Best Western Ingram Park Inn - San Antonio

Hotel staff where very polite and helpful. Stayed for 4 nights while attending a conference in downtown SA. Quit clean great stay and a very descent price.

I stayed in a very clean room!!! The continental breakfast had a pretty good variety. The room looked recently remodelled and did I mention it was really clean! The staff was really nice also. My room was very clean . It is is older hotel but well kept. I was very surprise on how clean it was.

Cleanliness was non existent. We saw the same long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I have shoulder length red hair) since we checked in, the same safety pin on the floor since we checked in, and were given a towel that was any thing but clean (we took pictures). When we got in the room it was immaculate but the they don't change sheets!!! there was a blood stain in our blanket the 2nd night I let it pass 3rd night I still let it pass but the 4th night I got irritatated especially that they didnt make our bed till 6pm after 4 times that we complained about it! Terrible!!!!

We visited San Antonio with 4 adults and 3 kids. The room was spacious enough and perfect. The breakfast room was somtimes very crowded. We were satisfied and would book it again.

The hotel itself is fine (clean, comfortable, etc) but it's several miles from downtown and if there is traffic the drive can take 30 minutes or more. If you're looking to save money and don't need to be close to downtown, this is a fine choice.

We visit this motel almost always when we have a medical appointment in San Antonio. Convenient to many eating establishments, a mall, Air Base, sports complex etc. Will stay here again.

Considering the price, I think this hotel is wonderful. It's not an expensive place. You're not going to get the amenities and service of a high quality hotel. HOWEVER, you also won't pay for a high quality hotel. My room was clean and serviceable. The beds were comfortable and my husband, son, and I enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned every day, […] beds made and towels replaced. The breakfast didn't offer a lot of variety, but there was free cereal, boiled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, apples and oranges, pastries, toast, and bagels. I hate paying for breakfast, so this more than met our needs. Everyone traveling with me was able to find something they could eat in the mornings. The outdoor pool was not heated, by my polar bears (aka my husband and son) dived in despite the fact that it was November. The pool was kept clean, and they quite enjoyed the chance to swim. The fitness room left a LOT to be desired, but then again, for the price of the room I didn't expect a lot. We did get some time in on the treadmill. If you're a fitness nut, make sure you have access to another gym. I like to spend my vacation money on activities, and consider my hotel just a place I sleep at the end of the day. This Best Western was PERFECT for my needs. It was clean and safe, easy to get to, and covered all the basic needs. The staff always met me with a friendly smile. Devamı

Great price, clean, comfortable, great waffles and other choices for breakfast. Very convenient if you're going to Air Force Graduation. Just 10 minutes away.

My stay here was pretty nice, Stayed here the night after spending time at Sea World. Not too far from the park. Everything in the room look clean from bed to carpet. The toilet wasn't was strong. You had to hold down the flusher for a good 5 to 10 seconds for it to flush. Bed was comfortable and clean and slept peacefully.

We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel lobby was equally excellent. Continental breakfast was supurb.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel for my son's BMT Graduation. Right off 410 made getting to and from easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the beds made for a good nights sleep. The pool area was nice in a well kept area of palm trees and shrubbery. The workout facility was a plus. Since we were on vacation with gradkids, going to Sea World it was a great place to stay plenty of restraunts close as well as the Mall on the rainy day. our 2nd stay and will stay again.

We were pleasantly surprized by the cleanliness, price of the rooms, very nice pool, and overall experience at this hotel. I think the only complaint we would have would be that the TV remote didn't work, and batteries didn't fix it. For the price of rooms for this Motel I would say about the best value in this area.

We made an excellent choice staying at this hotel. They had the nicest staff and really enjoyed making our stay memorable. The bed was so comfy (I didn't want to go back to mine) and the room was very clean. This hotel was also in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Riverwalk. Fiesta Texas less than 15 minutes away. Floating the river and wildlife […] ranch was an hour away. And close enough to explore some of the hill country. I must say that my stay at the Best Western near Seaworld/Lackland AFB was absolutely the best. Ms. Rose front desk clerk) is an a dream. When one says "She is the cream of the crop" she is. Ms. Rose went above and beyond her call of duty for me and my son. So thank you BW!!! I will recommend your hotel to all my friends, family and everyone.

Great stay for the price...beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, hotel staff friendly..pool area is nice...tv could use an upgrade...continental breakfast was good and fulfilling. Pleasant one night stay...wished I used this hotel on my previous trip to SA a month ago..location convenient to sea world..

I chose this hotel because I got a great deal for it on hotels.com, ended up paying considerably less than the standard price, so I can't complain too much but I'd have been disappointed if I'd paid the full standard rate. Outside appearance is old and run down, needs new paint and decor IMO. I ended up with a handicapped room which I didn't need. This […] meant no vanity counter space like standard rooms have and a hand held shower head that wouldn't stay in it's holder well, kept falling down,made it difficult to use. I guess a handicapped room was the only available for the nonsmoking king I requested, I was thankful to at least get that. Evidently such features cannot be guaranteed in reservations and are strictly subject to availability on arrival. My biggest complaint was the A/C, it wasn't terribly uncomfortable, but not nearly as cool as would be expected, the units really need replacement/servicing. Continental breakfast was good, but be prepared to take it with you as seating is very limited. The other reason I chose this hotel was location, very good if you're going to seaworld or lackland air base. Staff was nice and our stay was decent I suppose. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a place just to sleep for a night or two, but for an extended stay for leisure, I think I'll choose another place next time. Devamı

If you are looking for a spa retreat, this is not it. The hotel was older, small, and somewhat difficult to get out of due to its proximity to an intersection and an exit off 410. However, the room was reasonably clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed in a mini suite and the fridge was not working when […] we checked in. Within 15 minutes, we had a replacement. The area doesn't look too nice, but the location is very close to a mall and many restaurants. If you are looking for meager accommodations, this location will suit you fine. I mistakenly chose this location instead of Best Western Atrea, I even went to Atrea, to learn I was at the wrong one. After arriving at the Lackland location, I was told the Double Queen Suite that Hotel s.com sold me was not available. I was told by the Manager I would […] have to sort it out with Hotel s.com. We enjoyed our stay at Best Western while visting Sea World. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioner worked well and wasn't too annoying. We had much more storage space than at our previous hotel. The pool was great! Thanks!!!

The A/C operation was not acceptable - the temperature was very marginal at best. I pulled the front grill to inspect - this unit has not had any maintenance and needs cleaning.

This is an old hotel. Just know the room photos on the website are deceiving. I reserved three (3) rooms for our weekday visit. One of the rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave and the other was missing bed runners and pillows. The carpet was old, dirty and stained. We had to ask for towels, blankets, and soap. Pool area wasn't clean. Room was nice.

If you are looking for a resort this is not it but if you want a comfortable, clean, quiet room you should look here. We stayed a week; the rooms were cleaned everyday and none of our stuff was bothered, the pool was clean, the staff friendly. Breakfast can be crowded and on the lean side. The location was great for what we were in San Antonio for.

Our stay ended up being ok, only because my teens were flexible. When we arrived we found 1 king bed and a twin rollaway bed. We had booked 2 queens. Since I was traveling with 3 teens, this was problematic. When I called the office, I was told our room arrangement was not a guarantee, there was nothing they could do-not even bring in another rollaway. […] Only after I insisted the manager call me were they able to bring in another rollaway bed. The pool had some kind of film stuff all in it. My teens refused to swim in it, and the breakfast dining was sooo crowded, we ended up bringing chairs over to the business "computer" section in the lobby. The front desk seemed less than concerned that our sleeping arrangements wouldn't work for us, only saying they could move us to another room the next day. It worked out, but it was less than ideal. The room was not well cleaned when we arrived – there were crumbs on the table. We stayed for 4 days. They didn't supply us with enough clean towels, and didn't put them in the bathroom. They didn't supply us with more shampoo, we had to ask for it. They didn't supply us with more coffee for the in-room coffee maker – which probably had never been cleaned […] since it was new. Hotel was clean and roomy, beds were comfortable. Breakfast is basically cereal and waffles.

Room key did not work everyday and we had to get it reprogrammed everyday. No room to eat breakfast. Lines for the breakfast were 8-10 deep at all times. Poor outside appearance with poor landscaping.
