Satisfied overall. It's worth my money.

Itchy whole night ,dont' know if any aninmals bite me or not! The room was a bit bad smell. The bed really uncomfortable and the carpet has fleas dancing when the cleaner vacuum on the carpet..eeeeeee But only one thing that all the staffs are very helpful and friendly.

the room had an excellent view of the strip and the ocean, no beach access though, i was in the 8th floor, its got 10.. my only complaint is that they charged me for local calls.. so beware about that... and that the hallway is outdoors.. so you leave the elevator which is indoors and out of nowhere you have to go outside to go to the rooms.. otherwise […] good overall.. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and we appreciate the complimentary airport transportation. However, the hotel room was in need of a face lift and and daily cleaning could be better. For example the full carpet floor should be vacuum cleaned daily but looks like a vacuum cleaner is not a a standard equipment of the cleaner women. We had clearly […] visible small piles of sand on the floor day after day and they wer enot cleaned away. -Maybe the lack of vacuum cleaning is why there were tiny ants walking on the floor. One of the reasons when choosing the hotel was that they have a swimming pool and breakfast available. However, the pool turned out to be quite modest with worn out chairs and no umbrellas to protect from direct sun shine. Awesome place to stay but not from the beach however got the oceanview. Neat. Bed matress is very good. Can sleep all night! Will use it again.

I booked and pre-arranged with the hotel for day stay, ie. check in at 7:00am and check out at 6:00pm, and also pick up at airport. When I arrived on time in the early morning of 11 Feb at the airport, no one there to pick up until we waited for more than half an hour with sleepy body. When arrived at the lobby, no room is ready, and the gentlement […] checked for almost 30 mins and still can not find a room for us to sleep. That is the pre-arrangement is totally useless. We are asked to put aside our luggages (we have few big diving equipment luggages) at our own and go to walk around and come back in 2 hours. Later on, when the room is ready, we have to bring our own luggages to the room as well. We did the same when we check out. This is the worst experience I had with hotel services and the worst I had in Guam for the past 3 times. I will not recommend this, esp for those looking for stay in Guam. Devamı

For the price that we paid, Bayview Hotel Guam is worth every penny because the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that we were placed in a room with a connecting door in the middle and there was a big gap beneath the door. For the price, I haven't been to better there. Good location, view, ultra-friendly & helpful staff, cozy rooms and shuttle service.

The location is little far to shopping area. It is a uphill direction and take 15 mins by foot. However, quite comfort for living with quiet. It has only 1 staff service at front disk. Very helpful & polite but no enough manpower for slove the problem.

It was nice to stay here. I worried about the airport pickup, but the lady in the information center in an airport called someone, and it turned out the pickup person was already in an airport. Nice staves, nice services. pick-up and drop-off airport really help a lot. Not so far from DFS and the shopping street.

The restaurant is sparce and shabby. Dont bother to look at the menu because what you order they will not have. A cup of coffee (not a latte or expresso) was $3.00 and it was barely warm. We arrived at around 5:00 in the morning at the airport and we were fetched by the hotel transport for free. We did not wait anymore for the usual 12 noon check in because upon arriving at the hotel, our room was ready for us. Although the room that we booked did not include complimentary water, as we chose the standard internet rate, the front desk […] gave us free bottled water anyway. Nice clean hotel and WIFI is free. Our room is modern with big LCD TV. We would definitely go back and stay in this hotel whenever we will be in Guam. Devamı

This hotel is close to the stores and about a 20 minute walk to the mall. The people that work there was very generous. If i was in the room all day, the maid would call and ask if i want my room cleaned. They were polite and the restuarant that was there had really great food, a little pricy but was worth the dinner if i didnt feel like walking or […] taking the bus anywhere. I had a great view on the top floor, was able to see the ocean and the wood area. I had no problem with it being nasty or anything like that. The room felt comfortable with it being clean. Barring a few minor issues (weak water pressure for shower, no clothes dresser and 75-cent local calls), I found this hotel to be wonderful! The view was outstanding, the location equally as good (yes, you had to walk an extra block to Tumon Bay) and most importantly, the staff were utterly delightful and ALWAYS willing to help! when we chose bayview, our primary concern was free hotel pick up and location. our friend already warned us how expensive the taxi fare in guam (she is so right!) when we arrived, the hotel pick up was already waiting outside for us. we had no problem checking in and as what the other reviews say, the room is big! it has two queen beds and the bathroom […] has a bath tub!:) the location is perfect because it is really a pick up for the tourist buses which you can avail of at $10 for one day for an all-day pass and $20 for a 5-day pass. the bus brings you around all the shopping malls in guam and k-mart! breakfast is choice of chicken tonkatsu and rice, ham with egg with unlimited choice of coffee or juice. we requested for a late check-out since we had some last minute shopping to do and the hotel granted us this free of charge. the staff is very friendly and accomodating (mostly filipinos!) . the icing in the cake is the rate is quite cheap compared to other hotels in guam. you really get value for your money! i would definitely stay in this hotel again! Based on the reviews I read, I am not expecting much from this hotel. The day we arrived Guam early 4 AM, my perception has changed a lot ! The complimentary airport to hotel transfer was very prompt, the hotel driver is already waiting for us when we arrived. Turn out he is also a Filipino. At the reception table, I was not expecting that a room will […] be provided to us immediately since I was advised way ahead by the hotel representative that they can not guarantee a room as early as 5 AM unless I book for an extra night earlier. I opted to take the chance and was planning to spend the morning sleeping on the hotel lobby waiting for my room. But, this was not the case. Our room was available within minutes after our check in. After the much needed rest, we were ready to explore the city and bought a 5 day unlimited rides on the Red Guahan Shuttle (LamLam) bus from the hotel reception which cost me $20 each person. The hotel front door is one of the bus stop for the "hotel" shuttle bus coming from Micronesian mall so it is very convenient. Micronesian mall is just one bus stop away. The DFS Galleria and the Sands Plaza mall are just 10 minutes walk away. JP store and ABC stores are just walking distance and great places to buy souvenir items and quick bites. Going back to the hotel, free welcome drinks coupons are provided which can be claimed from the hotel restaurant “Delmonico” near the lobby. The rooms are dimly lit. The hotel is already showing signs of deterioration but the room is clean enough on our first day. However, the room was not cleaned on our first day even though we asked the chambermaid that we passed along the hotel corridors to clean our room. So on the following days, I made sure to inform the hotel receptionist to have our room cleaned. Oddly, we noticed that on our last night that the room smells like urine when we got back from shopping. We have to open the balcony glass door and the bathroom’s exhaust fan to get rid of the smell. 其实考虑到酒店的价钱，房间装修比较古老比较朴素都是可以接受的。但是感觉床不是很干净，被子枕头都较差，这点让我相当郁闷。酒店的位置很好，楼下就有便利店，商场，DFS。另外我订的是含早餐的，但是我是一个人住。入住了之后才发现早餐是按两个人的标准收的。请问这个问题如何解决？

空港への送迎は有難いです。ツアーだと皆さんが集まるまで待ち、ホテルにたどり着くのも順番ですが到着ゲートを出ると待ち構えていてくれ、ホテルにも直行。すぐにチェックインです。ホテルロビー前にGPO方面行き赤バスのバス停があり、坂を下りパシフィックプレイスの前まで行くとマイクロネシアモール行きのバス停があります。マイクロネシアモールからの帰りは、最初のバス停がホテル前なので大変便利。アウトリガー前のビーチまでは徒歩5分程。ニッコウ先のガンビーチやファイファイビーチまでは徒歩15分位でした。10階だったので眺めは最高。夜景が綺麗です。昼間は海も見えます。部屋には金庫、電子レンジがあり、ペイレススーパーで買った冷凍食品やカップラーメンが温められます。シャワーの水圧が弱いですが、なんてことはありません。 […] アメニティーの補充もバッチリ。テレビのチャンネル合わせが難しかったのは私だけ？坂道も普通の体力の方ならば大丈夫。ご年配の方やベビーカーは大変かも。次回もまた利用したいです。 Devamı

何度か利用してますが毎回,水まわりや貴重品ボックス、部屋の鍵などトラブルで困ります。あと日本語話せるスタッフがほとんどいないので、私自身はまた利用しますが、友人知人にはお勧めはしません。

グアムのホテルはほとんど泊まりましたがこちらに落ち着きました。 ホテルロードに近くお店にも徒歩五分くらいで大変利便性がいいです。 またお部屋が広くどの部屋からも海がみえます ラグジャリーを求ない方には断然オススメです お部屋でのインタネット利用はLANせつぞくのみです

仕事で滞在しましたが、送迎や繁華街にも近く、快適な滞在でした。

우선 좋은점:호텔 전망 괌의 타 호텔에 비해 그다지 좋은 편은 아니나 그럭저럭 점수 줄 수 있습니다. 지금부터는 안좋은 점입니다. 첫날 밤에 속이 출출하여 컵라면 물좀 얻으러 갔습니다. 첨에 쬐금은 귀찮아 하면서도 물을 주더군요. 근데 카운터 현지인 여자가 담아놓은 컵라면 스프를 몽땅 쏟아 멀쩡한 컵라면 버리게 생겼음에도 미안하단 소리 안하고 은근 슬쩍 넘어가더라구요. 그래도 뜨거운 물 준다니 걍 패스~~~ 그리고 베이뷰 호텔 복도벽이나 객실 벽에 도마뱀 새끼들 다닙니다. 2일 묵었으나 체크인 한날부터 침대청결상태 완전 꽝이었습니다. 머리카락 담배재 묻은체로 걍 쭉 펴놓기만 했더군요. 당연 교체신청햇구요. 어쨓든 […] 피곤하기도 하고 이미지 관리상 걍 귀엽게 넘겼습니다. 둘째날 팁을 2불씩이나 주며 킵핑룸 신청.. 관광 후 돌아와보니 청소상태 불량 침대시트 갈지 않고 역시 걍 쭉 펴놓기만 함. 귀차나서 그냥 자기로 했습니다. 다음날 체크아웃할때 카운터남자 요금 1.5불 청구하더군요. 청구내역은 다름아닌 시내전화요금입니다. 2통화 총 2분도 통화하지 않았을 겁니다. ㅠㅠ 정말이지 말이 막혀서..사실 말이 통하질 않아서 걍 던져주고 나왔습니다. 잘먹고 잘살아라~~하며 사실 1박에 15만원정도주며 묵었는데 시내전화요금 받아 쳐드시는 오하나베이뷰 호텔 정말 두번다시 가고 싶지 않은 곳이더군요.. タモンの浜辺に水着を着て歩いて5分以内で行けます。一日海で遊んでのんびりホテルに帰るのには最適の距離でしょう。レストランでの食事や買い物にも便利です。価格から判断して、朝食の質など我慢しなければならない部分がありますが、スタッフは親切ですし、清潔なホテルです。私の宿泊した部屋はセイフティボックスが壊れていましたが、フロントが貴重品をあずかってくれました。夜中でも空港にきちんと迎えに来てくれて助かりました。

オハナ時代から3回目の利用です。ラナイから見るホテルロードと、その向こうに広がるタモン湾という景色は、グアムのホテルの中でも最高の眺望ではないかと思います。 水回りが古かったり、外廊下の建物のため場合によってはスコールの際に濡れてしまったりと、マイナス点もありますが、その眺望だけでもこのホテルに泊まる価値はあると思います。

가격대비 경쟁력은 있습니다. 넓지만 오래되어 깨끗하지는 않습니다. 보통으로 보시면 될듯합니다.

今回で2回目の利用です。 最新鋭の設備や日本語でもOKとは行きませんが、きちんと対応してくれます。 グアムだからと言って日本を旅行するような旅行ではなく、海外旅行デビューするならもってこいです。

이 호텔은 투몬 시내근처에 위치해 있어서 걸어서 다니기가 편리하고 언덕에서 투몬 시내 및 바다쪽으로만 창가가 비치는 호텔이라 다른 가든뷰의 호텔보다 경치가 무척이나 좋습니다. 저는 10층 건물 중 9층이랑 8층에 머물렀었는데 경치는 그 어떤 호텔보다도 좋다고 생각 되었습니다. 가격도 다른 호텔들에 비해 저렴하면서 여러가지 만족도 면에서 가격 대비 효용은 짱인것 같습니다. 인터넷도 빠르고 물도 세게 나왔구요~ 청소 상태도 좋았습니다. 그리고 더블침대가 2개씩 있어서 4인 가족이 머물기에 최적의 조건인것 같습니다. 강추합니다.

위치는 굉장히 좋으나 새벽에 가는데 2박을 다내야한다는거는 조금안좋음. 보통 이정도 급호텔은 얼리체크인트로 추가 25불정도만 더 받는데..1박에... 다른건 괜찮으나... 화장실에 얼룩이 좀있고..그거만빼면 좋음

2박을 쉐라톤에서 머물면서 호텔 내 수영장과 비치를 이용했어요. 그 이후에 투몬 중심가에서 놀고싶어서 야경이 멋진 오하나 베이뷰에서 머물렀답니다. 쉐라톤의 바닷가 전경과 달리 오하나베이뷰는 멋진 야경과 시원한 바람을 선사했어요.^^ 물론 높은 언덕에 위치해서 힘들것 같단 생각은 했지만, 전혀 그런 어려운 없이 잘 지내고 놀았답니다. 주변에 ABC스토어, 아웃백, 카프리초샤 및 괌의 더 프라자, 디에프에스 매장이 모두 도보 10분 내에 있어서 쇼핑하기엔 정말 좋았답니다.^^ 호텔은 생각보다 공간이 넓었구요, 청소도 깨끗하게 해주셨고 공항까지 직접 픽업하고 바래다 주는 서비스가 참 좋았습니다. 모두 친절하시구요~ 한가지 건의 […] 사항이 있다면 이불이 조금 칙칙해요.. 화사한 이불로 바꾸면 더욱 좋을 것 같아요^^ Devamı

가격대비 위치는 좋으나 추후에는 조금더 비용을 들어 다른호텔에 묵고자함 개미를 몇마리 보았고 전압바꾸는 돼지코도 없어서 대여가 불가능하였음 와이파이는 정말 1층 로비에서만 가능

値段に釣り合った内容のホテルです。 部屋は、広めで、2台のベッドも、クイーンサイズだったため、広々と使えました。 トイレ、バスは、前からのホテルのものを日木津っているので、お世辞にも良いとは言えませんでしたが、苦になるようなものでもないです。 グアムの格安ホテルにしては、しっかりとしたスタッフの対応もあり、好感が持てました。 部屋を変えろだの、午後にルームメイクをしろだの、タオルを多めに持ってこいなど、いろいろと注文をしてしまいましたが、快く対応していただけました。

ホテルズドットコムで予約したのち、カスタマーセンターへ電話で、到着が深夜になることと、空港から無料送迎希望の旨を事前にホテルへ伝えてもらえるようお願いしていました。個人的な経験から、低予算系のホテルの送迎は、その他周辺ホテルも巡回する乗り合いバスであったり、電話しても２０分程度待たされたりすることもあるのでその程度の期待でしたが、実際空港に到着した時には、すでにドライバーが私の名前入り案内札を掲げて待っていてくれました。ホテル自体はつい最近改装工事を完了したとのことで、大変きれいで、予想を良い意味で裏切られました。深夜到着だったため、チェックインはローカルスタッフのみでしたが、昼間には日本人スタッフもいらっしゃったので、日本人にも安心だと思います。（ただし、客層は日本人少なめだと思います。） […] シングルでのステイでしたが、ベッドはキングサイズで空調も各部屋で調整が可能で大変快適でした。最上階だったためか、タモンベイが部屋から望むことができました。シャワーアメニティは一通り揃っていて、金庫と電子レンジはまだ新品同様でした。家具等は落ち着いた茶色系でまとめられています。中心部から結構近いので、ショッピングや食事などで中心部で楽しみたい人にはオススメです。赤いシャトルバス乗り場近く、深夜１時まで営業のABCストア近く、コンビニ近くで便利です。ただ、少し勾配のある坂の上にあるので、子供や足の悪い年配連れの方にはデメリットかもしれません。またグアムに来るときは利用したいと思います。（2010年11月滞在時の感想。個人的な私見に基づいているため、人によって評価は変わると思います。参考程度にして下さい。） Devamı
