Nice, clean hotel, right next to a great mall. Good, safe area close to airport.

The room was in dire need of maintenance. The bathtub had rust stains on the floor of the tub and surrounds, the room was shabby and the Queen bed was actually a double. I was very disappointed.

The hotel was nice, though every thing was a bit old fashioned. The room was rather large and had everything you needed and even more and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Jersey garden is only 5 minutes walk away but that's about it. If you don't have a car you're almost out of nowhere, or that's how we felt.

This hotel was a grest price at a great location. Close to the city with shopping directly across the road. Very clean and comfortable with great service!

I had a one-bedroom suite and it was exactly like a small apartment. It was perfect with a full size fridge and all the amenities. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out with any question I had. The pool was small but clean and well-maintained. Located minutes from the Jersey Gardens and offers a free shuttle there and to & from the airport […] (which is great because cab rates are high in Jersey!). The only minor thing that I had issue with was there was a bad smell in the hallway outside of my room. Other than that - nice and quiet - perfect stay! Would definitely book again. Devamı

We were so impress with this hotel, the cleanliness, free breakfast, close to outlet mall and NY city. I've already recommended it to my friends, family & co-workers. Only issue, we request a wake up call on the day we were going to NY and we did not get it w e were 2 hrs behind on our planned NY schedule. But overall, we were happy.

I traveled with my fiancee and 4 1/2 month old daughter. Finding the hotel wasn't difficult for me. I liked the fact that you needed a room key to get out of the parking lot for security purposes. The front desk staff were very courteous and provided directions on public transportation to NYC and Yankees stadium. Taking the bus is the best and easiest […] bet if you don't want to drive into NYC. Walk across street to Mall and take bus that drops you off at Port Authority building. Take subway anyplace you need to go. Breakfast was great. I would stay again. Devamı

i was very satisfied with the service in this hotel this was like home away from home ,the rooms were excellent clean nice decor comfortable ,kitchen to cook home made meals ,shuttle bus you did it all i will not stay in any other hotel if i ever come up that way ,breakfast was fabulous great place

Excellent value, very clean, newly refurbished, exceptionally friendly staff, good full breakfast included, comfortable beds, spacious suites, easy transportation links to and from New York city and therefore a great value for a New York City visit. Allow approximately 45-60 minutes for the trip from the hotel to NY Penn Station; if connection times […] work out seamlessly, the trip can be as short as 40 minutes. The links are: (1) free shuttle from the hotel to Newark Airport AirTrain / P4 Station (10 min.); (2) AirTrain from P4 Station to Newark Liberty Airport Station (5 min.); (3) NJ Transit train from Newark Liberty Airport Station to NY Penn Station (about 30 min). I booked this hotel due to the location. Wanting to visit New York, without paying the New York City prices. The location was great, not too far from the turnpike and across from Jersey Gardens Mall. The breakfast was wonderful...

The hotel has been renovated, pretty nice overall. Very clean and nice hotel staff, would recommend.

Great place to stay . Caught the bus to Manhattan,at the mall across the street. Felt safe with the Mall security riding all around the area. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. My room had everything I needed. Kitchen,desk,living rm, comfortable bed,nice big screen TV (with swival base) and nice decor. The pool was great. Warm and clean. Fresh towels […] and friendly people. The lobby was warm and inviting. With a cozy fire, and comfortable seating. Stayed right to last minute(of check out) and enjoyed it all.Secure, gated parking was also a plus. You can't go wrong staying here. Only wish all the hotels I've stayed at, could have been as peaceful ,caring,and friendly as this stay was. Devamı

A 3 starts hotel - basic. clean. staff are very friendly. didn't use the pool. ethernet OK, use the wired cable. breakfast superb, some take it to the room!. close to the outlet mall -walking distance. the Elevators are slowly!!!

We've stayed in over 8 hotels at Newark Airport and this, by far, is the most spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable one. The prices we've obtained are also very fair. We'll never stay anywhere else. Also, without exception, the desk staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient.

nice and close to airport, complimentary bus but a phone to ring them from airport would have been useful, a bit of a wait. Hotel basic but staff friendly and helpful. Pool a let down, freezing but we could walk across parking lot and use other hotel pool! Breakfast superb. Perfect for a stopover close to the airport, we stayed for 24hrs between connection flights. Room was great with a very comfortable bed. Very clean hotel and a very good breakfast with lots of choice. The free shuttle bus from the airport (10min ride) was very convenient and the hotel is less that a 5 minute walk from a great shopping centre.

The room was comfortable and spacious. There was no view, except for the highway and planes passing overhear, However, since it was so close to the airport, you can exxpect the overhead planes. It was typical for an Airport hotel, but the bonus was that the Jersey Gardens Mall was just across the street, and it has a movie theatre. If you are driving […] to the hotel, you will need a GPS to talk you through the various highway routes. Stay alert so you don't miss the many lane changes. Devamı

Hotel was great and staff were wonderful. The ONLY issue was you could hear airplanes taking off.

I was only there one night but I have to say that my wife and I loved our stay. They room was comfortable and open with a warm, inviting decor. My only "complaint" was that they put us at the very end of the hall (which in this hotel is about a 1/2 mile walk!) that felt a little "scary". I have to say that I LOVED their "No Party" policy which disallows […] parties of ANY kind and no more than 4 to a room. I found it to be a bit odd when I was signing it but I quickly saw their intentions and was happy to comply. The hotel was quite, comfortable and a great value. I would recommend to anyone. Devamı

Great hotel, Loved the service and the price was spot on as well.Rooms were spacious, shower was nice, the kitchen was great! Its in the middle of an industrial park but down the road is an Ikea and a mall which was an unexpected plus. Overall great hotel.

We were on a family vacation to see relatives in the NJ area. The hotel provided the home away from home we needed to host relatives. We were able to make homemade meals and gather in a comfortable space to chat, laugh and play games. I was surprised that my cousin was greeted by hotel security as she exited the room around 8:30PM and was asked that […] we” keep it down.” I would suggest that Residence Inn follows the rules of apartments where quiet time usually starts around 10PM. But if the policy is for quiet time to start early in the evening, it should be disclosed BEFORE the reservation is made. Children and adults on vacation do not typically wind down at 8:30PM. Overall, the entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Shoppers please note: The Jersey Gardens Mall is within walking distance. I would recommend the property to others, but would advise checking on when it is expected to be quiet in the room. Devamı

Hotel muito confortavel.Cafe da manha completo.Funcionarios muito atenciosos.Proximo ao Garden's Mall, um excelente outlet, e sem impostos!O unico porem; tem pedagio e o custo e de US$13,00(para o Brooklyn).Mas mesmo assim vale a pena.

Fica muito longe de Nova York tendo que pegar ônibus, trem, metro e leva 1,5 horas para chegar, ou pegar trem a 25 dólares ida e volta e mesmo assim gasta-se 45 min. Tive problemas sérios com o wireless e tinha que ficar na porta do apto para conseguir conectar. Não tem nada perto alem de dois restaurantes e um shoping outlet que é a única coisa que […] salva. Muito confortável e muito espaçoso, com cozinha completa e também com buffet de café-da-manhã (apesar de não ter muita variedade). Disponibiliza estacionamento e internet wi-fi gratuitamente. Na recepção existem dois computadores com impressora, que podem ser utilizados gratuitamente (muito útil se você quer imprimir cupons de outlets ou de estacionamentos […] em Manhattan, por exemplo). Fica em frente ao Jersey Gardens Outlet (é possível ir a pé) e próximo do Aeroporto de Newark (o hotel disponibiliza transfer). Devamı

ニューヨーク・ボストンを家族旅行した時の最終日に宿泊しました。ニューアーク空港に直結しているエアートレイン（無料）に乗車しP4駅で下車。そこから送迎バスに乗ることができます。（20～30分に1本。24h循環）部屋は非常に清潔でした。夕方チェックイン時に1Fのフリースペースで、ウエルカムドリンクとチーズやサラダ、クラッカーなどの簡単な食事（ビュッフェスタイル）を頂く事が出来ました。また売店で飲み物やおやつ、アイスクリーム、冷凍パスタやカップラーメンなども注文可能です。周辺も都会とは違い静かで快適でした。ただし、買い物する場所がないので、事前に必要なものは空港か町で購入しておいたほうがよいと思います。

the residence inn is clean, rooms spacious & well equipped, breakfast good, personnel very friendly, good connections via bus or train to nyc. we even took a taxi to nyc once (no bus on sunday morning), which cost us $100,-, that pays off if you have five passengers. a bit hard to get around if you have no car, but restaurants nearby & you can have […] food delivered or call a taxi. the nearby mall is nothing special, outlet malls have all the stuff left over that no one bought. no grocery, liquor or drug store in that huge place! do not place calls from hotel, we got a bill for $246,- for a five minute call to virginia & the manager said the telephone bills were not their responsibility & was unable even to tell me what the going rate for a long-distance call was. eventually got a 75% reduction, but still, $50,- for that call was ridiculous. other than that incident, i definitely recommend this hotel, we were very satisfied. still, if i were planning another trip to nyc, i would stay at a hotel in manhattan, because the time and money it takes to get into the city from new jersey is more than we expected. and by the way: if you want to rent a car, we highly recommend alamo, we were very satisfied! das hotel is sauber, zimmer gross & gut ausgestattet (eigene küche). das frühstück war sehr gut, das personal freundlich. gute verbindungen per bus oder zug nach new york. mit taxi (kein bus am sonntag vormittag) kostet $100,-, was sich bei 5 passagiere auszahlt. ohne auto ein bißchen schwer herumzukommen. mall nichts besonderes, outlets verkaufen alles was übrig geblieben ist. kein lebensmittelgeschäft, alkoholladen oder drogeriemarkt! auf keinem fall von hotel aus telefonieren, wir haben eine rechnung über $246,- für einen 5-minütigen anruf nach virginia bekommen! der manager sagte, das hotel sei nicht verantwortlich, das macht die telephone company, konnte uns nicht mal sagen, wieviel einen long-distance anruf pro minute kostet. wir haben den preis um 75% runterhandeln kön Devamı

El hotel para el objetivo que teniamos , el cual era un dia de compras en el Jersey Garden resulto optimo, por la ubicacion, por el hotel en si mismo, calidad de atencion, habitacion hipercomoda, limpieza del hotel, desayuno, etc, En resumen EXCELENTE.
