Red-rock mountains offset the downtown skyline. Many of the city’s events take place in Copper Square, including the Phoenix Convention Center, the US Airways Center, and Chase Field. Nearby, lawmakers convene at the Arizona State Capitol. Other area cultural institutions include the Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, the Phoenix Zoo, and the Arizona Science Center.

The hotel was so clean and nice, the room was comfortable and the front desk help was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Being across the street from the light rail system was convenient as the transportation is reasonable. Thank you for a good experience!

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn while in Phoenix on business. the staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location was perfect. What more could a person ask for??

The location of the motel was perfect for the activities we planned while in Phoenix, and it was easy to get to. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and it is one of the cleanest motels we have stayed in. "Great location for downtown fun."
Stayed here when we came to the Phoenix for a concert that was held at the US Airways. We were able to walk to & use the light rail to get to and from the concert. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A mini fridge and microwave in the room was a great perk. Breakfast was awesome...baked goods, waffles, there was even a selection of […] breakfast sandwiches & yogurts. In the lobby is also a mini mart of sorts, full of snacks, drinks, i even saw frozen pizza's. I will definately stay here again when attending a concert or sporting event that is held downtown. "Free 3- mile radius shuttle"
Nearby the light rail, but they also have free shuttle within 3 miles. Breakfast has good variety, fresh fruits, yogurts, bagels, etc. Brand new, clean and safe. Plan to stay there again.
"downtown phoenix"
I stay in Phoenix often, but have never stayed downtown. I was a bit leary of the location, but found it very convinient and safe. This is my new go to place when staying in Phoenix. Not a great vacation location, but perfect for business travel downtown. Easy to get to, easy to get to air port, parking felt very safe, great staff, good breakfast.
"Fairfield Inn and Suites - Phoenix"
I was in town for a conference at the Downtown Conference Center. Was able to utilize the light rail system to commute. Saved on the cost and hassle of parking downtown. The hotel and grounds were in excellent shape.
The best part of our stay at the Fairfield in Phoenix was the helpfulness of the staff. When the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, Ahnah was very helpful in arranging for a different room, even though it was just a problem of the Ac not really getting cold enough. very clean and well run hotel. Staff was great and friendly. Enjoyed my stay very much. Area is downtown and a bit rough but not real bad.
"Nice hotel, decent location"
Room was nice, comfy beds and the hotel even had portable cribs available which helped out because we were originally planning on having our 6 month old sleeping in the bed with us. They have a little mini-mart inside the hotel that sells frozen dinners, snacks, and cold drinks and all the rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave so this was nice. Breakfast […] goes above and beyond a typical "continental breakfast" offering hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and even fruit cups (which my kids love), as well as a waffle iron and batter dispenser to make your own waffles. Location is downtown, so it is what you can expect from any downtown area in a large city, but it felt very safe and nothing too shady going on in the immediate area. Lots of places to dine nearby. I gave cleanliness of the room a 4 because there was a large sticky stain on the carpet, but otherwise the room was spotless. "Fairfield Inn Pheonix, catching early flight"
We had gone to CA, then driven to Flagstaff on vacation, and our flight was out of Pheonix, so instead of driving all the way from Flagstaff in the morning, I booked a room here for myself and my two teenage sons. It's 5 to 10 min from the airport. Seems that rental car returns are all on one side of the airport and you should allow a half hour to catch […] a common shuttle bus and get to the terminals (I think everyone recommends 2 hours early). Anyway, this hotel is large, seems well maintained and run. Near front desk is a room with snacks and drinks to buy. Breakfast was better than most with cereals, hardboiled eggs, waffles, juices and english muffin sandwiches in a fridge to head in microwave. There were no separate meats like bacon, sausage, or coldcuts. There is a BurgerKing next door and a bar/restaurant one block down across the street. Other than that there didn't seem to be anything to walk to (there are some high rises in the area) and the streets were REALLY deserted around 11PM. It looked like a safe area, also. The pool and hot tub (could have been hotter) were nice, yet it was only us there on a 100+ Summer night between 10:30-11pm when they closed it. There was a fridge (might have been a microwave, but I didn't use it), coffee maker, hair dryer, 5 pillows on each of the two queen beds. Desk with plug in internet... which I didn't use. They had wifi, but while I was able to look at a web page I couln't ssh out (maybe that's not important to some). Overall... rate was good, and very happy with my choice of hotel. Devamı

My wife and I stayed one night because we had an early meeting the next morning just up the road from the hotel. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast had more optioms than most with microwave breakfast sandwiches and clean waffle irons. Also has free parking and 24 hr IHOP next door. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. A great value for the price I paid. Extremely clean, comfortable, large room; bed was plenty comfortable enough. It was very quiet even though it is located on a major thoroughfare (never even heard traffic noises). Close to the metro light rail and convenient to various places within Phoenix. Hotel staff was […] courteous and helpful and the shuttle service was great. Even took us free of charge to an event a few miles away off the beaten path. The continental breakfast was much better than the average, including a variety of sandwiches & quiches that could be warmed, hardboiled eggs, and make your own waffles. I loved the items un the breakfast bar, especiqlly the prepared fruit cups. Personnel friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that the wi-fi internet connection strength was rather low and I could not streat a movie on my laptop because of this.

"staff does a great job"
Just stayed here and was very pleased. The hotel was as it should be, clean and well kept. It was the people that made the stay though. The service was exemplary. Kind, smiling people who went out of their way to make the stay pleasent. The shuttle service offered went above and beyond to accomidate us. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
Great location, next to the metro and in very safe neighborhood. We went walking at night and felt very safe. Heated pool and jacuzzi make it an extra bargain. Breakfast was good with hot waffles and other continental items.
"Great Front Desk Staff"
The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The business center was great. Free copies and printing with easy computer access. The shuttle to the convention center was VERY helpful and the driver was a delight to speak with during the ride.

Standard Fairfield Inn, but definitely experienced excellent service at this location, everything from the shuttle to the front desk.

"Business Stay"
I stayed at this hotel as it was close to business meetings. The rooms were very spacious and the free internet was greatly appreciated. Hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was nice. Breakfast selection was good. Fitness area was small but had the essentials. Overall... I will stay there again.

"Outstanding Hotel"
I loved having the free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, and then to and from nearby training. There were very coordinated hourly shuttle times for services within a several mile radius and the drivers were great. The front desk service and attitude was excellent and the room was exactly as advertised. I did enjoy staying at this hotel. Although i found it a bit pricey, it was clean, simple and had no problems. I did like the complimentary breakfast. It makes it extremely helpful especially when you dont know exactly where you are going that day.

The Fairfield met Marriott standards quite well. We were sandwiches between Burger King and IHOP, with a great steakhouse across the street. My girlfriends and I had a great time The hotel was hassle free and the breakfast was great...And there is an IHOP next door for all the other meals...

I spoke to Jasmine at the front desk for about a half an hour, just chit chatting! She was great!! They were all super! The fitness room could use an updated treadmill!! But the room was clean. I have 2 daughters and we LOVED the fact that their shampoo and conditioner was PANTENE!!! It's close to the Heard Museum, and it was nice just hanging out in […] the heated pool. "Excellent location, great bargain!"
I wanted a hotel midway between a church service we were attending and my in laws home in Mesa, and one near the freeway. This hotel was a few blocks from the fwy, there was an IHOP next door, Shlotzky's Deli and two other restaurants across the street, and a Spaghetti Factory just down the street. The electric rail cars ran up and down the street on […] a regular basis. Also down the street were museums and a drug store. I would definitely stay here again. Clean room, nice bed linens, QUIET area, just outside the heart of Phoenix. Staff were very polite as well. Along with the continental breakfast (I only got coffee on Monday a.m.) they have a little convenience store by reception where you can get snacks and some frozen foods that you can heat in the microwave in the room.
