"Convenient for Marathon but not clean"
This hotel was in a perfect location if you are in town for the country music marathon! Its right at the start close to Vanderbilt. Our room had a tiny kitchen which was fine for us to make pasta one night. However, the construction of the building was poor and you could hear everything. The drain in the shower was clogged and led to overflow. My reservation […] said I had a tub/shower combo but i only had a shower stall. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and dirt from it fell on the in room hairdryer. Gross!! For the rest of our trip we moved to a different hotel. This hotel was the cheapest I could find for the marathon, so it served its purpose. But I would not stay there again. Devamı

"Close to work"
It was convenient
"Nice, Simple, Economical"
The room was nice. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. The kitchenette was fairly well supplied with dishes and flatwear. Bathroom was clean and in good condition. A very nice stay, we will definitely consider staying there on our next trip.
Very dirty. Thought it would be decent since it is in a nice area of town, but the rooms were gross.

Lots of hair all over the blankets! One bed had been slept in and sheets not replaced.

"Extended Stay - easy place"
Decent Hotel. If you are looking for a place close to downtown with no charge parking, this is a nice place. Clean room, nothing fancy, but great for a quick night stay.
"Nice for extended stay"
The rooms are quite comfortable but as this is an extended stay facility the rooms are cleaned only once per week. Cooking facilities (Stove, MW, Pots, plates, etc) are provided but you will need to clean-up after yourself. The staff was very accommodating to all my requests.

If you like a lumpy bed, ripped blankets, pubic hair in the tub, and like to pay $5 for internet access, this hotel is for you!
"Safe and sound... but not updated"
The room was a good value for the location (near Vanderbilt University and West End restaurants). However, the rooms haven't been updated with new carpet or decor so there were stains and cigarette smells in the hallway. The neighborhood is safe and the location is very convenient. For an inexpensive stay, it is worth the price.

This hotel was near the hospital but i expected more for the price. Clean but simple things absent. No radio in room, tv was a small 19 inch. Internet cost 4.99. No shampoos or soap for kitchen sink. Room was clean but worn. Some cobwebs in corners. Room did not have a couch, was told only another type of this hotel had that.
"Pleasantly surprised"
After Reading some negative reviews we were a bit hesitant to book this hotel, however we decided to give it a chance and we're very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, bed a bit stiff but otherwise no complaints! About a ten dollar cab ride downtown made for an easy way to go out at night. We will definitely use this again when we return […] ! No four star hotel but certainly right or the price! Devamı

"Near Vandy"
Needs updating! Old, stained carpet, no in room shampoo, shower lever was stuck (in off position), parking was tight. Location was convenient to Vanderbilt and the kitchette was well furnished.

Very nice experience from friendliness of front desk staff to comfort of room. Impecable cleanliness. This is extended stay and I only stayed one night while in city for seminar, but would definitely return. Very convenient parking. As a Nashville resident prior to early retirement, wished to stay at location in this area because of it's convenience. "Not Nice in Nashville"
The smoke free room that we had was indeed smoke free. However, on that floor nearly ever other room allowed smoking, so you were greeting on the floor to a hallway that wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. "Extended Stay Wend End Ave."
Services was good, rooms were clean. No shampoo, conditioner or moisturizer provided. The bed was a bit hard but acceptable. Overall, a good, inexpensive option to downtown hotels.
"Extended Stay America Nashville"
The hotel itself is not bad, but everything else is horrible. They do not offer breakfast, they only offer a shuttle to the hospital at 7am and 7pm. If you want to use wifi they charge 4 bucks. They even take a $50 deposit on your cc for placing even if you do not use long distance. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone .

Great location, very friendly staff, but the bed was hard as a rock and the first room they put me in had not been cleaned yet.

"Bare Bones Minimum"
Stayed for business. Room was clean and maintained, however lacked amenities including toiletries. Meant for the more casual traveler. I did not need the kitchen area.

Nice price, comfortable stay. Not a lot of extras but great value for the money. Within walking distance of many restaurants. A 5 minute drive to downtown. Nashville is a great place. Must hit Broadway and Printers Alley downtown at least once.

The hotel was decent. Good location down the street from Vanderbilt and a reasonable price. Bed was not very comfortable and we had no shampoo. However, there were dishes in the cabinets to use for meals, as well as a stove and microwave. I would stay there again in the future, epecially for a longer stay.

The service when we checked in and out was nice, no complaints there. The room was nothing fancy but not bad for the price, when considering the price of other hotels in the area. There were no toiletries but there was a sign in the bathroom that said if you forgot some you could go down to the desk and ask for some. Overall, a nice place.

"At least I got new sheets!"
Great neighborhood/ location. Rooms are pretty sparse, but that is to be expected for the price. My only problem was the threadbare, stained sheets. However, after a quick trip to TJ Maxx for some new sheets to put on the bed life was good! Just make sure you build this cost in, or bring yours from home.

Good price for the room compared to nearby locations, however I expected more. The room was sparse and plain. No toiletries. Very small kitchen. "A bit disappointing"
I wasn't expecting much but it was a bit of a letdown. There wasn't a person at the desk when i arrived and the check out process consisted of calling a phone on the wall and being told to toss the key over the counter. The faucet dripped, the tv was quite small, there were mold stains in the tub, they don't offer breakfast even for a fee, and they […] want me to pay extra for the wifi. "Extended Stay Vandy- not posh but they try hard"
This hotel provides the basics, has a very hard-working staff, and excellent coffee. You can actually open the hotel window to get fresh air into your room (this is not possible at other hotels.) However, we got a bad first impression of the hotel when we pulled up and saw what looked to be a streetperson outside and a hooker in the lobby. The room […] is not fancy and could use a little updating. The boxspring had stains on it, and although we had a non-smoking room, there were burn marks on the velor blankets.However, the rooms do seem to be clean, and they have a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The bathroom has a powerful, yet quiet flushing toilet, and the soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were very nice (you must ask for toiletries, coffee, and other supplies at the front desk.) Extended Stay tries hard to please their guests, and it does have its own charm-- nice staff, better coffee than other hotels, nice soap and shampoo, fresh air in your room, but it is a bit like camping. The room was clean, and the staff was nice but they did not have a business center for guests to use. It would be nice to be able to use a computer for emails, etc. Also, there are very few good channels on the TV. We enjoyed this hotel because it is within walking distance of may great shops and places to eat. The only complaint is that the a/c was very loud!

"Great Hotel - Needs some help after hours"
No one to really get in touch with at front desk from 11pm - 7am. Ghost town but overall the hotel is great and locally convenient to downtown Nashville. $10 cab ride.
