Comfort Inn & Suites - Saratoga Springs

The Facility was nice, the room wonderful but the employee who checked us in was not familiar with the Hotels.com protocol and delayed our check in by 45 minutes plus he charged us yet again for the reservation. Ultimately, it was resolved but it wasn't a comfortable experience.

Nice, Comfy, Clean. It's in a shopping district and about 3 miles to downtown Saratoga. Nice warm breakfast, friendly staff, convenient.

So accomadating we left a few times to shop and stopped in to rest they were always nice and helpful

Pleasantly sirprised!

Neat and clean and close to area restaurants and attractions. TV seems to have all the channels as we were even able to watch the Yankee game from Seattle' A full breakfast was included which was not only good but so convenient.

We enjoyed our overnight but something needs to be done about the fan blowing below the curtains. When we had the fan/ air on, the curtains blew all over the place and let in the early morning light. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was accommodating to all needs. Full breakfast was appreciated to start the day. Not to far from Saratoga race track and the downtown area. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Location is excellent, close to all major retail stores/gas station. Only minutes drive to the Great Escape!

The check in was quick and the room was very clean. It was a nice peaceful stay. Thank you.

We stayed here overnight as we were moving and needed an overnight place to crash. Hotel is adjacent to WalMart, Lowes, a YMCA and restaurant. Across the street are several other stores, including Target and Wilton Mall and supermarkets. Location is about 10 miles to downtown Saratoga Springs, not within walking distance to nightlife or Saratoga Racetrack […] or local colleges, if that's what you are looking for. Overall, everything was fine, staff was friendly and efficient, I have no complaints or issues, this is a decent hotel in close proximity to shopping. Devamı

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, nice exercise room and small pool, and good breakfast with lots of variety.

We were overall pleased with this hotel however the one huge drawback was that there was no television service. Our stay was on New Years Eve and we would have liked to have been able to watch some of the events following the ball dropping in Times Square however we could not access TV or movies. We called the desk and someone came up promptly to assist, […] however the response we received was that they were sorry but it was "just broken". The hotel was willing to give us a $20 voucher to make up for the disservice however I am not sure that $20 will compensate for the inconvenience. I will say that the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Devamı

This Comfort Inn was clean, comfortable, and the staff was most pleasant; and an important consideration for me was that they accept pet dogs to stay with the guest.

The hotel was easy to find. It was clean comfortable and in a great location. It was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

One of our rooms, the king suite, needed maintenance. Only stayed one night and did not discover until it was late and we were too tired to change rooms that the commode would not flush properly and the water pressure in the bath tub was not sufficient for the shower to work. Informed the front desk at checkout the next morning and they indicated they […] would repair both immediately. Devamı
