Red Roof Inn Boston - Logan - Saugus

Good opction

Rooms are updated and comfortable. Would be nice if they served breakfast, but I knew in advance they didn't and there are lots of nearby restaurants, so it was ok. Wifi worked great, plenty of parking, friendly staff.

everything was great but the people on the floor were up all night slamming doors and carrying on. I really liked the hotel but the people there were a bit much

Adequate.

Nice hotel, 15 minutes from Boston and Harvard. Get a rental car cause cabs are expensice (about $50 each way)

Jennifer was excellent, she was very helpful with everything and made our stay very enjoyable. Also loved the Brizllian restaurant next door. This hotel was well above it's 2 star rating.

The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. I will be back!

I did a search for hotels closest in proximity to the airport (that I could afford!). I should have looked closer because this hotel was an almost thirty dollar cab ride each way from and to the airport. Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Fridge in room, though nothing along the lines of a mini-bar which would have been nice coming in so late.

The service, hospitality, cleanliness & over all is 110%!!! We decided to stay another week. Let's go see some more Witches in Salem!!@!

We enjoyed our stay! The rates were competitive. V pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel and its rooms.

The rate of the room was good. The room was pretty clean. The sink outside the bathroom was built sort of strange. We were in a recently remodeled room. The service was good. Does not have a continental breakfast. The location leaves a lot to be desired. I was unsure about this hotel after seeing some of the other reviews. However my experience was great. It was clean quiet and overall great experience.

For a cut-rate hotel, this was great. Clean, rooms are nicely appointed, staff was extrremely friendly and helpful.

Great hotel staff, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very modern and looked like they had been newly renovated. It was a quality room at a good rate. The only complaint I had was with my "non-smoking" room. The sticker on the door that said non-smoking room but when I opened the door the room smelled like a musty old ashtray. Though the staff tried the room I stayed in was recently remodled but not done well. There is no access to anything and it is 9 miles from Logan. Road warriors bewarned Internet is slow and it appears to be frequented by loud noise causing families.

This hotel is great.! They are friendly and the service is excelent. the rooms are clean and roomy. I highly would recomened them to anyone who's looking for a afordable hotel.

Like the new renovations to the rooms have stayed there many times before and will look forward to staying there again

When i booked this room, the hotel was currently wrapping up renovations to hardwood floors in middle of February, which meant the floors were freezing in the morning. Some 9 + miles from the airport on the northbound side of Broadway. Located next to a chinese restaurant, fudruckers, and a Brazilian Barbecue which was convenient. The rooms are clean […] and the washing sinks are installed on top of the counter space which was odd. However, I would recommend this hotel to a friend but the location from the airport is far and the hardwood floors would be a personal issue. Great value for the location. Devamı

I really enjoyed my stay at Red roof, They're renovating over January 2012. The room was clean, comfortable and current. I had plenty of toilettries. The soccer team who were staying on my floor were a bit noisy, but that isn't the hotel's fault. I nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed the service and comfort at this establishment. Living is comfortable. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Just the location is little noisy.

When I booked the hotel I didn't realize that there is no transportation to the airport. We left our car for a week but had to take a taxi to and from the airport and that was $50 each way

Water in the shower tub will not drain fast enough forcing you to take your shower with your feet under 1 inch of water.

Great place for the price! excellent shopping and restaurants in 2 mile radius.

Putting the name "Logan" in this hotel is really disingenuous. That being said, it is otherwise a fine solution for anyone wanting to stay in the area. I would agree with others that the walls are thin and it doesn't take much for the floor to start moving. The main reason I stayed here was because they allow pets and do not charge extra for it. When I first checked in, I went to my room to drop off my bag. I was in a bit of a hurry as I was heading to my 35th high school reunion. I went into the bathroom and there was water everywhere...the floor was soaked and the towels hanging on the wall were soaked as well. There was a leak coming from the ceiling. I headed out and stopped at the desk […] to let them know about the leak. They immediately offered me a new room and saw that I was in a rush so offered to leave the keys to my new room at the desk where I could pick them up when i returned. When I returned, hours later, the keys to the new room were ready for me and my bag had been brought to the new room as well. I was impressed with the service that they provided n respect to that. The desk staff was extremely courteous in regards to my concern about the leak in the bathroom and I was pleased with how efficiently they took care of the situation. Devamı

The Red Roof Inn exceeded my expectations by a long shot .It was clean ,the beds were very comfortable and the cost was incredible .I'm very picky and I was so pleasantly surprised by the room itself , the price , the comfort and the perfect location on Route 1 ,I'd have to go back again and I'd have to reccomend it to anybody .

After reading all the other reviews 3.9 out of 5 was the average I felt confident in hotels dot com reputation to trust the rating. WRONG ..... Room was filthy. Ground food room and the window did not lock!!! I had to fix it my self with my on tools management said they would get to in in the morning. Disgusting stains and smell in the carpets. There […] were alot of people hanging out in the lobby with the staff dirty and smelly people..... Found one guy sleepin in the bushes. But if u want a cheap hotel in a expensive town it's a good deal. My real concern is why hotels dot com. doesnt check out the hotels them selves. I trusted them and the ratings must of been biased. This was a great deal!! I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Staff were pleasant and accomadating. My hairdryer in the room was not working properly and they came and gave me a new one right away!!!
