Extended Stay America Temecula - Wine Country - Temecula

Door was locked when I arrived. I had called ahead to let them know I would be arriving late. Phone used to call front desk to unlock the door was broken. A customer finally came by and I was able to get in.

Gross hotel, very dirty rooms. Basically there was dust and that smoke film on the mirrors. Or maybe they just use really dirty rags to clean things. Did not fee safe, major party on the 3rd floor with fight break out. Eviction notices on the doors. I understand the niche for this type of hotels and think its great, this particular one in Temecula was […] dirty and gross. Devamı

Had to wait 3 hours before they had a room ready for me even though I booked a week in advance. Had smoking and non-smoking on the same floor so the hallways stink of smoke, people standing outside of room talking loudly, no consideration for others at 6 in the morning. Pets urinate on the floors so you have to dodge pee mines. Smokers in elevators […] and the plumbing in the room was horrible. Fixture that deviated water to shower didn't work so the shower had no water pressure but the bathtub had plenty. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I had planned to stay there when I moved to the area for a while but I won't be staying there now for sure. It was disgusting. Smoking should not be allowed in the lobby or in the elevators. Devamı

This is a nice place one of the cheaper cost wise but the rooms are very nice. The are remodeling all the rooms and service was good. Also big plus they are pet friendly.

It was a great locations for wine country, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was a "girls" get-a-way weekend and we had a really great time. The rooms were perfect for getting together to chat and laugh and having our cocktails. The lack of amenities (hair dryer, shampoo and lotion) was a bit of a surprise because none of us had ever stayed in an Extended Stay before, but now we know. I did not know what to expect considering this hotel only recieved 2 stars, but I was very impressed with it!...it was clean, the staff where polite, the room was decent and comfy!...no its not the Hilton but for the price it's great and with the convienience of the kitchenette you can't go wrong!

Housekeeping not provided daily; only weekly!! Too close to the freeway, very noisy at night, hard to sleep! You have to request clean towels, coffee and condiments and you have to go to the lobby to get them yourself!! Tea is not provided at all! Would never go back!

I was in a room next to a lady that was on drugs. She was throwing things and screaming and running up and down the hall. She thouught the Feds were after her. Then at 5 am, she ignited the fire alarm in her room which spread water all over the second floor. We were told to get out right away. The firefighters were there instantly along with several […] police officers. We had to stay outside until they were done. Alot of peoples personal items were destroyed. I have called the hotel to get some kind of compensation and have yet to hear from them. Really bad customer service on their part. Devamı

The postive aspects of the hotel was that it was in a good location in terms of having access to the amenities of the local area, it was modestly priced and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The negative aspects of the hotel were the overall low quality of the decor and its lack of cleanliness, there was refuse in the room when we got there […] and it was loud do to the activities of the long-term guests. Usually, if people are living in a location for a long period of time than they will be more likely to be loud and less clean than those staying for a shorter period of time. We did stay there initially do to it having a pet friendly environment. So, if you have a pet and you don't want to spend too much money than this is the place is for you. Devamı

me and my fiance stayed there because of the price and the location being close to the winery that we are planning our wedding at. we got there and the receptionist was nice.. but as soon as we got into the room after a long day i tried to lay down on the bed and it was hard as a rock.. i seriously thing that the floor was the equivalent to the bed […] =( we both kept waking up through out the night and our backs were both hurting in the morning.. we would have used the comforter under us for some padding but unfortunately their comforter was very thin. Disgusting, horrible smelling hotel. I've stayed at Extended Stay America in the past but in Anaheim and the difference between the two was like day and night. We had to switch rooms because they stuck us in a smoking room when we had explicitly chosen non-smoking. I was afraid to sleep in the bed because there was holes in the comforter and strange […] small brown stains on the sheets. The whole room smelled like an old vacuum cleaner bag that had not been changed in years.. you know, like that horrible dust mite smell. Girl at the service desk looked like she was 12 and was bored out of her mind to be there. Encountered some legit crackheads in the elevator. It was shortly after midnight and they were in shorts and tanktops in 59 degree weather, and they had shopping bags full of baby powder and cat food. Yes, there was even a cat in a cage that looked quite ill, like it was about to hack its last hairball and pass on to a better life. Do not come here.. unless you're a crackhead and completely comfortable living in other people's filth. Devamı

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the condition of my room was not as nice as other Extended Stay properties I've stayed in in the country. I stayed in Extended Stay Santa Barbara and on in the Carolinas and this was nowhere near as clean or maintained as the others.

I checked in for one not on a friday which it seemed rate were a little steeper, but considering that is was the start of the weekend it didnt seem to bad compared to other places i inquired about. Check in was quick and friendly and gave me no problems. I stayed in a single queen smoking room, but i still expected the hallway not to smell like smoke. […] The elevator also had a funky order but other than that is was an ok stay. Devamı

This place was dirty. The floor had sticky spots, I didn't feel comfortable sitting in the chairs without a towel draped over them. The kitchen was an added plus, i guess.

Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud after quit hours (10pm-12am). Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Queen been was very firm and uncomfortable.

This hotel was affordable and has all you need, minus the pool. We just wanted to visit a few wineries and crash for the night, so this was perfect while passing thru the wonderful wine country. The hotel also has a laundry facility which is handy if you're doing a road trip! I'd stay again.

Beds were old and every time you moved on them it made a horrible sound. Stains on the carpet everywhere and could not close the windows so got to listen to the cars on the freeway all night long DON"T WAISTE YOUR MONEY they have a really nice Best Western just down the road and we really enjoyed that much better.

I was happy with the kitchen and bathroom but those are not the things you go to hotels for. I had to buy an air mattress so I could sleep and when I took off the sheet the bed was horrible. I have seen better mattresses on the side of the road for the junk man. It not only was broken down but there were many holes in the covering. Also the chair was […] worn out and uncomfortable. and the tv was tiny and hard to see if you were on the bed. The staff was nice but did nothing to try to make us more comfortable, I am sure they were not in charge of what to do because the furniture needs to be replaced so badly. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the stairways that turned your stomach. I won't consider returning. It was so bad the last night we paid for another hotel so we could get a good nights sleep. Front desk service is good. They have complete kitchen utility from frying pan, dishes to refrig. But they only have burner, no oven. Everything is aged but works. They waived internet charge. Hallway has cooking smells but not in the room. If you are looking for an affordable place and like to cook by yourself, this can be a choice.

Great place to stay! Really good location too,has a lot of shoppoing centers around and Old Town Temecula is very close.

For the price of the stay, we got what we paid for. The walls are very thin and we could here the traffic from the freeway and the "noises" from our neighbors the next room over. It had an old TV that was smaller than 27" for sure and the bed was as hard as a rock.

I was a little nervous about reserving a room after reading all of the negative reviews but, being pushed for a reservation and other facters, I thought "Well, its just for 2 nites how bad could it be". Well, I was pleasantly pleased when I checked in the receptionist was so pleasant and more then helpful. My room was so nice and very clean, The towels […] and linens were so nice and clean. This hotel was such a value for the money. The receptionists at the front desk were so friendly and helpful they helped me with directions to were ever I needed to go. I will surely stay at this hotel again whenever I am in this part of Ca. Devamı

This extended stay was filthy, hallways covered in pet hair. Acommidations in the room would not be somewhere I would ever want to have an "extended" stay.

A lot of money for a hotel in need of some renovation. Holes in the curtains, wafer thin towels, and windows that need an extra layer of insulation due to the nearby freeway.

While the kitchenette was nice there were 2 ice trays in the freezer 1 half full and one empty and no ice machine to get more

The front desk clerk was cheery and very informative. The room was very clean and the kitchen area was clean. The bed was hard and the curtains were wrinkled and outdated. Overall, a good stay!

If it costs you more than $50 (including tax) a night, it's not worth it. I will never stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very convenient location, the price is right and very simple amenities for an overnighter or so. =)

I always enjoy the convenience of the Ex tended Stay hotels simply because of the kitchen facilities provided. Although it was questionable that the linen was even washed, cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Although I can appreciate properties that accept pets, the guests directly across our room were a nuisance because they always kept their door […] ajar, and their dog(s) were constantly barking whenever anyone walked in down the hallway. I was wondering if there should not be a special floor for pets, or if pets are allowed in every room. Wouldn't that affect guests with dander allergies if they would occupy a room that had previously accommodated a pet? Location of this property was excellent for our particular needs on this trip, and that was foremost in our choice for this hotel. Devamı

The hotel over all was nice. The bed was hard as a rock. I could not sleep. This hotel only has a 2 star rating. I know why now.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was everything we needed for this short stay.

We have stayed a seveal Extended Stay Hotels all across the country. This was the worse one we've encountered.The dishes were dirty, the stove did not work, the doorknob came off the bathroom door,the carpet was torn,and there was dirt in the corners and used soap left in the bathroom, the bed was hard and the pillows were flat.Ilike these hotels,but […] this one was terrible. The hotel is definetely designed for weekly/monthly residents, though it also great for just a couple of nights too since it has a full service kitchen. It was nice to have a microwave and full fridge etc. It was like a mini-studio apartment. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Someone of the longtime people who stay there are slightly odd, […] but overall I would recommend this hotel to other people.
