From the aromatic entrance to the pleasantness of the staff, my stay was perfectly executed the way I had booked it. The hotel was impeccably clean and fresh, and had all the amenities I needed for my overnight stay.

Bed was comfortable, room size was perfect. Loved the complimentary breakfast...an indoor pool would complete this great hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff. Very quiet location that is convenient. Would stay again.

I was in town for a race and was just staying the night. The staff was great and it was a great location. Nice area- next time I will stay a couple days to enjoy the area more. Will stay again!

Suites were small but what they lacked in space, the property made up in amenities. Sushi was presented from "Ra Sushi" when I arrived at the manager's dinner and was free to all guest. Complementary Breakfast was really nice and large, I actually enjoyed the coffee at this hotel....

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with our 3 kids and everything worked out terrific. The hotel is tucked back away in an office park so we had a little trouble finding it.

the walls are very thin. We were there during a holiday and the hotel was packed.

We had a very good stay at the StayBridge. It's convenient to western Chicago suburbs, and easy to find. Road construction made things a little tricky, and it would have been nice for there to have been a sign on Butterfield Road directing us to the hotel. Once there, service was very friendly and efficient. We had reserved a suite, but got what seemed […] like a regular room to us. Calling the desk, we were informed that the room we wanted, with a separate living area to the bedroom, was a deluxe suite, and they would move us to one for a higher fee. We chose to stay, but will know better next time. The only problem was the lack of soundproofing in the room we stayed. After we went to bed, we clearly heard people talking in normal voices until 2:00 a.m. The hotel can't control how much people talk in their own room, and we didn't complain. However, when you can clearly hear people speaking normally, it makes it hard to sleep. Breakfast was included, and was excellent. We plan to stay there again; it's nearby the theater for which we have season tickets. However, we would opt for the deluxe suite at a slightly higher cost, hoping the sound would be better. This hotel was not what the pictures looked like on the computer. we had to change rooms because the first one had a smell. You have to cook some of your own breakfast. We went there for a anniversary get away but, it was not nice. This was not a suite that I am used to. You have to cook some of the breakfast yourself. The rooms had dvd players with […] movies you could check out at the front desk,older movies nothing new. You have to ring the bell at the front desk because, they are never at the desk. Our view was a vacant parking garage with a dirty river with trees not nice to view. I will not visit this hotel again. Devamı

Very roomy, nice, comfortable suites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated on a quiet street across from a park. Easy access to all western Chicago suburbs. Starbucks just down the street. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and were extremely pleased with the facility, the wonderful accommodating staff and the fantastic breakfast buffet. The hotel was convenient to numerous events that we had planned in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. This is a fine place to stay. We have occasion to come to the western suburbs often, and have stayed several places. We picked this hotel because we were going to the Drury Lane Theater, and it is 10 minutes away. It was delightful. Spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, very quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Nothing bad to say. friendly staff, comfortable room. only rap, really, is that downtown Chicago is 30 mins by car. OTOH, this area prices better than Midway, and much, much better than the Loop

A basic comfortable and economical accommodation. Convenient location. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Needed a place to stay for the weekend while work was being done in my home. This was excellent. Very Clean. Great Breakfast. Close to Oak Brook mall, Yorktown mall and there's a ton in between. Staff amazingly friendly. Would have been nice to enjoy a pool and or sauna. If you're thinking of booking. Stop wasting time - It's a winner!

This is a nice hotel that had a reasonable price for the room size. There is ample food and shopping very close by. Easy access to the highways as well. The staff was pleasant and would say hello when they walked by you. The evening reception and morning breakfast were both well done. We'd stay here again. Staybridge is a great place, great food, and very warm friendly staff. All of our needs were met.

The location was perfect...close to stores, restaurants and interstate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Not having the rooms cleaned on weekend was not a issue with us...staff was very helpful in giving us new towels when needed. Breakfast was great....good that it was also kid friendly. If you need a place to stay in Oakbrook you sholdl consider this. I loved the room, free breakfast and evening happy hours.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over night for our One Year Anniversary and we had a blast! The room was more than I imagined! The photos online don't do it justice. There are so many great places to eat and drink around the hotel, it was hard to choose where to go for dinner. They have great helpful staff and everyone smiles and says hello! The husband & I were looking for someplace close and inexpensive for an overnight stay. We found Staybridge on hotels.com, checked out the photos, and read the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff. The accommodations were pretty nice. The noise level from other guests' rooms can be a bit much if you're a light sleeper (we heard all the bathroom activity of the guests above us). They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was the most pleasant surprise. We were thinking it would be the usual continental breakfast of bagels, pastries, juice, you get the idea. Imagine our delight when we saw cheese omelets, make your own waffle bar, Tazo tea, corned beef hash (hubby likes it not me), fresh juice, assorted cereal and the other stuff I mentioned before. The hotel is conveniently located near Oakbrook Center mall and other shopping (which we visited before heading home). This was my fiance's and my second stay here and it was just as perfect as our last stay in November! We are relocating to the Illinois area and this was the perfect place to stay while checking out apartments. Beautiful area and easy commute to the surrounding cities despite some construction. The location was great, the parking lot gets completely full at night and some cars had to park over on the street. The room was absolutely perfect with modern TV, full use kitchen including silverware, cooking pots, dishes and glassware. The full fridge had ice maker. Multiple table tops for a comfort and convenience. The bathroom, closet, and vanity […] area all suberb. Spacious with draws at vanity. Large showering area. Bed was very comfortable with choice of pillow types. The hallway noise comes right into the room and teenagers were having a party that night. Since I was once a teen, I didn't let it bother me. No cleaning on the weekends means no changing out of towels, washcloths (unless you walk them to the font desk, I find this inconvenient and I'm too modest to take my dirty washcloth to the lobby for all to see) and no one makes the bed. I've become accustomed to having my bed made in hotels. But the trade off for this awesome room for the agreeable price was totally worth it! Devamı

I didn't know what to expect upon arrival, however, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Their "smallest" room was just amazing! It has everything in it to make you feel at home!!! I have a pet and the staff went out of their way to say hi to her too, making us all feel very comfortable. The breakfast is so-so, but we didn't stay there […] for that anyways. This hotel was by far the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in! A clean and beautiful room and I loved the full kitchen - Plenty of space to relax! I will definitely stay here again!

This was the best hotel experience we have had. The staff was very nice and the room was more than we could have asked for. A full function kitchen, minus an oven, with a full size refrigerator with ice maker. 3 tv's with a DVD player in the main room and free DVD rentals at the main desk. The breakfast food was ready and hot, the staff was very friendly and the nightly cookouts were a great filler before a late dinner. We come to Chicago often and will look to stay there more because the daily room service did a fantastic job.

We stayed at Staybridge Inn on one other occasion and were treated to a nice clean room and a courteous staff so we thought we would give them another try. And again our room was clean and when we asked for extra pillows and towels they were delivered promptly. The complimentary breakfast buffet is good and will give you good start on the day. The Wolfgang […] puck coffee is excellent. All in all I will continue to book Staybridge Inns. This hotel is fine if you going to downtown Chicago on the weekend, We were there for a baseball game and drove to downtown parked our car in a lot and then used mass transit. Devamı

Everything about this hotel was great! The price made us a little worried that this hotel wouldn't be very nice but it exceeded all expectations. The staff was delightful. The rooms were large, comfortable and CLEAN. Overall, it couldn't have been a better experience. I would gladly stay there again.

This hotel changed the fourth floor from smoking to non-smoking, but the stench is still there. You can smell it the moment the elevator door opens. My clothes, even the ones I didn't wear absorbed the smell. I requested non-smoking and this is what I got. I will never return to this hotel and I am re-considering my account with your company. When I called this hotel to find out more about the hotel, I spoke to a very friendly and helpful individual which convinced me to book the hotel. Everything went smoothly until the day of check-in - when I called back to let the hotel know I would be checking-in late, the front desk staff was not friendly and there was a problem with my reservation. On […] hotels.com, I originally reserved a 2-bed room; however, the hotel told me that my reservation was for a 1-queen bed room and that there were no more 2-bed rooms available. My e-mail confirmation from hotels.com clearly shows that my reservation is for a 2-bed room so I was disappointed. Still, the room was still a nice surprise as it included a small kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and even a small dishwasher. The bathroom was also large and spacious and the hotel has nice amenities like a jacuzzi (which was under maintenance during my stay), free DVDs to rent and a breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful though cold and seemingly absent-minded at times. For example, when I checked-in, the front desk attendant forgot to set my keys after I had to remind her to give them to me in the first place. So I had to return to the front desk after I tried opening the door and the door could not register my key card. Also, there is no housekeeping on the weekends unless you request it before 5 PM on Friday. In the end, it's still a great value for the price but there were pleasant and unpleasant surprises. Good area, ten minutes from a train station to take downtown (if that is your preference) Helpful front desk, good breakfast, a lot of resturants are around, I would stay here again if i needed to.

Great hotel for business trips or just to RELAX, very welcoming. Hotel has a complimentary laundry room for laundry, is a very nice feature.

Bed was too firm and uncomfortable. House keeping missed a couple things and doesn't change dirty sheets. Breakfast was decent. Convenience store was overpriced.
