Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly service. Free wifi code given on request. Can access the bar 24 hrs. Only ten mins walk from Nice Ville station, just off Rue St Jean Medicin and easy access to the main places of interest.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. Location is good, walking distance to everything (shops, restaurants, streetcar and even the train station)Since it is located in a side street, it is nice and quiet at night. Staff were friendly and spoke English, they are helpful and no discrimination with lack of French language.

The hotel was very well located. Right next to teh Tramway line and walking distance to Old Nice. very safe area even at night. service was great and room was also very clean. Rooms are small but OK for the two of us.

We stayed at 6 hotels during our trip through South France and this one was the best. It’s in a very convenient location: 15 minutes walk to the Train Station, 15 walk to the Promenade and the beach, on the corner of the small side street and one of the main boulevards in Nice with the Tram line and all kinds of retail stores. The Monoprix supermarket […] is just 5 minutes away. If you have a car, the underground parking garage is next door to the hotel. Hotel provides you with the discount spots and rate of E17 per day. The room was nicely decorated, had a fridge (excellent feature to keep some food and water for breakfast). I’ve requested two beds to make sure we sleep comfortably, and they were big enough. Per other travelers advise I’ve requested room facing inside court. The view wasn’t pretty, but it was very quiet. We also didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The bedding was very high quality and the pillows and the comforter were goose down. One minus, fabric shower curtain goes around the shower stall and water spill on the floor. But it is very common to the French hotels. Free WiFi worked perfectly in the room. Overall we were very satisfied with our choice of this hotel. Devamı

Hotel was acceptable but not a 3 star. the room was reserved as a double, two single beds with thin matteress were pushed together but the space between the beds was approx 5 inches and very uncomfortable. We reversed the mattresses which gave us a smaller space between our backs. Only saving grace was the location which was very near the center of […] town. Devamı

the hotel was very close to old town; beach ; and the train station .staff very helpful any questions were answered in english would stay in hotel again if visiting nice for a few days .great selection of food for breakfast

hotel was much smaller than seen on internet there were about 10 steps up to reception we had to bring bags up on our own there was no offer to bring bags to room breakfast very limited for 9.50 rooms very small and dark but clean very small hotel

This hotel is in a great spot as it is close enough to the promenade, shops, old town, chateau etc but is on a side street so it is peaceful at night.

Comfy hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can't boast about the breakfast, fairly average (continental, no eggs, bacon etc). Overall very happy with hotel, spacious and would recommend to others.

The staff were extra friendly, and the A/C worked very well. Overall great experience.

I thought this was a great hotel for the price. You can't beat the location -- halfway between the train station and the sea, both within a few minutes walk. My room was clean and surprisingly large. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke fluent English. There is a very large and nicely furnished lounge for the guests if you get tired of […] your room, or want to meet with friends. This hotel is in in a great location in the heart of commercial/retail area. The newish tram service is only a very short walk away (one to minutes) which takes you to old town, the main bus station and the Museum of Modern Art in a few minutes for one euro. Well positioned between beach and main train/coach station all within easy walking distance. Close enough to shops and restuarnts but still in a quiet area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice from the continental breakfast buffet table. At Euros 9-50 it might appear expensive but its good value compared to cafes.

Stayed for 3 nights at end of june, glad we chose this hotel as it had aircon unlike a lot of others. The rooms are small, but this is typical of french hotels in general. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very warm and friendly, spoke perfect English and made our stay a pleasent one. The location was awesome right in the heart of Nice, only 5 min to the beach. The room was very comfortable!

Not a good choice for a wonderful place like the French Riviera. Dark, dusty rooms with no view. It was not the size of the room but the decor, the beds (twin beds--not much romance here!), cheap, thin, washed out towels that had a grey color to them, and the terrible bathroom (no tub in our room with a small shower basin that is so shallow that all […] your water ends up being on the floor and the shower curtain wraps around your body while you are showering) that made it uninviting. We only slept there and then ran away for the whole day and most of the night. They offered us a terrase room for 30 Euros a night extra. When we refused to pay more, they went down to 25 Euros, thinking we were bargaining with them. We decided not to pay a cent more, thought of looking for another hotel (like the Holiday Inn not far away), and finally did not do it either because we only had 3 short summer nights there. They also told us there was no place opened for food after midnight--what a joke! Overall: no insects or stains, but cheap and old place that needs to be renovated or rated 1.5 stars. Devamı

トラムの駅から近く、1階にはスーパーマーケット、隣はイタリアンレストランもあり大変便利でした。廊下はまだ改装が終わってないのかボロかったですが、部屋は趣味も良く、小さいながらもバスタブもあってとてもよかったです。

L'hotel est particulièrement bien situé, en plein centre ville,qui nous permet de laisser la voiture au parking pour profiter pleinement de Nice! Le personnel est accueillant. L'hotel est propre et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni et excellent!Je recommande cet hotel qui correspond parfaitement à sa description!

Det er et fint hotel, men jeg havde brug for wifi og dette virkede utrolig dårligt. Ligeledes var der meget varmt på værelset, grundet dårlig aircon. Men ellers ok hotel.

Helt ok hotell, med bra beliggenhet. Likevel litt slitt, små rom, få funksjonelle løsninger (som for eksempel ingen stikk kontakt ved arbeidspult, og generelt veldig få stikkkontakter,). Grei nok service, men hotellet bærer preg av at dette ikke er noe kjedehotell hvor ting er mer satt i system. Beliggenhet er derimot veldig bra. Bra hotell som ligger centralt i Nice. Nära till allt. Mycket trevlig personal och ett vänligt hotell som vill ta hand om dig som gäst. Tyvärr var rummet litet och sängarna inte av bästa kvalitet. Kuddarna hade sett sina bästa dagar. Frukosten ingår inte utan får beställas separat, men det var den värd. Den var mycket prisvärd och bättre än på många […] andra s.k. bättre och dyrare hotelll! Pröva gärna att äta på krogen som ligger bredvid hotellingången. De serverar mycket prisvärd och mycket vällagad fransk mat, med många lokala maträtter av hög klass att väja på - långt från den vanliga turistmenyn som tyvärr återfinns centralt på uterestaurangerna i turistområdena. Vennlig betjening, greit rom, air conditionen virket, det var rent og pent, håndklær ble skiftet hver dag selv om vi hadde hengt dem opp for å bruke igjen, i henhold til hotellets egen miljøoppfordring..... Hotellet ligger sentralt i Nice. Passe gangavstant til strand, shopping og restauranter.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Por motivos de trabajo, pero céntrico para turistas. Habitación un poco pequeña, pero agradable. Se puede descansar estupendamente.

séjour agréable: confort, accueil chaleureux, bonne situation en ville et silence dans la chambre. restaurant en bas de l'hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix. satisfaites (ma fille et moi)nous ne prendrons pas le risque d'être déçues ailleurs, nous y retournerons.

Ett utmärkt hotell väl i klass med dess 3 stjärnor. Utmärkt läge centralt i Nice med gångavstånd till centrum, tågstation och flygbuss. Hotellfrukosten var typiskt fransk och följaktligen inte överdådig, OK men inte mer...

Keskeisellä ja rauhallisella paikalla oleva hotelli, nurkan takana iso kauppakeskus ja siinä välissä raitiovaunupysäkki. Hotellin huoneet on vastikään remontoitu kauniisti, hieno puun näköinen lattiapinnoite, sopii allergisillekin. Käytävät ovat tosin vielä lattiasta kattoon vanhojen kokolattiamattojen peitossa. Jos olisi meluisia asiakkaita äänet kuuluisivat […] käytävästä hyvin mutta hotellin asukkaat olivat tavallista ja hiljaista väkeä. Ilmainen netinkäyttöoikeus ja pyynnöstä olisi voinut myös tulostaa. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Die Réception ist immer besetzt und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man von einem Drei-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Alles ist sauber. Man kann auch bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, hört allerdings seine Zimmernachbarn relativ gut. Man ist in kürzester […] Zeit zu Fuss am Meer, in der Altstadt, am Bahnhof und an allen weiteren wichtigen Punkten der Stadt. Ich würde wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen. Devamı

Die Lage des Grand Hotel Le Florence ist super! Das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück hat mich nicht so überzeut, hätte bessers erwartet für diesen Preis. Wer gerne shoppen geht ist hier genau richtig...

Hotel très bien situé dans une rue calme, à deux pas de l'avenue Jean Médecin, artère très commerçante de Nice. L'hôtel est bien tenu et l'accueil agréable mais notre chambre était vraiment minuscule, je n'avais jamais connu si petite chambre de ma vie de voyages! La douche était toute aussi exigu avec le rideau qui colle aux fesses....et l'eau qui […] coule partout sur le sol... Devamı

Vi fikk hotellets minste rom og helt sikkert verste! Rommet var knøttlite, badet enda mindre - badet var så lite at det var umulig å ha døra igjen når jeg satt på potta!. Vi ville simpelthen ikke bo der, så vi flyttet med engang!

Hotel was very good looking and at good place. Walls at the room were dirty and should be repainted etc. but otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was great but you can get it for much cheaper when buying croissants etc. from the store or at the bakery. But it felt really convenient to eat the at the hotel. And the aircondition was great at the hotel […] :) you can escape the heat to the hotel. There's small fridge in the room where you can storage water and other foods. And the hotel staff were really helpful and nice - can't say any bad thing about the staff. They helped with buses or trains if you wanted to know how to get Cannes or Monaco. Cleaners came to change the towels and make bed every day even when you put a sign on the door that no service needed. They could have cleaned the floor at least couple of times during the week because it started to be a little dirty in the middle of a week. Devamı
