Best Western Airport Inn - Warwick

The stay was great... The only bad experience was when I got back at late night there was no parking space left and I was told by an employee at the front desk to park in the handicap which I didn't because I didn't know if any handicap will be coming that night.. other then that is was great

Perfect as the hotel is close to the airport. Very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

front desk personal very helpful

We needed a place to stay before visiting a local college the next day. We had used this hotel once before (last year), and both times the room was clean and comfortable, front desk service was also good. Nothing outstanding, but a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Good hotel, convenient location, price is right.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel needs some work, but the room was VERY clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok - good coffee and muffins. There are so many restaurants nearby that we were never hungry! Pizza delivery to the room was convenient too! We will […] certainly stay here again. My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and instead of staying with my parents (we're 30), we booked this cheap hotel just for a place to sleep, since we had a packed weekend of events planned. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The room could of had a bigger area for us to get ready - her with her makeup and hair, and me with my suit […] and shaving, but we worked around it. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. It was excellent, and next time we're in RI, we'll probably book here again. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, the exercise room was appreciated. The refrigerator and microwave were a welcome surprise. I expected airplane noise, but there was none! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very quiet,not too big & convenient. Breakfast was just enough. Good for being continental. I would come back.

I loved my stay. The location was conveniently right off the highway and the service was at a very high level.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Two nice restaurants within walking distance,Chelos hometown grill&a Legal Seafood location. Free shuttle was very prompt when I called from airport. Will stay again!

The hotel was very nice and very pleasent. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. I got a queen size bed in a non smoking room and it was great-- no complaints here. The bed was comfortable and you can open the window for fresh air. Continental breakfast is provided and tasty (available: yogurt, scrambled eggs, pastries, bagels, juice, etc).

The bed was dirty and there was a pair of mens underwear on the floor under the bed skirt, i was so disgusted and the male at the front desk was not too helpful when I checked in that I just left. I was completely grossed out.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Best Western in Warwick, RI because it is new Airport and 95. It had a good rate, was near a couple of restaurants and is just off the 95 exit. It is clean and quiet (nothing luxurious) but a nice stopping point on our way to the Cape.

Really comfortable beds!! Clean and close to providence. Bad service on the part of the staff when little action was first taken after a report of loud music was coming from down the hall. They eventually made them stop, but more could have been done sooner to prevent so many people from being disturbed. Otherwise, nice place.

Close and convenient. Quiet especially being near airport. Personnel helpful and co-operative. Would stay there again. This was our second visit there.

This hotel was not impressive by any means. If you are looking for just a plain and ordinary hotel this is it. They did not have breakfast during the hours we were told at check in. The hotel was clean but that's about all it had going for it!!

this hotel filled the bill in spades for what it was supposed to do, get me to the airport on time, i.e. 4a.m. perfect, even packed me a breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly, hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Warwick area.

Hotels a little old but room are clean as I expected solid 3.5 star

The 1st room given to us, was not cleaned the hotel manager did get us a new room in less the 10 minutes though. Well located for ease off the Interstate, and from the airport. Several good restaurants close by.

Needed a room quickly and this was the best rate. Clean room and courteous staff. Can't ask for more.

This was our second stay at this hotel because of an early flight departure the following morning. Staff was friendly and room clean. For the price, the only real weakness was the mediocre breakfast.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean. The hallways were well kept. I would have liked a better selection for breakfast, but it was good enough.

Howevert didn't hear any noise from airplanes.

The room was a bit too warm, otherwise a good room.

The beds and pillows were great. We all slept very well, especially since they have larger queen size beds instead of double size. The breakfast was also great. While only 'continental', in addition to juice, breads, cereal, and fruit, they also had belgian waffles, eggs, sausage and cheese. Unbelievable price with the iphone hotels.com app.

We switched to this motel from a nearby motel,because its customer reviews were terribile. This motel filled all our needs well.

The Best Western Airport in was just what we expected: a clean, convenient, simple and affordable place to stay for a night before we flew back home.

This hotel was fine - clean, convenient to the airport but it could use a facelift. Not important, it just looked a little old and tired.
