Arora Hotel Gatwick - Crawley

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The foyer was bright and clean, the reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

I have now stayed at the Arora Hotel 3 times, & everytime it is perfect, I will now stick to this hotel everytime i have to fly from Gatwick. I have stayed at many other hotels near Gatwick, but you will not find better than this for your money. I now recomend the Arora to all my friends. Also the breakfast was amazing.

For Gatwick travelers, Arora is a perfect solution. Easily accessible from the far end of the Crawley rail station, it is elegance personified with meticulously appointed rooms and top notch amenities. The bed was comfortable--though not as good as many Marriotts I've stayed in--but the room itself was beautiful and fresh. Be aware a significant mall […] is less than a block away--I asked where it was at the gift shop and the clerk "didn't know." Wicked stuff, have a wonderful stay

The rooms are really spacious, the beds nice and comfy, the bathrooms big and more importantly CLEAN...what more do you want?! Can't wait to go back there on the 28th of sept! Will most definately try the hotels facilities if I can tear myself away from the room that is.

Lovely hotel would probably go back if leaving car there to go on holiday, but a rip off for just an overnight stay as had to pay £10 for overnight car park which was not mentioned any where only when we checked in and there was no other option to park car anywhere else.

Good hotel within easy reach of Gatwick airport. Great service, easy check in/check out. Rooms are excellent, slightly tired looking - tv was not flatscreen

This is probably the best hotel deal I've had for a long time. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The train station is immediately outside the hotel, and it's only a very short walk into town. I can honestly say that I was relaxed and comfortable for the two days I was there. I will most certainly return.

We stayed in this hotel to go to concert nearby. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Located closer to a shopping mall/ train station which was very useful. It was handy to have a little shop in the lobby and an ice machine in the hall. Just excellent in all aspects. The only thing that needs attention is the underground car park. There are green algae from leaking water is some places and that is in sharp contrast to the wonderful modern amenities upstairs in the hotel proper. I'm going back this weekend.

We stayed here 7 nights total split over 12 days. Longest stay 3 nights. We had 4 rooms and they were all good except for the shower in the east wing, it was in the corner and barly enough room to turn around. The condition of the hotel is great all the rooms were clean and not at all worn. Staff tried to be helpful but fell short most of the time, […] one night at 3:50am someone tried to get into our room, with a key, the security latch prevented them from opening the door more than a couple of inches but it was loud enough to wake us. When I asked the desk who and why someone would be trying to enter my room at 4 am the only answer I got was "I dont know" that didn't sit well with me. The room servive needs to be improved both in the time it takes and the correctness of the order ( wrong 2 out of 3 times) the restaurant has the same problem we ended up leaving after waiting for a long time only to get the wrong food, then the recook wasn't cooked..So in summary the hotel is great staff and food not so good Devamı

Excellent hôtel tant dans la propreté et dans le service ! Le seul hic c'est la distance Entre l'hôtel et Victoria station qui au niveau du tarif transport est vraiment couteux mais on ne peux pas tout avoir ! Tant que l'hôtel est confortable et PROPRE et a 10min de l'aéroport c'est impec' , mon prochain séjour se fera sans hésiter dans cet hôtel!

Bra hotell, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Men fri Internet är snart ett måste, tyvärr fanns det inte här. Synd! Direkt vi järnvägsstationen i Crawley, rent och snyggt. Shutteln till Gatwick kostar 2,5 GBP extra, lägg det direkt på rummet istället.

Jeg var ikke opmærksom på, at hotellet ligger så langt væk fra Gatwick (to s-tog stationer eller 15 min. i taxa). Blev snydt af navnet.

pour accéder à l’hôtel c'est au bout du quai de la gare. Il y a même une accès réservé. L’hôtel est splendide, l’accueil et le service remarquable. Hyper bien situé et les chambres sont grandes. Juste parfait avant de prendre l'avion.

Dersom du i ferien din trives med bare dresskledde menn, da er dette hotellet for deg. Dersom formålet med oppholdet er shopping i London, da er ikke dette hotellet noe for deg. Vi skulle dra tidlig hjem med fly og hadde booket transport til flyplassen kvelden i forveien. Det ble mye rot. Styr unna dette hotellet feriefolk.

Hög standard nära Gatwick

Veldig komfortabelt og rimelig hotell (superior dobbeltrom). Perfekt beliggenhet for shopping. 10 min. gange fra Crawleys "shopping heaven" -og bare en togtur fra sentrum av London. Rakk ikkke å teste ut Relax-avdelingen, men hørtes veldig dfristende ut..
