We arrived late as we had instructed Hotel in advance. We were confirmed by Hotel's.com in a "Non Smoking" King Room but were put in a Smoking Two Dbl Bed room. Manager blamed mix up on Hotel's.com and made us supply proof of room type before he would relocate us. Really?? Isn't the customer always correct? After all it's Midnight and we just want to […] go to bed in our pre-paid room that we had requested. Once proof submitted, we were relocated to the correct room. Terrible customer service no internet access and I woke up with about 30 bites kn my arm chest and back never again will I go there

The only real inconvenience was that I ordered a nonsmoking room and the one I got was surely a smoking room. It's very convenient to everything in Sarasota. All in all it was decent and wouldn't have minded another night.

Stayed here for memorial weekend. We were just looking for some place to sleep...and also close to the beach..... it was more that we asked for,cheap,clean,neat and a great huosekeeping staff.

We got more than we expected: excellent service, immaculate cleanliness, comfort in room, conveniently located: beaches, restaurants, parks, museums, etc. Silvia, the housekeeper, is a great asset for the hotel. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

In the heart of the nicest tourist sites in Sarasota, the Knight's Inn is a great value. Inexpensive, but as comfortable and clean as a 5-star resort. A teeny bit worn, but who cares? All the amenities you really need: good TV, comfy bed, refrigerator, modern shower with fine pressure, hair dryer, wifi (I didn't need it coz I have an iPhone so I don't […] know how much it cost, but it's so nice to have a backup). My room faced the major street (Rt 41) just 50(?) feet away, but was totally quiet! I was surprised and impressed. I lined it up by phone about 1/2 hour before arriving, and they welcomed me kindly! Easy in/out -- that's 5 stars to me. If Knight's folks are reading this, 2 things you could add: put the light switch right by the door, and a lightweight second curtain that lets in natural light but still gives privacy. Devamı

The room was clean, but smelled like mold. It took a good 3 hours for the a/c to cool down the room. I had to make a $20 deposit just to make a phone call and the manager was rude when my girlfriends car broke down and she had to call me several times to inform me what her status was. Local calls cost 45 cents! Rude management,crappy location, no ice […] machine, i had to go to the oofice to get a baggie of ice from the fridge in there. War für den Preis angemessen. Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw. Ein Hotel um 2 oder 3 Tage darin zu verbringen. Für länger wurde ich eine Kategorie höher wählen. Das Frühstück fällt sehr übersichtlich aus dh wenig Auswahl. Satt wird man trotzdem.
