We stayed in a king suite and the room was very spacious. It also had a fairly comfortable queen pullout sofa bed. Even though it was one room it had the feel of a bedroom with a separate living space! It was also nice to have a fridge in the room eventhough we had to go downstairs to heat up our food. The service and breakfast buffet was good. But it's a old hotel. For it being the Hyatt I thought it would look but in the rooms. Other then that I loved my stay.

"Avoid at all cost!!"
The room had breadcrumbs on the floor on arrival. The couch was old and dilapidated and in need of re-placement. The carpet also was badly stained. On the plus side, the front desk was very accommodating. In particular, Britanny, who eagerly assisted me and listened to pleas for help. Pretty nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Nice inexpensive Restaurants are within walking distance.

"Hyatt North Place"
Very nice Hotel, worthwile, front desk personal 100% We arrived early, 9am and was able to do the check in. The housekeeping is very good and serious, my wife forget her iphone on the bed at the checkout, and the maid brought to us!! Good location.
Spacious clean room, friendly staff, eating establishments within walking distance, convenient shuttle to airport.

It was a good hotel. The room was clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. I only had two problems. The first gripe was that there was a refrigerator but no microwave. "Pleasantly surprised"
The East Point area is obviously not the garden spot of Atlanta. However, I chose to stay at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and a few warehouses that I do business with in the East Point area. In fact, in two days, I only drove 19 miles. This hotel was very surprising. The staff was fantastic and more pleasant than some of the higher-end […] hotels in Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta. They were very warm, inviting, and respectful. The room was definitely not what I expected in East Point. It was as nice as any other room I've ever stayed in. "Very Comphy!"
Overall it was a wonderful stay. I can tell the couch was a little worn.That is the only thing I saw that was lacking. The breakfast was awesome! I will definitely stay there again!

Loved the little eateries within walking distance. Really close to the airport (73B) exit and just a really really nice time...Will return to the same hotel when I frequent ATL for a getaway!!!

Was in a great location to the airport. Service was fantastic as well. The only 2 things that kept me from giving this 5 stars, is one, when the hotel is booked, the free parking is kinda a pain. That wasnt too big of a deal tho. The second is that we found a little bug crawling on our sofa bed when we pulled it out. Don't know what kind of bug it was, […] but it shouldnt have been in the bed. Kind of looked like a lady bug, but it definitely wasn't! They offered to move us, but it wasn't nessacary. "Pleasantly Surprised!"
From check in to check out our stay was convenient and wonderful. Check-in was easy because they have a card kiosk similar to self-check-in at airports. Also, they have a shuttle that runs to the airport every 30 minutes, but you can also hop on the MARTA from there and be in downtown Atlanta easily. The room was very large with two double beds, a large […] sectional sofa, computer desk, wet bar, and full bathroom with a large shower. I was very surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price. Usually my husband and I stay at the Omni downtown, but I wanted to save some money this trip. The room was more spacious, and the location more convenient since we didn't have to pay for parking on top of a $200+ room. Will definitely be staying again! Devamı
The hotel was awesome! We waited maybe 20 min for the airport shuttle when we got in but that was just because we just misse it, other than that it was clean and close to the airport. The staff were amazing and even offered us deals at local restaurants! We decided to eat at the hotel as it was a late arrival. Not the greatest food seemed like it was […] microwaved and dry as a bone (hamburger). Breakfast was awesome and the free Starbucks got me through the morning of travel the day we left (thank god!!!) overall I will recommend and stay again!! "No attention to detail"
This hotel seemed ok at first, but when I asked about the "free parking and airport shuttle" I found out that the "free parking" cost $10 a night. I could park at the airport for less! Then when I got to my room, I saw that both glasses were dirty and there was lipstick all over one of the coffee cups. I won't stay in this hotel again.

The Hyatt Place-Atlanta Airport-North is a good choice for a good night's sleep prior to an early flight the next morning. Although there is some noise from departing planes, it died down as it got later, and it didn't interfere with our sleep. The room was spacious and had comfortable furniture plus a kitchen sink and fridge. Everything worked. The […] shuttle to the airport starts at 4 am and runs every half hour. Very nice hotel, convenient to airport, no noise lots of food choices the hotel manager helped us with some restaurant suggestions, also gave us a 15% discount off at the restaurant and the shuttle service was excellent it was supplied to and from the airport and also to the restaurant so we could get dinner after a long day of travel. "Late night landing place"
We arrived at the airport at 1:00 A.M., the shuttle was waiting for us, there was someone at the front desk (not hiding in the back), with snacks available. The staff were friendly, and attentive, the room clean and modern, a nice sitting area. We're coming back!
"Hyatt Place ATL Airport North - Good Value"
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were helpful and courteous. While the room was clean, it was a bit "worn" and out-dated. The location was good in that it was only a quick trip to/from the airport. There is very limited food service at the hotel, but there are a few places within walking distance. "The hotel staff was the best part"
The furniture and carpet was somewhat worn and stained, but the common areas were very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff was VERY friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would have rated the hotel lower than I did, but the staff really changed my mind.
"Nice stay good value."
The hotel was very good. The staff were extremely attentive from the moment I walked in the door. Check-in was easy and I was in my large, clean, well appointed room. My mini fridge was really noisy so they offered me another room, I just unplugged it. My only fault was everything else was so well done that I felt the quality of the bed was a bit lacking, […] it seemed a little hard after awhile as if it were a lower grade of pillow top. "Jewel of a place in Atlanta"
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff at the front desk and at the eating areas was superb, and went out of their way to make our stay the best possible.
"Somewhat disappointed"
Pretty decent hotel if you want to stay near ATL airport. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is pretty decent. There are two major complaints: 1) The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes so if you just missed it as I did, you are looking at at least 45 minutes before you get to the hotel that is 2 miles away. This was terrible after a long […] flight 2) The heater / airconditioner was unusually loud. I stay at least 100 night a year in hotels but this one was exceptionally loud and i could barely sleep all night. I should have complained and tried another room but that's hard to do once you are in bed and you think you will fall asleep any minute On a good note, the desk staff was exceptionally friendly Devamı
"Great place to stay"
We were in Atlanta to attend a memorial for my uncle who had just passed away. The staff was very considerate and friendly. They greeted us every time we came thru the door. The room was very nice and the beds & pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again

This was a great hotel to stay in! I loved the kiosk check in, it was easy and fast. The room was great, very clean with everything I needed.
