Typical average quality for this type of motel. Reasonable rate - nice breakfast room. Great staff, very personable and accomodating. No qualms about safety, and got a good night's rest at an affordable rate.

Overall the room was very good for the price . I do not have any complaints at all. The staff was easy to deal with. Being next to the freeway, I expected there to be a lot of noise, but I was surprised by the low amount of noise. The Free Breakfast was ok,.. included cereals, English muffins, some fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices and milk. I was dissappointed in my stay. Although the rate was fairly reasonable, the following issues were a problem: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were extremely wrinkled There was a large hole in the carpet in the room. The shower squealed loudly everytime you turned it on.

Service was nice and pool and hottub were great but waking up to a cold shower put it all to an abrupt end. In telling the desk clerk when leaving she said: Yeah, that sometimes happens. Can't take a chance by going back even if they are the most reasonably priced hotel with an indoor pool.

Our stay at the Super 8 motel at Lacey Washington was very convenient for our family visit to greet our new grandson. We think the swimming pool has been renovated since our last stay about three years ago. The room was comfortable though there was a chemical odor from a recent carpet cleaning. I was glad that I brought my large bottle of cologne to […] freshen the air. The eastside room was noisy in early morning hours from the Interstate 5 traffic. I recommend installing sound-proof windows at least on the east side of the motel. The wi-fi provided speedy internet website access. Using my ISP webmail, I was able to send photos of the new grandchild to family. The guest services representatives were very helpful. Great location pillows were lumpy, didn't stay for breakfast, not sure that I'll stay here again.

...so spend a little more. Location is set back off the road by a busy intersection so getting in and out is a hassle. Had a fee for the room-safe added to my bill that I had to remove at checkout. The water in the shower kept running hot and cold. There may be worse places but there certainly are better.

bare walls, creaking bed, hard pillows, limited tv channels, difficult to exit, very courteous staff.

I would highly recomend this hotel. The rooms were nice, and the staff was very nice. The indoor pool was the reason we chose this property, and it was very clean as well.

Clean comfortable room, but the non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

carpets could use a cleaning and the shower had mold by faucet and handle. The power went out in neighborhood so very hard to see in room. There was no mention on website about the bonus items of microwave, refridgerator, coffee maker (which could use more than 1 packet of coffee) blow dryer and safe. There could be some sort of tv guide made available […] or helpful. Our stay was ok thought. There was a denny's in lot and shari's across street and grocery store down road for convienence. Devamı
