I was very happy to stay there. I am kind of not easy to satisfying person according to my spouse and I was very satisfied. Everything was very clean and bed sheets were very high quality(thick 120 or 150 cotton), amenties were great, location was very convenient and people working at hotel were extremly gentle and helpful. A very nice hotel. Pluses: lovely rooms and a pretty lobby. Minuses: I would rather be a little more central in Seville and there was no internet access in the hotel. That can be difficult when you don't have a computer with you, which I never do. In this pretty little city, I would prefer to stay in a cozier hotel.

The hotel was great though we did not bother with breakfast as it was too expensive and there are so many places in Seville where you can get a good breakfast nearby and at a reasonable price

Well it is a nice hotel but the red level service was inferior to the Melia Fenix in Madrid.

The Location is perfect but the sevice came away as being disinterested. The room was nice, but the shower head didn't work after the first night. Overall I would stay there again - the trip was amazing!!!!!

The hotel was great! In walking distance of many attractions, although the immediate neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. And hearing the church bells almost every half hour and garbage trucks around 4 am could have been done without. The restaurant below the hotel was amazing, Gourmet Tapas Delicious!

Stayed at this Hotel with my Partner to celebrate my 30th. We had a premium room, and i thought it was truly fantastic. Maid's came round twice a day to clean and tidy. Bed was superb. All in all a truly great experience. Would recommend to couples, families and Businessmen.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of July.We were welcomed and had a welcome drink and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room.The room was well furnished. The bath and overhead shower were badly designed and there was water all over bathroom floor in spite of being very careful while having a shower. The staff were polite and helpful.There wAS ONLY […] ONE RESTAURANT WITH VERY LIMITED MENU WHICH DID NOT CHANGE DURING THE FIVE DAYS WE WERE THERE. The second Michelin starred tapas restaurant was closed in July and August which was very unfortunate. This was not mentioned in the hotel site. Our general satisfaction was high though. Devamı

The Gran Meila Colon is an excellent and very comfortable hotel. Their breakfast is fantastic, perhaps not worth the 30 Euro per person charge, but great nonetheless. The welcome glass of champagne was a great way to check-in. Overall a wonderful, comfortable and very clean place to call home in Seville. Highly recommended.

This hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was beautiful with a mural by Murillo painted on the outside of our door. My only complaint is that in the mornings when the maid service would come through the hallway, it was very loud as the doors aren't slam proof and so you could hear the surrounding doors slam repeatedly during […] that time period. The hotel was very conveniently located. You can walk to all of the local attractions. Plaza Nueva is particularly close. The hotel's lobby and design are superb. My husband and i stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the standard of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was also positioned in a great place, there was plenty of eating places around and a short walk to the river where we loved visiting especially in the day time. First impression. Smelled like barn and fabric softener when we entered. A grand old hotel with Euro modern trash interior design. What were they thinking? Who was the designer, Pee Wee Herman? Not at all welcoming when you entered. Fortunately the staff was wonderful!

This hotel has a great staff and is in a perfect location. The buildings are all old in Sevilla, so the rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is superb and the Concierge staff is really good. The decorating is a bit modern, but it's all ok. We would stay there again.

The hotel had an art theme, which was pretty cool. My room was very comfortable, but because I ordered room service there was an ant problem in my room. The room had posh lighting and glass walls between the bathroom and sleeping area. The breakfast had an option of eating downstairs for free or in your room with a delivery surcharge of 5 Euros. I was […] there during Santa Semana and on Thursday evening, the hotel left a bottle of port and a local traditional pastry as well as sprinkled my room with rose petals for free which was a pleasant surprise after staying out all night to watch the processions. Turn down service was great and always left ample chocolates. Additionally, the concierge service was excellent, the restaurant reservations were perfect and necessary and the food was great. The concierge also was able to get me excellent seats next to the royal box for the opening season bull fight as well as tickets to Flamenco Shows. The room service was good, but often something was missing from the tray with regards to condiments such as no butter one time or no salt the next. The hotel is centrally located in Seville and I would recommend it as well as return to stay there again. The staff was extremely dedicated to making your stay a positive and rememberable one. When we arrived they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. We had booked the premium red level service which was worth the extra dollars. We took advantage of the free soft drinks and free lunch 2 of our 3 days. While we were there the Barcelona football team was also staying at the hotel which added some excitement but not inconvenience. […] The room was great if a little warm when we arrived but the air conditioning did get it cool and kept it there. The hotel paid a premium for fancy lighting system which was cool but not so necessary. Our suite had a separate deep tub which was very relaxing after a day spent walking. The location was great and the staff very friendly. We had breakfast included in our package and it was good with many choices although I admit to missing crispy fried bacon after 2 weeks in Spain. I would recommend to all couples and anyone looking for a nice boutique hotel. Devamı

The Gran Melia Colon has been refurbished to a very high standard and we found our room and the overall facilities excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is also excellent being close to the old city, the river and the Centro shopping area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We stayed here on 30 December. The Red level services are friendly but the lounge really has minimal benefit. A very well-equipped buffet breakfast is included. Every staff member is courteous, efficient and eager to please. The room was an upgrade from our standard choice and was quite large (a junior suite), very well-equipped and pleasant. The location […] is within walking distance of everything in Sevilla (15 minutes to the Cathedral for example). Parking is limited although we found on-street parking in front of the Hotel tapas bar., which is outstanding, by the way. We spent Christmas on our honeymoon at the GMC. The room was spacious, comfortable and very romantic. We returned from a stroll along the river to find rose petals strewn about the rooms and huge bath tub and a bottle of cava, strawberries and chocolate waiting for us. Wandering the backstreets of Seville is a great way to see the city and this hotel is in a great location to walk everywhere. It is close to shops and restaurants and also within easy walking distance of hte Cathedral and palace etc. Our guidebook referred to this hoel as "souless" but we disagreed. It is a chain hotel but the decor was a little querky, […] not souless. The staff are all friendly, polite and willing to help Our rooms were spacious for a central hotel and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want and even a complimentary half bottle of sherry on arrival which was delicious. We sampled the spa, having a back massage which was fantastic and reasonably priced. It might be a bit pricey but it is 5 star rated, and in my opinion it delivers a 5 star service Devamı

location ok, service ok, but definitely NOT a 5 star hotel! the bathrooms are horribly small and the shower water spills out ALL over the bathroom floor, very bad construction and design, but okay, clean. but when the faucets and the shower heads and sink water is designed to just burst our all over..... well, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carlos the barman was excellant, We booked Red Level service but this was not worth the extra price. The Red Level staff were not well informed although very friendly., and you always had to ask for someone because they were rarely at the Red Level desk. We stayed 5 nights and only on the 1st evening were there any snacks […] or nibbles in the lounge and nothing else to eat unless you ordered it. We would stay again but without Red Level. Devamı

In Spain this is known as the hotel of the toreadors because it is where they all stay during the bullfights. The staff on Red Level was incredible, especially Fernando our personal concierge. We did not care at all for the deco style of the rooms (black,white,gold) or the tricky lighting system. The room was way too dark for our taste. The bedroom […] in the suite was cramped. The internet worked fine for my MAC, but not at all for my husband's PC. I loved that there was a great beauty salon right across the street, but next time would prefer to stay in the area around the Cathedral where all the action is. Really excellent hotel. Greeted by name on arrival and room upgraded as staying 7 days. Service first class and concierge advice helpful in planning sight-seeing and attractions. Convenient breakfast times and kitchen good/affordable. Good choice.

Superb Hotel. The staff were very helpful indeed. Candido in Concierge was an absolute Gem and able to sort all trips, car hire and his advise proved extremely useful for visit within Seville, trips to Grenada and Malaga. An issue that cropped up was the triple room allocated was not a superior one but this was quickly resolved the next day. We had […] 3 rooms and a double room also needed changing as there was no door between toilet and bathroom. A bit surprised about this. Again this was resolved the next day. Overall the staff at every level were excellent and if we are ever to visit Seville then this is a good hotel to stay at. Devamı
