. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to someone because it is clean and reasonably priced, but you have to realize that you get what you pay for and may not get a good night's sleep. Devamı

It was very clean, the breakfast was great. It was convenient for us to go to Salem ande Boston. I would definitely recommend it. There was a Carrabbas restaurant down the street which was an added bonus.

This place was newly renovated and roomy. Location was ok- but route 1 it is on has no left turn lanes. Nice staff- great continental breakfast too ( great healthy options). I would definately stay again!!

nice, reasonably spacious and comfortable great staff my bathroom could have been cleaner, though.... that was my only disappointment

This was an ideal location, easy on and off major highways in the area. I did miss the entrance to the hotel every time I drove up but could access it through the Sonic fast food restaurant next door. The hotel was clean and quiet, what you'd expect from a Marriott. I'd stay here every time I travel to the area.

Hotel sign and entrance very hard to find. The sign is about 100 yds after the overpass. Missed it once then had to find a turn-around in HEAVY traffic. Hotel could use some up-grading.Room smelled old and musty. I was not really impressed with the mattress hard. Refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed. Very small and noisy pool area.

Old Suite hotel in need of renovation. Everything needs renovation. Unless you have specific business in the are it is not well located. May other areas are closer and have easier access to Boston. No room service and no restaurants,except a Sonic in walking disatance. Only delivery availabe were three pizza rest. If room rate were lower it would be […] worth it Devamı

This is a family-friendly average quality hotel. The kids enjoyed the small pool and the hot-tub spa. We appreciated that the sink/mirror was outside of the bathroom ( tub/toilet area) this made it easier for 3 people in the morning. Microwave in the room was handy and inexpensive restaurant delivery was appreciated so we could have more pool time and […] not have to explore an unfamiliar area at night. The room was comfortable enough though the bedding seemed a little old. The only unfortunate thing was the doors of the rooms naturally slam when they close and this was disturbing as I was trying to get the kids to sleep. Devamı

The facility is pretty nice with a convenient location. Everything was fine except the complimentary breakfast. Stick with cereal or waffles - the eggs and omelets were not good, the bagels were stale, and the coffee was weak.

Hotel was decent. Clean and updated. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was the Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance, had to drive down the road to use the Marriot's Hot tub, what an inconvenience.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Would stay there again and again.
