This hotel was a convenient stop on the way to me destination. The staff was outstanding...could not have been more helpful. My room was spacious and included a refridgerator and microwave, which were a plus.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and every time has been a pleasant experience. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, decent price. The only complaint I have is that the towels are scratchy. Will definitely continue to stay here when I visit the area.

While next to I57 it was tricky to get to. The only problem was that some of the lights in the room didn't work and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Other than that everything was fine.

5 star service! Enjoyed my stay.

Only two negatives I could really give this hotel. It was right beside the highway which you could hear trucks using there engine brakes and the towels were rough not soft.

I enjoyed my stay, but was a little discouraged by a few things. The first was that I didn't get the room that I requested. I had to go to the front desk in order to get what I paid for, which was taken care of fairly quickly. Also, we had to clean something off of the toilet in the bathroom, which was a little unnerving.

The hotel advertises that they have microwaves and refrigerators in every room, they don't. Also jetted bath tubs, they don't. There were several questionable stains on my pillow cases and sheets. The TV worked very poorly and only had a few channels that even came in clearly. I expected a great stay after reading their overview. It was a decent Hotel for the price, I would stay again.

Nice hotel for the money and a very friendly staff

the location was bad and we had to switch rooms twice due to things not working. but after getting settled it was a nice place

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The desk clerk Mr Dipesh was so friendly and accomodating along with house keeping. The continental breakfast staff set up person was so helpful and made suggestions on how to make my oatmeal!! I will return soon!!!

hotel was nice stayed there on numerous occasion...only thing wrong is they need better tv's and cable channels..nothing worse then having to come to the room and relax by watching television and all the channels don't work or limited channels..but other than that it was ok

Overall I enjoyed my stay if needed I would stay there again. The bed were very comfy, the pool was warm, and the people there were very nice.

The price was very good the room was kept clean every day We were there to be with our daughter, it was a lirrle bit of a drive but the price made it well worth it.

Good clean room and attentive staff. Decent morning breakfast. I have stayed here before and it is still a good place to stay. I will stay again on my next trip to Chicago.

Very clean hotel and room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was good but not a lot of channels to choose from. This was in a quiet location the noise from the highway was none.

Just needed a quick place to stay the night, this fit the bill. It was a little further off I-80 than I'd have liked, but it wasn't a long drive. Overall clean and nice, comfortable rooms. Main complaint was that they did not have shampoo in the bathroom (just lotion) and the shower handle was greasy (probably from someone else using lotion).

Everything was great, clean and comfortable.

I was very satisfied with most aspects of this hotel - especially for the price. There were a couple of maintenance issues that concerned me but overall the stay was worth it.

Great hotel. No complaints at all. Great price and great service. I will stay there everytime im in town.

smelled strong of smoke/ashtray in room/hallways 90 degrees/entrance door repeatly blocked open with stone/extremely noisy room/ water/adjoining and upper noise terribly loud/ ran out of several items for sat am breakfast early

You can only stay here to sleep, and thats if the people in the next room are not banging on the walls. The tub was stopped up, the sheets were dirty, and every morning the continental breakfast was smaller and smaller. They ran out of yogurt, no bagels.

Overall the experience was wonderful, hotel was relatively well maintained, staff was courteous and concerned. Only down side was that during our stay the fire alarm went off... not once... but TWICE! Needless to say we were a bit aggravated by this but it was not at all the fault of the staff. The first time was caused by someone overheating something […] in the microwave, and the second time it was the room next to ours using or doing something that caused steam to set off the alarm. It's a good clean hotel. But they description which was on hotels.com doesn't match the room description. Online it says every room has microwave and refrigerator but only some have them.

It's a great hotel I loved it even though we checked n at 3am in a drunken rage I enjoyed myself :-) its a good place to wake up at

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Rooms where clean. Hotel is convienantly located only 20 minutes from Chicagoland speedway.

Not at all happy with the service from the counter people. They gave me a hard time about checking in early, which was requested when booked through Hotels.com. when I was checking in, the comment was: "Oh, you have a discounted rate through hotels.com"? They made me feel that because I did not pay their full price, that I was not welcome. Both attendants […] were East Indian and I could not understand barely a word they were saying. had to ask to repeat almost everything. They also wanted to charge exta for an early check-in. I gave them a second chance and stayed there the following week for two more knights and the attitude was pretty much the same. I will not stay at that red roof Inn again. Due to stay for two nights a week for three more weeks. I will find somewhere else to stay for the remainder of the needed stay period. Devamı

The manager Depesh was extremely nice and caring about our comfort at the hotel. The room is ok, but their cleaning skills leave a lot to be desired. When we first checked in, our child asked us why someone would be drinking coffee in bed - a reference to the "coffee" colored stain on the bedsheet. The washcloths were dingy and looked stained for the […] most part. It looked like the toilet didn't get cleaned during our entire stay. Devamı
