If you're planning to see Chicago, this is a great hotel. The least expensive rooms are small but comfortable particularly if you are "seeing" Chicago and using your room primarily for short respites and sleeping. Felt very secure with 24 hour desk and room key required to operate the elevators.

Ideal location. Small but very adequate, clean comfortable room. Big plus you can park your car in a protected garage for $28 for 24 hr, unheard of in downtown Chicago where rates are generally over $50 to $60. You can walk everywhere from this location

Club Quarters on Wacker met my needs exactly - from its location near shopping and art museums, to the nice little restaurant downstairs and other eateries nearby. I especially liked the key-controlled access to elevators which made me feel safe as a woman traveling alone. And the purified water + bottles available on each hotel floor was a really nice […] feature. I'd definitely stay there again. Devamı

Location is great. Room is way small. Only one chair to sit in.....an office type chair. No frig. No microwave. Free water is great. Ice is lower level of the building; however the elevators are fairly fast. Room on....

This Hotel is right on Wacker Dr. downtown and within walking distance of everything that is Chicago. For the priced paid there is no better deal!

Other than some minor inconveniences (small room, ice machine in the basement, weird TV set-up), our stay was good for the price. The restaurant in the lobby has very good food, and the location of the hotel is very convenient.

We stayed at this hotel just this past weekend, and it was awesome. The location is great. Couple blocks from blue line. About a 10 min walk to Millenium Park- and there's just so much around the area. Hotel was super nice and very clean. Everyone was helpful and nice there. The room was pretty small, that's probably the only downside. The bathroom […] was pretty cool with the sliding door. We'd def stay here again!! Devamı

I spent one night at this hotel. I checked out at 12:30 and the hotel didn't tell me that I would be charged. Actually they didn't even told me the time to check out when I checked in. Although they didn't give me any receipt for extra fees, they do charged me 35 dollars now.

This hotel fit our needs perfectly. It is in a fabulous location at the corner of Wacker and Michigan, close to shopping, restaurants and the river. Get the upgrade to the suite if you can, the room is nice and spacious. Our only complaint is that we wished that they had king beds - the ones in the room are a little tight for two people used to the […] space in a king. Devamı

This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent.

Great Location , Free tea, coffee, apples Clean

The room itself was small (the size of an average bedroom) as expected but clean. The location was a huge plus as well as the excellent restaurant by the lobby. Very much recomended.

It was blocks from the Mag Mile, conveniently located I loved the location. I will most definetly stay again

Anytime I need to stay downtown in Chicago I stay here. The rooms are small, but that is not a concern to me since I normally travel alone and for the most part am not in the room that much. The free internet is reliable and the staff is always accomodating. The location is perfect and the bottle water dispenser at every elevator bank is a plus. had to change rooms due to smell, but staff was prompt and very willing to offer a new room. other than that, the stay was pleasant i will stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Club Quarters on Wacker. Great price with an excellent location for my New Year's Eve celebration. My only complaint is the lack of towels in the bathroom. The ironing boards are also in a closet in the hallway. Other than that, my stay was fantastic!

Club Quarters has been my “go to” hotel when visiting friends in Chicago. The price, for the location and friendly staff, is excellent. But there is always a “price” for a great rate: the hotel was remodeled over 10 years ago and its beginning to show. Scuff marks, frayed carpet, and aging furniture are noticeable. I'm graduating soon from the University of Michigan (including this as an age reference) and needed somewhere to crash on New Year's Eve that was both affordable and more than adequately accommodating. Having said that, I wasn't planning on spending too much time in the room and also needed to be close to the main downtown area so that I could get everywhere […] I needed quickly and easily. I was extremely impressed with both the location and quality of the hotel, especially considering the price - in other words, a fantastic value. Checking in and out was practically seamless and had to be, considering I had a flight on New Year's day. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the only thing that erred me was the fact that I was placed in a smoking room even though I hadn't requested it; however, the staff was very quick and eager to relocate me after I let them know my situation. We have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times. When we booked the room the last time we stayed there, we had requested an upper floor. When we arrived, we were told we would have to pay extra for an upper floor. So, we paid the extra and unfortunately they put us in the smallest room available but at least it was near the top of the building. We had […] a great view. However, our room was not as clean as before when we have stayed there, which was very disappointing. We are still willing to try it again, because of the great location. Devamı

Hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to Water Tower. Quick walk from South Shore train. Some say that the rooms are small, which they are, but plenty big to sleep, shower. Great view too! Free bottled water, free coffee in the lobby. Couldn't ask for a better hotel for the price and location

Friendly, helpful staff. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Clean, comfortable room and bed and bathroom. Only one set of towels in bathroom on arrival. Nice view of Chicago River from room.

Everything was great! Location excellent, service and all wonderful! The only couple of things (minor ones) were the room size: since it was a bit small, the bed was too close to the window, so it felt a bit cold at night, regardless of the use of heating in the room. The other minor thing was the carpet: it needed to be washed already, but I'm sure […] that will happen soon. Hotel personnel and service were wonderful, all our needs were met efficiently, loved their demeanor and manners, that's always a plus for us. Rates were great! We wouldn't have been able to stay there for three nights otherwise! All in all, we had a really nice experience at the Club Quarters, and hope to go back in the future. Thanks! Devamı

perfect location, all the mod cons, great breakfast place off the lobby, free wi-fi and bottled water: what's not to love?

Although not well advertised (not even mentioned on hotels.com), the hotel charges a $35 "minimal" fee for early check-in (anytime before 3pm) even though the room was clean, ready, and waiting. What bothered us most about the experience was not the $35 fee itself--as hidden as it was--but the manager's refusal to waive or reduce the fee, considering […] that the room was just sitting there and the lack of notice. Surely, had we known about the hidden fee we would have chosen to stay elsewhere and indeed will next time, as other hotels in the area are similarly priced once the additional fee is added. Manager's uncompromising and unapologetic response reflects the hotel's overall approach to costumer service. We hope the $35 was worth losing our future business! Devamı

Me and the Wife stay The Quarters Hotel for NYE as we attend the NYE House Party at Navy Pier, the rooms were a little small but great for what we needed since we didn't spend alot of time in the room, outside it was very busy and some what crowded with the valet guys, the parking building and restuarant next door, but we love the sounds of the big […] city and overall we enjjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Great hotel with option of a view of the river and fantastic Chicago architecture. Super restaurants and shopping close by. Don't miss Sixteen at Trump Tower. Hancock has a lounge with drink prices lower than the fee for the observation tower. Macy's on State Street is a must. The Macy's at Water Tower Place is a smaller venue. The hotel is close to […] all--even has complimentary bottled water and computers with free Internet. Also coffee in the lobby along with newspapers. Devamı

I've stayed at this location over the past 5 years with nary a complaint. The hotel is in a GREAT location and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices are excellent. The interior is getting a little worn out with lots of scuff marks and frayed edges. That being said, the room was clean and the bathroom in good shape. I do miss the continental […] breakfast, but there are lots of options close by for coffee and danish. Devamı

Our "club room" was really planned for a single person, the "queen bed" we reserved turned out to be a double, the head of the bed was placed under windows that were extremely drafty (in December!) and the comforter was covered in a slippery fabric that kept sliding off the bed. We have stayed in the other Club Quarters on Adams, found it excellent […] and were disappointed for the above reasons with this one. However, we liked the location and got a bargain rate, next time we'll pay closer attention when we bring our bags to the room and not hesitate to ask for a different room if any of the same issues prevail. The staff were so helpful to my friend and I as we are not natives of Chicago. Also, it is a beautiful hotel and we loved the view of downtown from our window. Best part, it was walking distance from many downtown places which was great if you are hungry and it is late. I would stay here again!

The door handle to our bathroom was broken, it would just pull off. You have to put your card in the elevator reader several times before it would let you push a button, as if the magnetic strips were old or something. Ice is only in the basement. Our walls looked like they were touched up a few places with the wrong color paint, and the tv was the […] smallest ive ever seen in a hotel room since i was a kid. None of these are items that would keep me from staying here again, but i would probably pay the extra $ for a little more space. We had never stayed in the loop before, so we really had no idea what the relatively cheap price would get us, and it wasn't bad, just some interesting little stuff. Devamı

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a GREAT location. They had complimentary bottled water available on each floor by the elevator, which was a nice change from the standard $4 a bottle at other hotels. We would stay here again.
