Absolutely awful experience.Staff at the reception are rude.Very limited facilities to make tea/coffee.Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

service's were excellent but the best personal contact was the shuttle driver. he was a perfect gentleman.

This was our second stay at this hotel this month, the staff were very friendly, the shuttle service couldn't have been better. The next time I am looking for a hotel near the Ottawa airport I will be back here again.

Wow, no idea why this hotel is rated so low. Maybe some people stayed here with an expectation of "in-town hotel" rather than "airport hotel"?? It is clear from their description that this hotel is adjacent to airport. So I think it's fair for me to review it as the person who was flying out early. NOT that there isn't anything around - within 3 min […] drive, there is a huge strip mall with all the major stores. But then I didn't need it; There is a fast food restaurant and The Keg right adjacent without even having to walk on the sidewalk. The staff was friendly and helpful, the shuttle was fast and efficient, and the room was bigger than average and clean. Of course no fancy brand-name shampoo, but I always bring my own anyway. Room was comfortable, bed was great (no sagginess or anything), and the temperature control was excellent. the heater in the room was quiet. Only thing - I'd have really liked some eggs for breakfast, but probably my own fault; it's probably written some place that this is a continental breakfast. There was yogurt and a selection of carbs and fruits. I could have just walked 50 m to the fast food restaurant for some eggs had I been prepared. Devamı

This is the second time we have stayed here. We found the hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. Even the shuttle drivers where very helpful. The room was much larger than we expected and the fire place in the bed room was an unexpected touch. I don't have any negative comments about this hotel, it was very clean, the breakfast bar was well stocked […] and the price was right. It is only minutes to the airport and we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot at a better price than in the airport parking lot!!! Thanks for a great nights sleep Devamı

Great hotel! Service is always top notch and we've stayed there a few times. The only complaint about this stay was the bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is a little out of the way for anyone who wants to be near downtown Ottawa and does not need to go the airport, but it is a lovely hotel and the area around it is very nice and quiet. The hotel is […] smaller in size than some of the downtown ones and it was a really nice change not to have to trek for "miles" to get to our room for a change. Our room was spotless and the beds comfortable, and it was a peaceful night's sleep with no outside noise or from the hallway either. Breakfast in the morning was very lovely. The area is a little small but on this occasion everyone had a table and as some left, others arrived so no one seemed to be standing waiting for a table. The breakfast was really good, with make your own waffles, yogurt, a fruit tray, dry and hot cereal, fresh and delicious bagels with jams, peanut butter and honey, croissants, muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a juice dispenser with two choices. The couple working in the kitchen were very personable and kept right on it as far as spraying down tables between guests and helping in any way required. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel to anyone, not just those looking for an airport shuttle which is an added bonus for those who need. Devamı

IDEAL FOR FLYING OUT..EASIER TO ACCESS THAN AT PEARSON

We were 4 +1 child. We were not given extra roll bed & no place to sleep 12 year old. One had to sleep on the floor. We called Hotels.com & they could not do anything. I would like to get my $30-extra person charge back.

The hotel offered good service and the complimentary continental breafast was first class. I plan to return to this hotel on my next visit to Ottawa.
