Very clean, quiet-convenient. Just wish there had been a restaurant close by. Had to drive a ways for a decent one. Otherwise no complaints.

AC took forever to work. The coffie pot didn't work, the plumbing was bad. Had to ask for T.P. Hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was lame. Other than that it was GREAT

This is the second time we've stayed at the Super 8 in Cape Girardeau. Why? Because of the price.....hands down. It is comfortable, close to the freeway into Cape, and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed there was no elevator. We are retirees and are at a point that an elevator is more necessary. Also, as a diabetic, I would have liked to have seen some fruit included with the breakfast. Also along with cereal I would suggest packets of oatmeal which could be heated in the microwave.

Upon arrival we interrupted the desk clerk's computer game. She saw us come in as she was sitting in the lobby on a lap top. When she finished her "level", she came around to check us in - never to say a word until she told us the best place to park for our room. When I reserved our room on-line - it mentioned free internet service in the rooms and […] HBO - when we arrived the marquis also stated so - however, we were able to connect to the internet but that was about it and there was not an HBO channel available. The continental breakfast did not have many options. I have stayed in several Super 8 Motels and have enjoyed my stay, however after our experience at this motel and the one in Columbia, MO - we will be choosing a different chain for our next trip Devamı

I understand this is not a 5-star hotel, but it met all of my needs. This is my second stay there and I have not have any problems.

We were traveling further south and this was the 2cd Super 8 we stayed at in two days. It was very comfortable and waaay more comfortable than the previous hotel stay. My only complaint was that we were looking for places to take kids to and the front desk agent was extremely rude and un-helpful when asked what was in the surrounding area. She rudely […] stated she wasn't from the area an doesn't know anything. I too have worked at hotels enough to know that even if your not from the area, it's part of your job in guest services to know what's in your area to be able to help make the guest's stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean but they run very lean on personel and continental breakfast. Did not know there were no elevater and my inlaws had trouble with luggage to 2nd floor. Toilet plugged and they didn't have anyone to clear it so my my M-inlaw went downstairs to get the plunger ro do it herself.

See above. How are you going to get me the 20% discount you showed when I booked 3 nights?

was ok clean and all, slightly outdated bathroom, heater was either on or not. could use a in room safe but overall was happy with the hotel. will probably be back in the new year!

The hotel mixed up the reservation. It took a long time to check in. When we finally got checked, one of the rooms was a smoking room with only one bed. We booked two non-smoking room with two beds in each. We changed one of the rooms for two beds, but it was still in a smoking room.

The decor was out of date, the wireless internet connection wasn't very good and it was kind of pricy for how outdated it seemed. The bed pillows were horrible. they were tiny flat things, only 2 per bed. If I had the option I would find another place to stay next time. Wasn't horrible, but it wasn't nice either. Good for the money except, the sink in my bath needed replacing and the rear parking area was not as well lit as probably should be.
