I stayed four nioghts in this hotel and am not pareticularly satisfied. The room was quite nice, but nothing worked in this hotel. The refridgerator in my room did not work. They fixed it the second day, but next day it stopped working again. I had brought some drinks and food that got warm and almost destroyed. They also boast about free multimedia […] in the room, but the system did not work (e.g. movie on demand, different TV-channels etc). The Wi-fi was slow and useless - not even good for checking e-mails etc. The last day, also the air-condition stopped working and the temperature in the room became unpleasant. The staff at the hotel said they were sorry, but did not do anything to fix the problems (the fridge was fixed and remained working for half a day....). The last day I did not get the room cleaned because I was in the room when they came to clean the room, and they did not have time to come back later. Glasses, cups and cutlery was all plastic and disposable and I guess this is not good in these days of environmental focus. For a hotel in this price range, I expect more, so I would advice against booking at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is located very close to the metro station, although the area itself is not very interesting. Devamı

Good clean hotel and helpful staff. Not in the centre but metro station is just 100m away so easy to get around.

Good, spacious rooms. Well-maintained facilities. Located with easy access to main tourist destinations via U, which is less than 50 meters from the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. We stayed as three families in three rooms, and no one had any reason for complaint. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location for business. The rooms are very spacious and offer everything you would expect. Down side is that there is no restaurant in the hotel and not much choice for eating in the close vicinity.

A little difficult to locate on our first visit to Vienna. Some distance from town centre, and the numerous beautiful attractions on offer.

We called from the airport for directions. We were told the wrong platform so we started the trip with a scenic ride through the Vienna countryside. Once we turned around, we found the place without problem. The hotel is not in the prettiest or most happening part of the city but it is 1 block from the subway, which gets you everywhere. The staff is exceptional, full of wonderful information (and patience) to get you where you want to go. The breakfast was awesome- spend a few extra dollars to start your day off right! The room was nice and spacious for our family (we had 4- in a double and 2 twins). Bathroom and toilet are separate areas, which is nice. Also, shower and tub are separate which is nice too. We asked for a tour to BudaPest in the morning to a receptionist and he said is booked already no more tour to there, when we return afternoon we asked another receptionist and he got the tour for us, previuslily we asked the first receptionist about a close convenience store it was 10 min before 7 pm he said they close at 7 pm, next day we went to […] the convenience store and found out they close at 8 pm... The hotel is very close to a tram stop. The connections to town are so convienient. The hotel itself was good. The staff was ok. I think they could be a bit more welcoming and warmer. And provide help in areas such as information on what to do in Vienna or around town. The breakfast was fabulous. Great variety, plenty to eat! It really gives us a good […] start to the day. A plumbing contractors dream. If you have need of a plumbing fixture, they have it. The room was clean, and the staff was responsive and pleasant.

Great place to stay. The location is about 100m from Vogarten Strasse on the U1 subway. The rooms were well appointed. Free movies on the TV. Free wireless internet. Parking was only 12 euro for the night. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to take the u-bahn into the center of vienna.

The staff were very helpful and always willing to meet our every need including catering for food allergies in one of our chilldren. The hotel is immaculate with great facilities such as free washing machines. The staff helped us navigate our daily trips into Vienna and get the most out of our days. We've stay in the hotel for two nights during our family trip to Austria. Nice hotel, located next to the subway station, three stops from the city center. Breakfast is fine, ladies working on reception are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for short city vacation or business trip.

We managed to find a good deal, for a double bed plus a single one(3 persons) including the breakfast. Room was very clean and quite due to the fact that was facing the internal courtyard, eventhough I think wouldn't matter as the hotel is located on a quiet street. The AC was powerful enough to cool the room. The WiFi was good enough, however I was […] using the cable. Breakfast had the same choices, however for 3 days would not matter, to have a different choice everyday. Hotel itself was not bad. Location is decent, close to the subway which can get you anywhere. The building seemed fairly well kept up. However, when we plugged in the phone charger, with the proper power converter, the fuse blew out and fried the phone charger and the power went out in the entire room. When I went down to tell the front desk, they were […] familiar with this problem as it happened before and new exactly how to fix it. They reset the circuits and the power came back. The problem was that they didn't really do anything about the charger. They said it wasn't a hotel problem and gave us an insurance form to fill out. They asked us to write out the problem in detail and give our bank information so that they could send it to the insurance company. They said it was up to the insurance company and we would likely not get our money back because this would be hard to prove. We decided it was not worth the hassle not to fill out the form and give the bank information for $50. They also seemed to not care that the fuses kept blowing out and frying customers electronics. Hotel is on a good location close to the city centre with good metro connection. Quit environment with good acess with the car.

The toilette room (?) is similar to the ones in RVs without any ventilation. The room smelled of urine and if the door was left open the entire hotel room smelled.

Layout of the bathroom was odd and the doors could offer more privacy. Otherwise location was convenient and breakfast good.

Great hotel for the price. Get a nice large queen bed with desk and great walk in shower and seperate tub. Very cleaned and free wifi was a nice bonus. Only thing is its bit outside of the main city downtown but only 10min subway ride (the station is just across the street and was very safe at night to take). Only annoying thing was they had no iron […] available to use for one of the days there as they only have 4 in total which were all out. Overall it was a great place to stay for price but recommend getting the iron asap if you need for the next day. Devamı

I have a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast is nice, the room is very modern and spacious, the kitchen corner and the laundery room is a bliss. I have clean clothiing to carry on my journey instead of a big bag of dirty clothing, a big problem solved. The location is good with the metro station at the end of the street. Just four stops on the underground from the centre of Vienna and the hotel was a two minute walk from the underground stop. Breakfast was exellent and the room was large. The hotel had free wi-fi and this was very useful to send messages home.

The hotel in actuality is about 7 miles away from anything you will want to see in Vienna, but the saving grace is that from this hotel, you can catch a 5 min underground into the center. It is so easy to navigate Vienna, and the hotel is Super close to one of the stations on the U-Bahn. The hotel was nice, but nothing too special. The hotel is located in a quiet street right @ the underground station, which takes you to the city in 10 minutes. Rooms are novel and extremely roomy, practical and comfortable. I originally picked this hotel as it had one of the cheaper parking garages in Vienna (€12). I never expected it to be one of our favorite hotels we have stayed in during our 2months holiday. The rooms are huge, there are dividers to separate the office/lounge area and the bed. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is a shower and a separate large […] bath. The bed is very comfortable, and the room quiet. There is a laundry, free to use and the detergent is also free, beats washing clothes in the sink. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice, expect one grumpy lady, which I think may have been a manager, Probably relieving a lunch break, she wasn't very nice, annoyed because a few people were waiting and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She is only reason I didn't give this hotel 100%. The best part of the hotel though was the free movies, good selection to suit any tastes, in a range of languages too, which is great after 2 months of watching french or German tv trying guess what is going on. The location is right near the U-barn and there are a few dining option with in a 5 minute walk, and many more towards the river if you don't mind the walk. Our family of 5, children ages 12, 9 and 6 stayed here for two nights. The subway station is a half a block a away, which makes it extremely convenient to get into the old town, and not pay the old town higher lodging costs. There is even a washer/dryer on the 6th floor, FREE OF CHARGE, and detergent FREE OF CHARGE, they allow you to use. An actual […] dryer that dries your clothes. The hotel provided basic hotel services, such as a bed, a clean, functioning bathroom, a desk, walls, lights, closets; however, it was so sterile-feeling that it was anti-climatic. This hotel had good spacious rooms, though as usual no AC. It is about 4 ubahn stops from the City Centre. The station is 100m down the road and easy access. The hotel sells 2-3 day passes at the desk. The staff were very helpful. The hotel has it's own secure parking. There is construction nearby, and it could get noisey in the morning. The hotel offers […] breakfast, but we went to the main square to a cafe instead. The room has internet access.The bathroom and shower were separate areas, and a large work desk. Im Mai 2013 mit Freunden 3-Bett Zimmer gebucht. VIel Platz, zuvorkommender Service, sehr sauber. Zimmerzustand leicht "gebraucht".Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erledigt, Zimmer ruhig, Lage des Hotels perfekt zum Schwedenplatz (gutes Essen), Prater und Stephansdom. Betten bequem, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Gerne wieder!!

Современный отель с удобными просторными номерами, оснащенными кухонной техникой (чайник, холодильник, микроволновка), звукоизоляция хорошая, в ванной комнате душевая кабина и ванная, туалет с раковиной отдельный. Ковровое покрытие. Климатконтроль. Отдыхали с двумя детьми проблем с обедом или ужином в номере отеля не было. Завтрак - шведский стол: вкусно […] и разнообразно, фрукты, выпечка. Персонал доброжелательный, номера убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли раз в три дня. В двух минутах от отеля станция метро, прямая ветка до центра (4 остановки). Рядом парк развлечений с колесом обозрения и площадка для детей с "тарзанкой" - море восторга. С другой стороны Дунай, правда пешком пройти достаточно сложно, только по карте. Из минусов: рядом нет продуктового магазина, покупали в центре. На улице, где расположена станция метро, в сторону Дуная прекрасная кондитерская, по правой стороне. Devamı
