I stayed there 7 days during the fair season. I booked 3 bed rooms and had difficulty due to the bad quality of the sofa bed for my daughter. I was quite impressed by the way how they dealt with my complaints about the sofa bed. The best experience I had ever had with the hotel stay. The lady at the reception did really her best. She felt really sorry […] that I had difficulty with the sofa bed and offered immediately another room and even suggested that she would move all our belongings to the other room by herself while we would be out at the fair. over all a great hotel, but the unexpressed cost may need to be looked at... the cost is great , but be prepared to pay for amenities( hi Speed internet, shuttle etc etc..) as a business person I would much rather have a pay up front for these amenities in one cost, so there are no surprises. Nice to stay if you are one night in Frankfurt.

We travelled from the UK to Austria via car and this was a great hotel to stop at en-route. Very good value, nice breakfast - only down sides were very expensive bar prices and no room in our room when you have a cot and a sofa bed too - if just double bed plenty of room

I would only recommend this hotel due to price.

The shuttle service was horrible. Each time you use it you have to pay $5 euros each way! Waiting time for the shuttle is approximately one hour. Room was basic hotel. Not very clean for a hotel chain standards.

We had a great experience for our planned short overnight stay to be able to get on early morning flight to US. We were lucky to be right there when van dropped outbound passenger. It was free transportation to hotel and was easy to booked the van for next morning for nominal fee of 5 euros per person. Nearby restaurant, recommended by hotel stuff, […] had nice food for dinner. Room was clean and good for overnight stay. Breakfast was exceeding our expectation and was excellent. Overall our stay was great value and we would like to recommend it for the purpose of the stay the night before early morning flight. Devamı

The hotel in general is okay. However, the wireless internet connection is not appropriate because it is available in the lobby only. It should be available in each room and free. I was disappointed with the shuttle cost. I believe it should be free.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very convienent for us because we were leaving the next day to go home. Being so close to the airport was nice. It was a nice surprise to find that even thought it was close to the airport you didn't get the sound of noisey airplaned overhead. They served a nice breakfast that was included in the room fee. I know if I book a Holiday Inn I will be comfortable. The only drawback with this particular Holiday Inn Hotel is that it is 20 minutes from the airport. The website lead me to believe that the Hotel was very close to the airport. A shuttle bus was available. If a staff member in the Airport had not helped us, we would not have found the shuttle bus […] pickup area from the airport. Maybe I didnt read the website properly or it wasnt clearly written as to where we should go to catch the shuttle bus but it caused some anxious moments. Devamı

Good hotel for low budget trips and visits. Basics are avaialble, but not convenient to downtown Frankfurt. Good for overnight while awaiting flights at Frankfurt airport.

The room was fine, however did have a stale sort or sweaty smell when you walked in. The service was good but unfortunately it wasn't as close to the airport as we thought and ended up paying quite a bit back and forth to the airport. Not really the best value for what was paid.

hotel was 20mins from airport, not a "airport" hotel as described and not much more than a busy road next to it. the room smelled really bad, like mildew! when i requested late checkout, the receptionist responded yes ok 2pm, then just before i hung up he asked "are u a star member?" and i replied no, then he said no, 12pm.

Quiet comfortable room was just what we needed before our early morning flight. Word of advice - be SURE to get a reservation on the hotel shuttle to the airport, as it has limited seating. Also - no free internet, but the included breakfast was quite nice.

We stayed here for one night before a flight. The location is very good with respect to the airport. They have a shuttle bus, which for 5 euros per person is a very good price in comparison with a cab. These are the only positives we experienced at this hotel. We were given a room that had the heat on instead of the airconditioning. We could not change […] it to the air conditioning so we called the front desk and was told "that means the ac is broken so open a window". It was in the low 90's that day. I argued and Then she said to come down and she would give us an airconditioner. I thought it would be one of those portable ones. When we got down to the lobby, she tried to hand us a very tiny desk fan!! I told her that this is unacceptable and she told me there are no other rooms. After much arguing, she gave us another room and the airconditioning worked fine. We had an early flight the next morning so we called for a wake up call at 5:15, which we never received. We would have missed our flight if my husband didn't happen to wake up to use the bathroom. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel, even for one night. Devamı

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Geneva near the airport and were very satisfied with our stay. We assumed the quality would be the same. Not even close. This hotel is in the no where near the airport. You can walk to a restaurant across the highway but its not much of a choice. The only way to get to a restaurant is to call a cab […] or take the shuttle back to the airport and catch the UBahn to another location. If you do this, you need to check when the last shuttle from the hotel runs. Jasmine volunteered that someone was there 24 hours a day but neglected to tell us that the last shuttle was at 10:45 p.m. I guess we should have asked. The room was a smoking room. We don't smoke. The furniture was worn and the arms of the chair were stained. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Make sure the reservation is correct. If not you'll be taking a cab at much higher cost.The only positive thing I can say is the European breakfast was generous and good. Devamı

The breakfast, and the cleanliness of our room were the best parts. The hotel is very worn. The halls on the 1st floor reeked of urine, however, our family room was great. The breakfast was also quite nice. The computer in the lobby was expensive to use $7 Euro per 30 minutes and ridiculously slow. This is a perfect hotel for an overnight layover near the FRA airport. It has a shuttle that ran very 30 minutes 6:00 to 22:45, complimentary breakfast, free internet plus a small bar lounge to grab a drink or snack before retiring. Efficient staff and great value!

the room was on the road and the air condition was not good at all i couldnt sleep.tha location is very good for the airport and the breakfast was very good but i was too tired to eat.

Pros: Close to airport; shuttle service from FRA airport. Cons: Nothing else closeby. We got a smoking room even though we were non-smokers. The hotel was fully booked and there is nothing we could do but deal with a room that was stinking of cigarette smoke.The window was also broken.

The hotel's quality and service are similar to those in the U.S. No surprises, and we were happy with it.

Very convenient for FRA airport (arriving or departing). Quick access to A5 highway. No airplane and minimal traffic noise. 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa/pull-out bed worked fine for us (family of 4 with teenager daughters). Sits right on bike trail - great for morning walk or run. Normally Holiday Inn Express hotels are newer and therefore nice, clean, with comfortable amenities. This hotel is close to the airport but not up to chain's standard - the room was dirty, there were bugs/cobwebs/spiders, and the A/C didn't work.

The hotel provides shuttle from the airport for free but it charges 5 euros to get you to the airport. The only problem is that it is not close to metro if you want to get to te city.

Our room was small and the air was not working when Frankfurt was having a heat wave. Very uncomfortable. Staff were great and tried their best, especially Mustafa. 5 min walk to a neat beer garden where food was good and price was too.Was also an Italian restaurant which we did not try. Hotel not really at the airport but not far away.

This property was new, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a hotel near the Frankfurt airport. It is not convenient to anything else and a cab ride from downtown will cost you around $50!

The location was the reason for the choice and that was not disappointing. There is a charge for the airport shuttle and for parking in their parking lot. The room was very small but well organized for convenience. The staff was not especially friendly but they were helpful. Good first or last stop flying in or out of Germany. Limited, but fairly good quality two restaurants nearby [walking distance] are the only choices for dinner.

The hotel is not bad in total. However, I have noted the following: There is no mini bar at the room. The airconditioner was not in a good condition. The breakfast was so poor. In Brief, I would not stay at it in the future. I paid much more than what it deserves or what I got. Regards/ sAMI

We chose this hotel for a 1 night stay because of close proximity to the airport. It's a good basic hotel for this purpose, and most of the guests seemed to be going either to or from the airport. Our room was very comfortable, with a real queen size bed. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are 2 restaurants located a few hundred meters away. […] We chose the beer garden and enjoyed a great meal.
