Close to everything you would want.

there was heavy hold in the bathroom and the room was not cleaned all the way...there was trash in the trash can...

The internet was really good and the hotel was close to I-5. The breakfast was also decent. Overall, the hotel met all of my expectations. It isn't a resort or anything, but it got the job done just fine.

It was more of convience. The maid did an awesome job and staff definitely was welcoming. Breakfast was good except the boiled egg was still raw. Other than that- it was good service.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I should have read the amenities a little more before booking. The hotel has no elevator. And our room was on the side of the hotel closet to a busy road with traffice all day and all night long. Since we are from aquiet town, it was probably more annoying to use than guests from much larger […] cities and are used to that kind of noise. But the hotel was located centrally to all of the shopping places we liked. Devamı

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the room. I would definately recommend the hotel to others.

The only thing that I did not like was the carpet in the rooms where very sticky and smelled, they need to shapoo the carpets, but everything else was great.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting my brother in Federal Way. It is very basic, but very clean and staff very professional. I was able to walk to Walmart and just a short ddrive to restaurants. If you are looking for a basic clean hotel with a good complimentary breakfas and acess to I5, I would recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and for that purpose it was great. Free wi-fi was a huge plus. It is next to the freeway exit so it can be a little loud during the day, but not so bad at night. It is an older building and they could probably invest in some new linens. Easy check in and easy check out. It was extremely easy to find, right off of the freeway. Walking distance to lots of places to eat and a WONDERFUL bar and grill called TIMEOUT.. We walked there and had a BLAST!! Def would stay again.

Great location. Walking distance to Olive Garden, The Rock (great wood fire pizza) and other shops. Older and needs updated. Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Not the fanciest with all the amenities but good deal for an extended stay.

I have stayed at this Super 8 Motel before and I will stay there again. It is close to I-5 and is very comfortable and nice,

The hotel is a good location for Wild Waves; however there is MAJOR highway construction going on. Our room was on the basement level and it reeked horribly of mildew. From the pictures I viewed, I thought the hotel was slightly nicer. The service is good. We left a baby blanket by accident and they washed and held it for us. However they did not offer […] to send it, instead I had to either send a prepaid envelop or pick it up. Got a room with 2 beds. The kids and I squeezed intoone together after finding a blood stain on the sheets in other one. I'm not sure if it had been washed because the blood stain was still red. It was small, but still... The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. My kids had trouble going to sleep because of the awful smell. In the morning, I went […] to the shower to discover tiny bugs all over the bottom of the tub. The tub was not very clean, and to top it off the towels almost all had some kind of stain on them. Honestly I have never stayed in a hotel so dirty. I hope this isn't their standard. The continental breakfast was okay, but they served no plain water! There was milk and juice. The milk was ok but the juice was not good. The girl at the desk was friendly, that's the only thing I can report that wasn't way below standard. Would not recommend. Devamı

Good: close to freeway, several great restaurants, grocery store, and the water park. Staff friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Bad: older hotel, needs updating, some non-smoking rooms were clearly smoking rooms at one point. Ugly: the carpets were so dirty that our socks/feet were black after just the first night. When the rooms were "cleaned" […] on our second day, they clearly did not sweep or vacuum or wipe anything down. I understand it's not a 5-star hotel but that has nothing to do with being clean. Everything except the bed was satisfactory. Too soft.

This was by far the best place for my girlfriend and I to stay on our trip to Wild Waves. We mainly chose it because it was so inexpensive compaired to all the others in the area, little did we know how close we would be to WW. The breakfast wasn't bad either! They have a waffle maker and bagles and what not, it was awesome. The coffee was burnt but […] really, what do you expect. The super 8 hotel was reasonably cheap, but the problems we had in the hotel was not worth the price. First the enterance to the super was not marked, so if you did not know the super 8 was behind different stores and resturaurants then you would drive around for a little bit. The door keys kept getting erased, which I'm used to but the fact there was […] only one person at the front desk meant there was always a wait. The room looked a little run down (paint coming off near the corners, dirty corners, and the top comforter felt old and itchy). The placement of the room was right next to a high traffic area which would be fine if the walls were semi sound-proof. The bathroom in the middle of bight would accumulate a puddle, making feel like someone missed the toliet. The complimentary wi-fi was a good, although during the day you would not be able to use it; since so many were using it at the same time. Devamı

Pros: clean, check in was fast and breakfast was decent. Cons: Showers are load (woke me up), Took more than 5 minutes for the hot water to heat up and there was a little bit of mold in the shower. There was also a slight smoke smell in my room.

We had a tough day to get a hotel in Tukwila so we settled for Federal Way and the special price on this hotel was quite good. The hotel overall is fine, nothing special, nothing horrible - the carpet was so dirty though, I wonder if it's been cleaned or replaced in a decade!?

We weren't expecting much, since it was your basic motel for a GOOD price. But my wife was afraid to let the kids touch stuff ( including the bed spread ) because it just didnt look too clean. The worst was waking up in the middle of the night to find your sharing the bathroom with a ROACH. That ruined it for me. This is a very basic hotel. *Service was fine. *I had to turn on the a/c in my room to drown out the noise and vibration from the unit next door. At first glance I was under the impression that it was a place only frequented by truck drivers but to my pleasant surprise they had a variety of guest from families to retirees. It is also in walking distant to Super Walmart.

Every type of restarauant or shopping place is withing walking distance. Price is very affordable and the room was very clean. Will stay there again if in town.

The recent stay at Super 8 Federal Way was good value. Clean and easy to find location, right next to I-5, certainly will stay again.

Price rather than location was my reason for staying here. I would have stayed in downtown Seattle, but the price was 2-3 times higher (no sureprise). I was in town for a Mariners baseball game and this hotel worked out. The hotel layout makes it easy to go back and forth between your room and vehicle (multiple entrances). I like the unique floor plan […] as well [2nd floor is ground level - go up for 3rd floor, down for 1st floor]. The free breakfast was good and I'm hard to impress. The best score goes to the front desk staff and the simple check-in - the entire process took about 45 seconds! Devamı

Stayed here during a move when I was driving a moving truck. Easy access for large trucks. It smelled like smoke in the hallways but the rooms did not. Road noise. For the price it was fine, and it included a breakfast.

I stay in the Tacoma area a few times a year, but this trip I stayed in near by Federal Way and I'm glad I did it. This hotel was nicer than I usually stay at. The only draw back was figuring out how to get into the parking lot because of road construction and Federal Way's preference for one way streets. The breakfast was as expected..just Ok: waffles […] and baked goods. Normal for this price room. The nice surprise was the actually high speed internet connection. Many places in Tacoma charge for the connection and it's too slow to even look at email. This was as fast as at home. Devamı

Upon arrival, there were two staff members standing in the entryway smoking, which meant having to walk through the cigarette smoke to enter the building. The pillows were so flat as to be almost non-existent. The blanket was very scratchy. I could not open the curtains for light because the window was located where anyone parking in the parking lot […] could easily see into the room. No refrigerator. No microwave. No iron. At 2:45 a.m. there was someone literally pounding on a door. I thought the desk attendant might address this, but no such luck. OK value for price. Continental breakfast was better than many others. We were in area for graduation, so not in hotel much except to sleep. Beds hard, towels way to thin and to small. BIGGEST ISSUE smelled like smoke!! We had a non-smoking room in a non-smoking area.

Conveniently located by the highway, 10mins from the location I was visiting and 30mins outside of Seattle. Walking distance to a Wal-Mart, Jack in the Box, Del Taco, Starbucks, and other locations. Quiet area in spite of being right off the highway, friendly, helpful staff. Complementary breakfast served daily, although the coffee's not the best. Pluses: Very close to lots of Big Box stores and many fast food places. Right next to a major freeway interchange but quite Minuses: A little worn Very simple breakfast WiFi was VERY slow and sometimes stopped Easy to enter when going north but to exit going south one must take a "secret" way out going north. Make sure you ask how to exit

It was comfortable and convenient.

The hotel was clean neat, quiet and very affordable. If you don't have money a luxury hotel and your just looking for something that has basic needs, free cable, internet, and free breakfast. This is a great value for your money.
