Hilton Seattle - Seattle

I was on the 21st floor and it smelled a little funky.But room was clean.Bummed that internet was extra.location was excellent

The hotel was fine but on the lower end of a 3. The walls were paper thin I could hear a normal conversation in the neighboring room. We were two rooms down the hall from the elevator and it sounded the a train coming into the station.

Our stay was wonderful with the hotel, my only complaints were that they do NOT offer a shuttle from the seatac airport and a taxi ride I was told is between $35- $45! The hotel is about 16 miles from the airport. if you decide to rent a car instead thinking your going to save $$$ like I thought be WARNED that you will pay a fee of $36 for a 24 hour […] time period to park at the hotel. Your best bet like I did is to take the lite rail from the airport, it will take you all the way to down town and drop you off about 3 blocks from the Hilton. It only costed me $2.75 per person, THAT SURE BEATS $45 for a taxi! BE PREPARED FOR SOME GOOD EXERCISE IF YOU PLAN ON WALKING AROUND THE HOTEL AREA IN DOWNTOWN. Great location, excellent service

Second year in a row staying at the Hilton Seattle. We were in town for the Sakuracon anime convention at the Washington State Convention Center. The location is awesome; there is a route to get to the convention center that is fully covered for nearly the entire way. We'll be staying here again next year!

Fire alarm at midnight, trying to get the kids down the stair well from lvl 26. Not even a comp breakfast or parking for an hr of B.S. till 1 in the morning. People going in and out of the stairwell all night slaming the door and smoking in the stairwell.There was a long black hair in the shower (hopefully just the maids) and the first few channels […] on the tv were all wavy. The hotel is trying to sell this property. The gm is not willing to work out the contract with his emPloyees to take care of them, so in return for that we where awaken each morning by a boycott going on outside our window for about 15-30 minutes of union members yelling and banging on a drum. Our room was clean but tiny. The bathroom faucet was running a constant stream of hot water that I couldn't turn off but maintenance was responsive to fix the problem. The server in the lobby lounge seemed put out that our group had congregated there (we had minors with us) and almost choked when milk was ordered. Beds, like the rooms, were small and uncomfortable. There was a big mess up with room service and the bar drinks are overpriced. The lobby bar atmosphere was quite nice. Best, the service and personnel were excellent, friendly and helpful in all things.

The Hotel was centrally located to many attractions Pike Place Market, the waterfront, Westlake Center, 5th Avenue Theater, Pacific Place and many terrific restaurants. So much is within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, taxis are readily available. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the City and a partial bay view. Great location and staff.

Hilton Seattle was very easy to find and just off the I-5 Hwy. Staff was helpful and pleasant, as well I enjoyed the area as their was lots shops and restaurants. Now the negatives: You could hear the highway at nighttime and made sleeping a little difficult. The parking cost were very expensive and the most I have ever had to pay to park at a hotel […] (was not impressed). Overall the hotel was ok and would have to think twice about staying at this particular hotel again. Devamı

The hotel staff were very welcoming and the hotel was easy to access. The room was much better than others I have frequented in the metro Seattle area. Will definitely stay at Hilton on next over night stay need.

Everything in this hotel is just excellent. The location, overall services, cleanliness is just excellent, except one service where the security knock at our room early in the morning to notify us that our credit card has decline after 5 days stayed in the hotel. Our stay was just "Ok". Their cocoa that they offered was out, no creamer for coffee. The elevators are strange the way they are routed. We had people next to us that were young and obviously having a party and we heard Security staff talk with them a couple times but not much was done. We would pick somewhere else next time.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT. THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT. IT IS IN A GREAT PLACE WHERE THERE WERE PLACES TO GO NO MATTER WHERE YOU WALKED.

Very noisy room. Not a very efficient and comfortable room layout

Make sure your don't tell them you are ok without a desk. We wound up in what looked like a converted coat closet. Worst hotel for the price as far as size and comfort, but clean. Hilton has become the new Holiday Inn.....quality has greatly diminished over the past decade! Find somewhere else unless you are in a crunch.

The one thing I didn't like was that the hotel does not tell you they charge for wireless internet in your room. They say it is free in the lobby and the bar but who wants to hang out there. I picked the Hilton because I didn't see an internet charge and after I said that I would not stay there again they did give me the password. Everything else was […] nice. The hilton in Seattle was wonderful. I would recommend staying there. The only thing we didn't care for was the size if the toilet area very tiny but u don't really vacation in there! We really enjoyed the top floor bar the view was beautiful and they offered delicious snacks and drinks. I would stay there again.

Even though I made the reservation thru a site online that I frequently make all my reservations, they had difficulty in checking us in. It took forever & their rooms were not ready (even at our late arrival time). We didn't get to the hotel till 3pm.

Pay attention to the details. Wireless and wired internet "is available". That doesn't mean either is free. Wireless internet is only free in the lobby or at either bar, otherwise they want to charge you per day.

Hotel was 15 min walk from Safeco & Qwest fields. Also close to monorail (space needle) and walking distance to Pike St Market. Lots of restaurants/bars in surrounding neighborhood. Nice area. Hotel was clean, staff friendly!

Nice room not so good view, and I think it should have free internet, every other place we stayed on our visit to Seattle had free internet.

The hotel is old and run down. Parking was $32 which is ridiculous. No free hotel shuttle. Loud rooms.

I had a very pleasant stay - all the staff were very attentive and I couldn't have asked more a more comfortable room! Both the lobby lounge and Top of Hilton restaurants were excellent. Very convenient to downtown, Pike Street Market, and convention center.

I was here for a conference held at the Convention Center. It was great as there's an underground concourse connecting them so you only have to walk outside a few steps. Work out room was sufficient, own tvs on each machine. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a swimming pool but everything else was great. Breakfast at the Top of the Hilton […] was included with my reservation which was a great benefit-hot buffet with make your own omelet option, views nice too. :) I did have to remind the hotel when I checked in that breakfast was included-showed them my email hotels.com receipt. The staff is friendly and provided great service. The room was nice, the view wonderful, the food and drink service was good and we were in a great location. A very nice place to stay!

Room was tiny. Crumbs thick around bed frame. Shower would not stay running. Hole in wall with wires coming out. No cover plate. Smallest bathroom I ever saw. Not enough accomidations for all. Had to call for glasses. Not at all what I expected. Would not reccomend the Holton to anyone.

Great location, nice hotel, only complaint is the bathroom could use some updating.

The staff members at the hotel were respectful, responsible, very upbeat and gave one the feeling that they would accommodate a guest beyond the job description. The buffet breakfast was included in our room rate .. it was excellent.

Hotel is very dated. Overall lighting is poor, especially in bathroom, which was tiny. Water supply goes from cold to very hot making shower difficult to use. Installation of shower head made it ideal for anyone 5'7" or shorter. Geriatric heaven with multiple metal hand rails all over the bathroom. I was pretty pleasantly surprised how convenient the Hilton Seattle the downtown Seattle area. Staying here at this location was walking distance to Seattle Symphony, the pier, fine dining, as well as good shopping. On the other hand, if you are looking for extreme comfort, this is a hotel might not be a good choice for you. The reason is the lack of […] operating elevators simultaneously - bad for traffic jams during the morning and in the evening. Also, the water pressure is less than acceptable for the hotel sinks and showers. If you plan to grab a bite to eat at the hotel, I recommend you go for the view and eat elsewhere. Devamı
