Thanks. Awesome hidden hotel in a neighborhood i needed. Didnt have to stay in hollywood which was great.

I booked this hotel at the very last minute when I realized that I would be too tired to drive home after a full day of work and a family event, and I'm so glad that I did. Everything about the place, from the friendly people at the valet stand and the front desk to the comfortable bed and large flat-screen TV, was perfect. I really appreciated the […] free WiFi, which most hotels of this caliber tend to charge for. While I didn't use it on this stay, the little microwave would normally be a big plus for me while traveling. I wish my stay had been longer, so that I would have taken advantage of more of the hotel's amenities. Devamı

Made reservations 2.5weeks prior to arrival for a double room. Upon arrival, after a 7 hr flight from Florida, we were given a handicapped room with no bath (handicapped shower with a cheap shower seat), one king bed (for 3 ppl) and offered a rollaway. The front desk staff stated that since previous guests stayed over for an extra night, we would have […] to wait until the following night for a double. We loved this hip hotel! It was so unexpected for the area! The room was spacious and very comfortable and stylsh! We will definitely be back again.

We looked last minute and were able to book this hotel. The room, bed and all were very comfortable. A busy street was outside our window, however, the windows are very well insulated so no noise at all....I'm a very light sleeper so I would notice. The food at the bar was great. Staff terrific. Love the feel.

We reserved this room at the Amarona hotel for our wedding night. That was mistake #1. We had no idea at the time that the walls are paper thin and sound really travels through the place. We were obviously making some noise, even though it was still afternoon when we arrived, and someone decided to let us know we were "too loud" in a very passive aggressive […] way, by pounding on our door and running away quickly. As we sat there quietly, we realized we could hear everything outside of our room. People talking at normal voice levels down the hall, our neighbors, etc. It is not a hotel you stay at for privacy, that's for sure. It's nice looking, but that's the extent of it. Mr. & Mrs. H. Lovely place--very clean, comfortable and convenient. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to local groceries, Starbucks and a fantastic breakfast cafe, but also convenient to the studios, the Burbank airport, and major expressways should you want to wander into Hollywood or downtown LA. The staff was also very courteous and responsive to […] special requests. We were there over Christmas and, for only $20 more a night than the local Holiday Inn, we experienced a MUCH more luxurious and special place for the holidays. The bed was VERY comfortable, the mini-bar well-stocked (although we don't usually splurge on mini-bar options) and the room was spacious and clean. One drawback is that, unless you want to pay an extra fee for the valet parking, there is no on-site parking; however, we had no problems finding parking on nearby side streets, which were pleasant, safe, and tree-lined. This hotel was only about 2 miles from Universal Studios. The service was great, rooms clean and bed were uber comfortable. When we go back to this area, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius, rooftop spa and free apples. =)

The hotel was within close driving distance of most LA attractions, which was nice. Starbucks and Vons Grocery store was walking distance, if you choose to use the small kitchen area and utensils for snacks and small meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all needs. The only available parking was with use the use of valet parking in an enclosed structure, which appeared to be secure, and the service was awesome as we would call as leaving the room, and our car was waiting for us. This is a lovely, quiet hotel, conveniently located near downtown Burbank with easy access to nearby freeways. The comfort and style of the room was impressive as was the overall appearance of the hotel entrance and lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful, often refusing tips for extra help. Very clean, updated hotel downtown Burbank but was shocked to see $28 Valet parking fee and no suggested alterative although there is a small shopping center across the street that may have been okay (has large grocery store, too)...all HD cable channels on TV and great room service menue but didn't get told there was an actual restaurant inhouse.. […] .. This is a beautiful hotel with nicely decorated rooms near the highway. My only complaint was that the beds were too soft and the water pressure too low for me.

Close to, but sufficiently away from, the Universal Studio and related entertainment establishments. Guests are mostly those related to studios. Quiet, unpretentious luxury one can enjoy. It immediate environment is not particularly attractive. But quiet. Courtesy transportation service to Bob Hope Airport is helpful.

HOTELS.COM REVIEWS WERE ONCE AGAIN SPOT ON. I ARRIVED AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN AND WAS POLITELY WELCOMED BY THE STAFF, AND WAS ABLE TO GET INTO A ROOM UPON ARRIVAL. THE LOBBY AND ROOM WERE SPOTLESS AND WELL DECORATED. IN PAST REVIEWS I HAD READ THE ONLY COMPLAINTS WERE THE PARKING FEE AND COLD WATER. IN MY CASE I HAD NO CAR AND THE SHOWER WATER WAS HOT. […] THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR ME, AND I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE GROCERY STORE AND SANDWICH SHOP ACROSS THE STREET. THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND IN MY CASE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE MY STAY IN BURBANK A PERFECT ONE. Devamı

Nice bed, clean hotel with nice staff. Not enough amenities in room and must valet park at $30+.

The hotel was great the worst part was that valet parking is 28.00 per day which is excessive. Otherwise you must park on the street.

The hotel was amazing, but the parking was problematic. There were very few spaces at the hotel and it was very expensive to valet. The surrounding neighborhood was okay, but it was really difficult to find street parking within a few blocks of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel... Every employee was wonderful - very helpful, professional and made you feel like the only customer. The room was amazing - the food was amazing... Everything.... AMAZING!!! :)

The hotel had problems with hot water and did not advise us when we checked in. The next morning it was still not working. Very poor start to our day and the hotel never said they were sorry with a note or a call and did not compensate us in any way.

A very elegant, comfortable hotel that is also hospitable and very dog-friendly. They never hassle me about my two large-breed and one small-breed dog and are always welcoming and accomodating.

The hotel was a bit hard to find since it was tucked away across from a strip mall in a neighborhood. The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was very clean and comfortable.

First of all the hotel is very nice, but as soon as we got there we found out that we HAD to pay $31 for valet or we had to park the car around the corner. Second when we got to our room i realized that the room wasn't entirely how i imagined it. I had paid for the "deluxe king" the room didn't have kitchenette, the only thing that was there was a mini […] fridge. I called the front desk and they told me that, that was the deluxe king room, i didnt want to argue or anything so i just left it at that. Even though the room was not what i expected i enjoyed my stay there, the bed was super comfy and everything looked very clean and nice. Devamı

Really Really like the hotel but $32 for parking? Next time I'll walk there.

Beautifully decorated with a most comfortable bed, but above all very quiet and peaceful. Reasonably priced for L.A. area, and conveniently located. Lots of nice details. Gym, sauna, and jacuzzi on roof was on the small side, but done up like a luxury hotel.

I loved this hotel. It was convenient, clean and had lovely atmosphere. Candles were lit in the bar and lobby at night and it was just charming. The chocolates at the front desk were the best. We parked on the side streets because the hotel parking was a little expensive at $28 a night. Extremely safe neighborhood and a grocery and Starbucks across […] the street within walking distance.
