Biggest issue is that the breakfast waffle stuck to the iron a bit. Hotels.com listed "no breakfast" but in fact breakfast was included. It would be nice to make pet arrangements when the original reservation is made instread of having to go through that at the desk.

My recent stay ended with the hotel checking me out without my knowledge. When I tried to get into my room at the end of day a woman answered the door and informed me that "my" room was now hers. When I went to the front desk to complain, the front desk person was unsympathetic and told me that he wasn't on duty when I "checked out" so he couldn't do […] anything for me. I was not offered another room, or a voucher for my next stay or anything like that. I don't even know if I left anything behind because the hotel didn't both to check to see if there way anything left behind. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again and I suggest that you don't either! Devamı

Very happy with my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the downstairs lobby and all of it's amenities. Really enjoyed their choice of free breakfast items. Also appreciated the extra ammenities such as laundry facilities, iron and ironing boards in each room, use of safe for valuables, microwave and refridgerator. Beds were very […] comfortable. Only complaint was their ventilation system. Many times the rooms and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Devamı

We chose this site because of the convenient location, but also because it was the least expensive for our needs. We appreciate the cleanliness and the simple but adequate breakfast.

This hotel was nice and it didn't cost a lot. I wasn't spending much time there anyway, so I didn't care if it didn't have a pool or that it only had a continental breakfast. The room was very clean and the people working there were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

I only stayed here one night because the housekeeper kept knocking on the door atleast 5 times starting at 8am even though there was a do not disturb sigh on the door. A few times around 9am, the housekeeper kept trying to enter the room. What do they provide the do not disturb signs?

Our hotel room was large, convenient and better than we expected.

You get what you pay for. We weren't looking for anything fancy, but a place to sleep and this hotel did the trick. the fridge and microwave are a plus, they work and are free unlike some other hotels. the complimentary breakfast is a little skimp so don't count on eating there. stail fruit loops is what I had the pleasure of eating. overall worth the […] money. Our only complaint is that the room smelled musty...possibly from the AC. Otherwise the simple accommodations were adequate and the staff was professional.

As I said above, everything was great and I was pleasantly suprised by the refrigerator and microwave in the room. I made good use of it. No 20 trips down to the ice machine. Great value for the price. I will definitely stay there and other Super 8's again!

This hotel gives you the basics but it was a very comfortable stay. Everyone working there was very pleasant. The breakfast area was always clean and they never ran out of coffee. I would stay again. There are many restaurants near the motel if you don't feel like eating there.

We were on the first floor and the room carpet smell dampy. It clean but couldn't get rid of the smell was up most of the night and had to spray fabreeze to the air vent so the room smell better. It didn't help all the smell still there.

We came to this hotel to visit Six Flags Great America. It was 20 mins away from the park. The motel was clean, spacious with friendly staff. There is a great pancake house right next door.

The parking is convenient. The neighborhood offers some shopping at strip malls and dining at fast food restaurants. The wi-fi was handy. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was noisy--choice of street noise or window air conditioner. I certainly wouldn't "vacation" here; but for a business night away, it was passable.

It was a very nice room for the price. The 2 double bed room included a microwave and small frig. Breakfast was decent- not great, but more than just cereal- and it was free, so can't really complain. We were in a smoke-free area of the hotel, but the bathroom was smoky- I assume the room next door had smokers in it.

The staff at Super 8 were so friendly, helpful and giving of their time. When I told them the bed was much to firm for my bad back, they immediately moved us without extra cost.

The staff was great. We needed to add an extra night and there was no problems doing so. The breakfast was good and the area very clean. Would definately stay again.

Good hotel. Very accommodating. Friendly staff.
