HYATT house Miami Airport - Miami

I was very pleased when I opened the door to find a clean, home-like atmosphere. The manager was very personable and pleasant. I will certainly look to stay again as I will be traveling to Miami quite a bit over the next few months.

the hotel was close to shopping centers, cinema , resturants and other location in few mins or less . the staff there are very friendly and helpful to make your stay very comfortable. l love it there .

Poor staff and lack of knowledge.

Super efficient staff........Wifi, newspapers, breakfast ( a real one), nightly reception with Wine...they really do a great job.

What an awesome place! The room is very comfortable. They do not have extra roll-away beds( told by hotel.com agent otherwise). I think you can only get a one bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper sofa or a two bedroom with 2 kings and a sleeper sofa.If you want a one bedroom with 2 doubles, they do not have such. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly the few times I spoke to them. The room was clean and comfortable. The common area hallway carpet and stairway carpet could use a steam cleaning, but if that's the worst thing I could say, well.. you get the drift. The free breakfast they offer could be better - there was no staff present to assist with […] seating or to answer questions and several one person parties taking up a 4 and 6 seat tables, causing my family to give up finding a table and going elsewhere. Plus, there were no plates available (after I found a busboy to point me to the plates) This is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect it to be one.. We were travelling with 2 kids and were upgraded to a spacious 2 bedroom appartment. The breakfast was included and generous

The staff here is awesome across the board, they were extremely accommodating to my family. We arrived early off our cruise with additional guest whom were waiting on a late flight to Nj. I was impressed that they held everyone's bags until there flight several hours later and on top of the courtesy they took my additional guest to the airport in time […] for there flight. We stayed just one night after a cruise and wanted a hotel close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. I spent several hours reviewing comments and looking at location and accommodations. We had 6 adults in our party and we were able to book a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for my husband and I, our 2 adult daughters (in their early 20's) […] and my husband's parents. The only complaint was the living room area with the sectional/sofa bed, was bit loud with noise from the hallway, so whomever sleeps here will need ear plugs if they are a light sleeper or plan to sleep in. The noise seemed to be mostly the air conditioner and the slamming of doors from other guest's rooms. Otherwise, it was extremely quiet in the bedrooms and we never heard any airplanes while in our room and only occasionally some airplane noise while at the pool area. Being so close to the airport I was anticipating it to be noisy, but it wasn't. Our room was on the backside, ground floor, close to a waterway and a few jet skiis went by in the afternoon, and there were ducks in the parking lot outside our window. There is a supermarket and shopping area within walking distance, only a few blocks away. Or the hotel shuttle will take you. I would definately try the Cuban restaurant in the shopping center for dinner. It was great!! Breakfast was sufficient and hot. Good choices. The shuttle was prompt and it was only about 5-7 minutes drive to the airport. Devamı

First of all, the suite/room had so much wanting in order to meet expected standard, that I can´t list them all. Most important: cleanliness and maintenance is evidently not important to the management. We had banged up fridge (it did work, though), broken mirrors and cracked toilets... WIth a family of four this was a great stop off for us. Great value for money and the rooms are very spacious- and if you nee to get your own food sorted out the kitchens are brilliant and there is a Publix within 250yds. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent rooms, roomy and comfortable. Great to have free parking, breakfast and internet access. The only suggestion is to ask for a room away from the housekeeping quarters, the house keepers are very loud, and throw doors hardly when setting their carts for their daily chores.

They upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. The rooms were large a large flat screen HD TV in all rooms and a kitchenette! Heartily recommend this Hotel

Around the corner is a Supermarket, Office Depot. As a family purchasing at the Supermarker, within 10 minutes of walking was excellent. I had a standard suite, very comfortable with two flatscreens, roomy kitchennette. IL highly recommend it for families. I was expected two rooms at the very reasonable advertised price for my parents, myself and my children. However, the Hyatt exceeded my expectations. We had a large two bedroom suite with two full bathrooms and a let out couch. The kitchen was great and the continental breakfast was just perfect. I would recommend this to anyone travelling.

We were very dissapointed on arrival as the room had broken mirrors, no safe and missing lamps. Not what we had experienced on our first stay back in May. They didn´t have a room to change us that night, room 348, but they did change us on the second night and that was as good as it should have been.

My husband and I drove to Miami but were flying to Mexico the next day so we wanted to be close to the airport since we didn't know the area too well and didn't want to deal with the South Beach parking fees. THe staff was very friendly and were extremely helpful- even getting us the address and number of a new club we had heard about. The suite was […] spacious, clean, very comfy and included a full kitchen. The hotel had free parking and breakfast with the best scrambled eggs I have ever had anywhere! I am a light sleeper and even though we were a half mile from the airport (and very quick and easy to get to the airport remote parking), I didn't hear the planes at all. It was a quick and easy 20 minute drive to Southbeach for dinner and we had the best of both worlds. If you are looking to party in South beach every night, then I'd probably pick a hotel downtown where you can walk to everything, but for us it was a perfect match. Devamı

Hotel muito velho em estado precário de conservação.

Jeder, der dieses Hotel bucht und sich auch im Vorhinein etwas darüber informiert weiß genau was auf ihn zukommt, denn das Hotel steht der eigenen Beschreibung in nichts nach! Die Rezeption, die 24h besetzt ist, ist stets bemüht es allen Gästen recht zumachen und das in einer äußert freundlichen Art und Weise! Ist man mit dem Auto unterwegs, wird auch […] gerne mit Google Maps weitergeholfen oder man bekommt Busfahrpläne ausgedruckt! Und der Hotelier empfiehlt ruhige Traumstrände. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Zustand mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Allerdings kam es vor, dass das Toilettenpapier nicht "aufgefüllt" wurde. Morgens gibt es ein Büffet, das zwar in einem 3-Tages Rhythmus wechselte aber trotzdem sehr gut war. Allerdings hat das Nachfüllen teilweise sehr lange gedauert, wenn mal etwas leer war. Über die Lage des Hotels lässt sich streiten, man weiß aber worauf man sich einlässt und dass es in Flughafennähe ist und es dementsprechend auch mal lauter werden kann. Dieses gleicht sich, denke ich jedoch mit dem verhältnismäßig günstigem Preis wieder aus. Es gibt auch einen hoteleigenen Flughafentransfer, der im halben Stundentakt fährt und von dort gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in die Stadt oder nach Miami Beach zu kommen. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und nachts wird das Hotel sogar von einer Security bewacht. Fazit: Sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel, top Preisleistungsverhältnis! Wir haben eine Nacht bei Ankunft in Miami im Hyatt House verbracht. Liegt nur wenige Minutem vom Airport entfernt und eignet sich bestens für die eine Nacht nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug. Sehr netter Staff, saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Wir waren 2Erwachsene mit 2Kindern (9+6) Frühstück: guter Kaffe, Beagles, Toast, süsses Gebäck, frische Früchte, Yoghurts […] - ich weiss wirklich nicht was einige Leute noch mehr erwarten! Trots närheten till flygplatsen inget störande buller. Ligger enbra bit från Miami Downtwn och Miami Beach men vid lågtrafik kör man till South Beach på ca15 min. Stora rum, bra pool.

Hotel ubicado en una zona cómoda y tranquila, de fácil acceso a las necesidades del viajero. Personal amable y oportuno que presta un buen servicio . Desayuno y demás comidas excelentes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
