Hotel personnel were very friendly and courteous. I did not like the awkward doors at the front where he had to be a contortionist to get your cart through the double doors while holding them open.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. It was so nice to have a kitchen with all the amenities. I fell out when I saw the shopping mall near, literally, I didn't have to hunt through the city for anything. Walked out my room and everything was in walking distance. Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect price. A++

The customer service agent on front desk in the hotel was rude and unfriendly..We waited several minutes before he appeared.. then started talking in Korean with other customer in line..ignoring others..When I asked about elevators, he simply gave a map and asked me to read.."it is written in English"...

first hotel I've stayed at in a long time that allows smoking. Asked for non-smoking room, got smoking because .. they don't "guarantee" the type of room, just a room!! And ... no other non-smoking rooms available. Hallways wreaked of stench. Not to mention, the train runs right next to the hotel and runs most of the night, whistles and all. No extra […] hotel frills and the room wasn't cleaned well - there were dirty glasses left Next to the bed. Asked for another pillow and was told they didn't have any pillow cases left. Want more?? We booked Saturday evening sort of last minute. We had some shopping to do in the area and it seemed a convenient location. The room had some ammenities like small kitchen, nice flat screen tv. Queen bed. The formica counter was delaminating and the kitchen area was not very clean, grease on the range hood and refrigerator had dust and dirty fingerprints […] all over. My wife and I were tired and went to sleep around 11:00 PM. About 5:00 AM Sunday we were startled by loud stereo in the parking area and honking for several minutes. I got up and turned on a light and noticed a nude photograph of a naked woman had been slid under the door. I doubt it was a hooker as she would have left her number, my wife was not impressed! I was not able to go back to sleep after all that activity so I got up and went to buy coffee down the street. When I went into the hallway outside my room it was filled with cigarette smoke from other rooms, it was thick! After I bought my wife and I coffee we packed up and left shortly after. I do not think we will be visiting Extended Stay in Burbank anytime soon. I did not think the place was very secure! Devamı

Perfectly situated in the Empire Center of Burbank, Extended Stay does not only have a comfortable room and environment, it also has the convenience of multiple stores and restaurants in very close proximity. I highly recommend this perfectly priced hotel.

The outside of the building looked great, but once you got past the lobby, the quality of the hotel seemed to go down. The carpets were tacky, luggage carts blocked the hallway, and the walls are paper-thin. I heard all of the activities going on from all of my neighbors (conversation, nose blowing, restroom activities, etc.). Overall a nice stay!

Front desk staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. Location is OK since it is near shopping area but unfortunately it is next to a railroad. The hotel has plenty of parking and well lighted. The screen on one of the windows was torn. The room is a bit dusty and hallway had debris. There was no shampoo and lotion. Soap is very small to use for shower. What a nasty, disgusting hotel!!! Although very conveniently located, this hotel was dirty and the smell was wretched at best. When we asked for a room change, we were told there were none to be had even though the parking lot was half full. It was convenient to many places, and it was quiet and not on a busy street. Noisy neighbors one night was a disturbance, but not that bad either.

Our reservations said a queen bed and we were given a large room with a double bed. The staff member didnt know what she was doing or knew how to use the computer system. Management was called and said he would fix the problem....by giving us a king size bed. We still got a double bed. The inside looked like the bates motel. Excellent location close to freeway,target and hometown buffet and lots of parking spaces. Now about the hotel my room was clean with s refrigerator and microwave for drinks and food, also a flat Tv with HDMI and free Internet. Bed and pillows are not the best but ok, I would recommended.

We just made a quick trip to Burbank to Surprise our son for his 45 Birthday, it was decided at the last minute and we tried to pick someplace quick and close to the airport as we were going as a surprise. We picked out the Extended Stay America LA - Burbank. We were very please with the hotel, it's employees and the location. The room was cozy and […] comfortable, plus it has a kitchenette although we didn't cook, we did put cold drinks in the fridge, watch tv, & even made popcorn in the micro, so that mde us feel like home. It was also right at the end of a shopping center, so you could just walk and we did 1 morning for breakfast. We would definetly stay there again. The price was reasonable but we did have to pay a $4.95 fee to use the internet which we did do as my husband is on 24 hour call and did have to use the internet. The room I stayed in had a bad remote and more important has laminate comming off the countertop. There was also a big part of the floor carpeting missing. Other than that the room was pertty good!

We had a non-smoking reservation but the staff checked us into Smoking room. Since we arrived late the night staff couldn't do anything about it and asked me to talk to the front desk in the morning. This is ridiculous. There were no blanked on the bed and the toilets were missing soap. Again the night staff tells me has no blankets and soap. This hotel needs a serious overhaul. The furniture in the room was all nicked, scratched, dented and overall trashy looking. The TV was an old school 19" portable that was just stuck on top of a chest. No closet -- just wire rack. The hallway carpets were filthy, and appeared to never even be vacuumed. Not a bad place to stay. No free maid service and if you want new towels you must trade them in at the main desk. No check in after Midnight. Has kitchen so you can cook and there is a store right next door. Basic no frills stay

This place does not have many frills, but it was a good place for the price at the time. Simple and sufficient.

Hotel service was bad, did not provide any shampoo or conditioner. Refrigerator was leaking. Overall not satisfies at all. Would have paid another $50 for the stay and slept better.

Even though I am not 100% satisfied with the service, I might come back next time. It actually locates in a big shopping mall, very close to Target, Marshalls, TJ Max as well as Hometown Buffet. The problem is that they only have a room service each week. It's frustrated that you found you still have the dirty towel in your bathroom after a fun day. […] The towel is so coarse that it actually hurts you when you wipe yourself. We reserved two non-smoking rooms with two queen beds and when we reached there were no rooms in the non-smoking section. Instead, they upgrade us to a suite with a king bed and two single bed rooms. The rooms were very dirty as if they have not been cleaned for a year. The fan was full of dirt, the tub of bathroom had fungus on the sides and the sink […] drainage pipe was broken. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews. But, this place was NOT good. The entire hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The cleaning people were very loud shouting to each other down the hall constantly while cleaning early in the morning. The beds were rock hard. And, worst of all, it's RIGHT by a railroad track. Trains roll through blowing their […] horns constantly throughout the night. The room was mostly clean. Although, apparently, the cleaning people were too busy chatting to check the refrigerator from the previous guests' visit because there was still half of a bottle of Gatorade in it from whoever had stayed there before. read some scary reviews so was prepared for the worst but it was pretty good. close to the big nine zero was not too cheap. Indeed the room is pretty well equipped down to the diswashing liquid. the room key required a second programming to work. the train was pretty annoying even if its not very close by, its noticeable. Horrible smell, kitchen is not fully equiped, window wouldn't shut, no shampoo and coffee for only one day. Run down!!! Left early and will not stay there again.

Hotel was OK. Not bad for price. Location was ideal for my business trip. Looks like they were working on parts of inside the hotel and outside they had placed fresh manure near the entrance. Everything was excellent, except that when we checked-in, we got the non-smoking room, but when we entered, we found out that the room was not cleaned. We didn't get a non-smoking room that night and have to stay with smoking room with our guest having allergies... Nect day we got the non-smoking room.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, hair dryer didn't work, but staff replaced. Very disappointing stay.

The Extended Stay was easy to get to from the Burbank Airport. Check in was very easy and the staff explained the procedures at the hotel. The room was large and clean. Had to pay a nominal fee for the internet but it worked very well. The kitchen was very clean and laundry room very convenient.

The hotel was clean, and conveniently locatedly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Burbank/Gendale area. The room has a kitchen which is clearly advantageous to those staying for more than a few days.

i was initially put in a "non-smoking" room which clearly had had a chain smoker...when I called to complain, desk clerk was great and moved me to a non smoking better room

Very bad place to stay. I expected better from extended stay, as I have already stayed in Chicago and was good. Here they don't even clean. They dont have any facilities like shampoo, heater, cleaniness. Please do not stay in this hotel. It is exptremely bad. They had not even cleaned the bathrooms.

I was going to send all my Corporate Officers to your hotels but not after my stay at this location!

This hotel is presentable and clean. It's close to universal and hollywood. It's also located in a plaza where there's a target, best buys, marshalls, tj maxx, nordstrom's rack, etc...and restaurants - a big plus!

The hotel is affordable and convenient for a family because of the cooking facilities and refrigerator. Also close to Target for last minute necessities. I had the last room so there was a rear window that did not shut and the train was right next to the hotel. It keeped me up all night.

The staff is friendly and provided great service, however the condition of the rooms were dated it was decieving because the entry and hallways went through a recent rentovation. I also dont like to see hair of previous guest in the bathroom. I also did notify the staff to give them an opportunity to correct the problem with my room.

Extended Stay America was centrally located to most of our kids , we need just two nights. Price was great, location perfect : we arrived door did not work (broken)okay use another , checked in went to our room started noticing little thing (we are also in the business , so I tend to notice things I would fire my housekeeping for) frig outside not so […] clean , glass on frame above bed did not look like it had been cleaned, cigarette butt in window sill , microwave not so clean in the inside - I turned down the bed and on the BOX SPRING WAS DRIED BLOOD not a little but a LOT took photos called front desk - they said they would come & look at it NO ONE Showed up while we were there . The only negative is that the beds are horrible! At least in room 112. I am officially crippled. The pillows were lumpy too. The hotel needs to invest in some comfortable beds and bedding.
