we had a non smoking room.... was TERRIBLE !!!! Very strong smell of smoke in room and all the way down hall. Receptionist said smoking room were upstairs, but we were on bottom floor room 315. I had to go buy febreeze to help kill the smell...... I will not stay there again !
"Very impressed!"
I was looking for a place to stay one night with two other adults and my son. The staff was very friendly (they even asked us how our stay was). The breakfast was much more then expected!!! Many delicious things to choose from. It was the cheapest hotel around! Would stay here again!!!!
"Misadvertized"
The hotel room advertised as a handicap accessable room however the tub was very hard to get into and the bed was advertised as a QUEEN when it was a FULL. They should offer a handicap room with a walk in shower and 2 full size beds. Some people who are handicap have to have someone take care of them and they may not be related and may not be comfortable […] sleeping with each other. "Great Place for the Price"
Our room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We wished we had brought our swim suits because the pool was indoor and heated and would have felt nice after a long day sight seeing. This is the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed at!

"Super 8, Van Buren, AR"
Easy access to I-40. Great for overnight stay. Nice indoor pool. Fast food restaurant nearby for a great salad, although evening customer service person didn't know enough to tell us about it when we asked. A knowledgeable front-desk member is a plus in our book!

"Super8 in Van Buren/Ft. Smith = Not new but nice"
Wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. Older property, but very well kept and clean. Large room with something I have never seen before in a hotel room, a ceiling fan. I have one at home in my master bedroom and really like having it on while I sleep. It was a nice added touch you don't see very often. Staff was friendly. Breakfast […] was good. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location. You might grab breakfast somewhere else, but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay!

"Super 8 Van Buren - Great Motel"
The Super 8 in Van Buren, AK is a wonderful motel to spend a night. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is well kept. The room I stayed in was larger than a typical Super 8 room and clean. There is an indoor heated pool and breakfast is not too bad. Will stay again if in the area.

Friendly and helpful Front Desk staff. The carpet smelled mildewy but otherwise the room was clean, and the furniture and linens pretty new and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent although they ran out of eggs early.
Average hotel. Don't expect alot from Super 8. Get what you pay for.

the hotel staff was friendly. very helpful in directing us to a nice place for dinner. the room was clean and smelled cleaned. very roomy overall. safe parking and well lit. the breakfast was great and well stocked. nice pool which was indoor. i cant get over how nice the whole staff was. i will be staying again.

I would never ask or encourage any of my friends or family to go to this hotel, I had to go upstairs on crutches and they simply refused to give me even a downstairs room so that to me is not good service, the phone in the room had too much static to hear anything so i had to use my personal phone to order dinner in thank goodness i had a phone.

I was shocked and extremely pleased with my stay there. We stayed there just overnight on a road trip. I was not expecting anything fabulous, just a fairly clean place to sleep. However the place was EXTREMELY clean and the staff that checked us in was very pleasant. The pool area was nice, too. And the breakfast was more than I expected- they had waffles, […] fruit, cereal, eggs, etc. I highly recommend staying there whether you're passing through like we did or staying in that area for awhile. "Dry County"
Great Hotel; right off of Interstate 40; Beware you are in a Dry county and the restaurants immediately around the Hotel have no alcohol!After a long day of driving we were ready to unwind.But this hotel is fine.

Propre confortable et salle de déjeuner attenante à la piscine qui est également propre. L'embêtement est que Van Buren est un endroit des plus ennuyant. Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche..
