Everything about this hotel rates highly except for extremely slow check in and check out procedure and the restaurants, which is hard to figure because the breakfast buffet is a very good one but eating other meals in the other restaurants is a total disappointment.

the hotel was one of the great acapilco hotels, and the view and the area are still beautifull, but the hotel, and specially the elevators and bathrooms smell horribly, and the front desk is always crowded, there is no way to contact them by phone, and both the self parking and valet, are compicated and messy, not the best, but still, you have parking, […] wich is good,,the food and restaurants are ok though, as the beach and swiming pool, exept this last one is not clean, and the beach smeels badly as well, So, not the best place for a vacation,, Devamı

the hotel is refurbished with marble and good finishes,and the overal look is nice, the food is good, and the friendliness of the staff is impresive, but the elevators and the bathrooms smell as if they were directly connected to the drain system,at times impossible to withstand.the garage is a beaurocratic disaster, same as the front desk where there […] are just two persons, whether there is a huge line, or no one,this could be a good hotel, but management lacks, Devamı

I stayed on 14th floor, amazing view of the beach. Pool areas were nice but could be open longer closing at 8pm seems early to me? Breakfast buffet was excellent quality and quanity. Staff was very friendly and accomodtiong. Must use Valet which cost 80 Pesos a day however car was well taken care of. I would stay here again.

The day of arrival, we extended our stay. The beautiful ocean view was beyond words. All rooms are ocean view. Secure parking took away our worry and the surprise kitchen made our day. Shopping was just across the street so we filled our cooler and took it to the private beach cabana. Can't wait until next year...

This hotel was such a great find that we turned our overnight stay into three nights. Even though the hotel is older, it was in very good shape. The beach was wonderful and the service was excellent. Security was excellent and we had a wonderful time.

rooms, service, beach, food&breakfast - everything very good - you get a lot for your money only the pool is not too .... - its nice but needs more cleaning - therefore, overall 4 out of 5 and not 5 but definitely worth a recommandation

The service is a nightmare in high season, is almost impossible to get beach front chairs unless you reserve by waking at 7am!!! (yes, during your vacation), if you get one, wait at least one hour for a waiter to show up and quite a bit to get what you order, I tried to complain with the manager who was strangely not working those days ( high season). […] Everything is crowded: check in, check out, elevators and so on. If you want your mini bar open you have to pay in advance "all the content". The view of the room is breathtaking though. Devamı

Our waiter by the pool, Alberto, was genuinely nice, respectful and friendly. The only thing negative I encountered was the fact that you had to wait a long time for a lawn chair. Lots of people greedily placed their belongings on the chairs and would leave them unattended for hours. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one. The location was nice, less than 30 from the airport. Near the beach, has 3-4 different pools for adults, kids. Cabanas poolside. Outside the hotel is a smallish mall (galeria diana) that has a cinema, starbux, applebees, etc..as well as local restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent ! The only real negative […] was the room temp itself, the thermometer could not keep the room at a cooler temp. Would stay again. Devamı

Had a great stay and would recommend, all but the poor internet connection in the room and the poor service to fix it.

Took one hour,ten minutes to check in!!! Room was not as nice as looked in photos and floor was gruby.Ordered tea with room service and it was sent up in a paper cup!!! Definately not a four star hotel.

excellent hotel with gorgeous view, nice staff, beautiful pools, service, good breakfast, right across street from Starbucks, I felt very safe, no problems at all and 4 blocks from excellent salsa club named Mojitos, free entry and great bands. Nice hotel. Check in time is late - 4:00pm and there was a huge lineup to check in, other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Emporio's staff offered a five star treatment for an affordable price!!! I was amazed by the location, cleanliness, and all around paradise-landscape! I really appreciated that children were at a separate pool and that the service at the beach cabanas was fast and attentive! All of their rooms have an ocean view...my balcony view was priceless […] (Room 902)!!! Devamı

WE STAY THERE LAST YEAR AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE BACK THEN. THIS TIME WE GOT 2 ROOMS BUT ONE OF THEM HAD MOLD BY THE AIR CONDITIONER VENT AND ALSO ON BATHROOM CEILING YOU CAN SMELL IT AT SOON AS YOU OPEN THE DOOR. PROS: THE HOTEL HAS A GOOD LOCATION NEAR RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS, NICE POOLS AND BEACH.

the rooms were very dark inside and the pillows and comforter had a musty smell

WOW - unexpectedly it took hours to check in. As expected by other users, check in was a nightmare and the temperature control in the room did not work.

Wonderful spot, really clean hotel, staff accommodating, wonderful pool next to the ocean which our room overlooked. Comfortable bed. Would certainly stay again. Although just an overnight on our way to the cruise ship the next day, but it would be a nice place to stay longer.

Loved our stay...loved being on the ocean with an ocean view and so close to everything we wanted to see.....

A estadia estava muito boa. Só tive dois descofortos devido a superlotacao do hotel. 1) äs 08:30h da manha nao haviam mais cadeiras disponíveis nas piscinas. Falta espaco para tanta gente. 2) tivemos que esperar na fila para tomar café da manha pois nao haviam lugares disponiveis ás 09h da manha. O resto estava tudo muito bom.

Jag är jättenöjd med Emporio. Jättefint och bekvämt rum med härlig säng. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Härligt poolområde. Jag var där i lågsäsong så det var dessutom lugnt och skönt, men kan tänka mig att det är trångt om hotellet är fullbokat. Köpte till hotellfrukosten, en god och stor buffé. Läget var bra, lätt att hitta restauranger till exempel. […] Dessutom ligger det mitt emot ett shoppingcenter. Devamı

L'utilisation du service Hotel.com est decevante. La reservation faite par hotel.com est consideree comme de bas prix est en consequence la chambre proposee par la reception de l'hotel est situee sur un coin de l'hotel, avec des travaux de renovation et sans tenir compte des demandes indiquees au moment de la reservation sur internet. en este hotel me hodpedo cada vez que voy a acapulco ya sea en familia o negocios las instalaciones bien, la ubicacion muy bien, nunca me habia quejado hasta esta vez que la limpieza del cuarto no fue buena el cojin de adorno de la cama apestaba a sudor deje un recado a la recamarera y no lo cambio hasta que le dije personalemente que olia mal y queria […] que lo cambiara, habia basura de otrs huespedes debajo de la cama y no la limpiaron tambien lo notifique a la recamarera y nada fuera de eso este es un gran hotel para hospedarse... lastima que Acapulco en la zona dorada este tan descuidado y con tanto olor a orines... hojala el gobierno y los hoteleros rescaten eso de acapulco y regrese su explendor. el hotel esta muy agradable solo que algunas areas del hotel estan sucias no se si es por que fue temporada alta pero habia mucha basura sobre todo en los elevadores y talves seria bueno tener mas camastros en temporada alta pero esta bien me volveria a quedar hospedado

Aunque el Hotel ofrece Internet gratuito, en realidad en las habitaciones (piso 11) no llega la señal. En las áreas comunes, aunque la señal es buena, es muy lento y tardan en cargar las páginas.

Es caro, porque hay hoteles con caracteristicas similares mucho mas economicos, cambiaria de la habitacion una mesa de 6plazas x un love seat, es lógica:si no se admiten mas de 2 adultos y 2 menores x habitación mejor un sillón dnd sentarse 2-3 q 6 sillas... un elevador en plena semana santa dejo de funcionar casi 2 días, las personas en recepción van […] al grano ($$$) no son muy gentiles... ya lo habia leído pero no estoy de acuerdo que el hotel de ninguna manera respete el tipo de habitación reservada... pq? porque uno paga x adelantado, ellos si cobran x cancelación, es obvio q no me reembolsan si me dan una habitación d 1 cama en lugar de 2 como la q pedí...pero bueno, en general bn. Buffet exageradamente sencillo y caro, mejor desayunar fuera, estuvo bien pero "algo" me faltó. HOTELES.COM me tienen feliz, xq el servicio que me han ofrecido es el que he recibido =) ya en varios viajes Devamı

bueno . mihijo los disfruto, lo unico por comentar es que todo lo cobran adicional, el uso de las cabañas en la playa, la noche del parqueadero, etc, pero por lo demas bien

Отель расположен на главной улице Акапулько. Прекрасная территория, бассейны окружена пальмами и деревьями. На территории отеля живут птицы и черепахи. Прекрасный вид из окна. Отличный завтрак. Вокруг отеля много ресторанов, а прямо напротив-торговый центр. Прекрасный благоустроенный пляж с хорошим и чистым океаном. Недостатки. Минибар по предоплате […] в 215 песо. Лежаки на пляже по 25 песо, а кабанас (кибитки) 250 песо, которые можно потратить на еду и напитки. Много нищих и торговцев на пляже, которых никто не гоняет и они могут за день сильно надоесть. На пляже на первой линии у моря стоят зонтики и лежаки соседних ресторанов и кафе. Devamı

Très bon hotel, bien situé. Belles chambres, 3 piscines superbes mais service à revoir: Sur la réservation faite sur Hotel.com, la cafetière et le mini bar étaient compris dans le prix! Arrivé sur place, pas de cafetière et le mini bar fermé à clé!! Après passage à la réception avec ma réservation, ils m'ont promis d'amener une cafetière qui n'est jamais […] venue! et m'ont dit qu'il fallait payer en plus pour avoir accès au minibar!!! Devamı

El registro es un verdadero dolor de cabeza. reservamos dos habitaciones con dos camas y nos querian dar dos habitaciones con una cama en edificios diferentes. después de 4 horas tuvimos que tomar dos habitaciones de una casa en el mismo piso del mismo edificio pero a extremos diferentes del edificio. Despues de 4 horas para el checkin me dijeron que […] se acaba de asignar la habitación de al lado. Devamı
