First time I stayed bad internet connection. Second time the box spring to the bed was broken had to change the room. They did accomadate the service but it was late when I checked in and leven later by the time I switched tooms. Room serice should have caught this.

Worst customer service I've ever seen, numerous room changes due to being dirty meaning not cleaned by room service, had multiple malfunctioning electrical items such as stoves, wall plug-ins, quality of rooms were dirty as well furniture etc. never tried to compromise with paying customer. very disappointed this time. broken hairdryer--reported 3 times-never fixed. people over us running all night---reported--never stopped! phone broken. web sight misleading--no recliner sofa in room like we had previously. had to go get towels every day---never had enough!!!! not a pleasant stay this time!!!!

Upon arrival, there were dirty bath towels that appeared to have makeup on them in our bathroom. The remote for the TV was broken and missing the battery cover. We were told we needed to figure out how to program it. The desk that was supposed to be attached to the wall was barely hanging on and pulling out the sheetrock. The lamp and dresser fixtures […] were rusted. The beds were uncomfortable & loud. Talking in a normal conversation volume could be heard from down the hall. When I went to request (swap) towels I was told there were no more available until the next day!? In the hallway there were 2-3 foot spider webs in the top and bottom corners with many bugs in them. Horrible experience. First room toilet constantly running. Changed to another room, unpacked again but this TV did not work. Changed room - funny odor - but had to leave for an appointment. Got back late and went to bed but no pillowcases! Went to front desk and followed clerk to laundry room. Only one pillowcase "sorry." Told her to open another room […] and get me some pillows. She found two more cases. In the morning I awoke to take a shower and notieced there were no towels. At all! Would you stay at this hotel? Devamı

Stayed 2 nights and the first 5-10 minutes were a bit rocky but after that it was great. Hotels.com needed to fax the confirmation but the hotel reseptionist working when I arrived was very helpful, fast and all around good person. Everything was very clean, would highly recommend staying here. And actually I'm about to reserve another 2 nights, hope […] it goes just as good. i originally rquested a double non smoking room. when i checked in that evening, i was given a room that was never preparedd. it was in the same state the previous occupant left and had an ash tray fill with used cigaretts. . the room i did recieve after had a musky odarand the hot water in the shoer did not work.

Stayed here in 2010 and it was extemely clean and well kept but apparently has changed management as halls were not even cleaned of trash. Commode was very nasty,(I scrubbed it some), refrigerator was in dire need of cleaning. Im not a picky person but these things kinda stood out to me. I showed up mid afternoon and i could not check in. I asked for extra pillow and they said they had none. No restrooms in the loby to use after a long trip. Coffee machine did not work in room.

I had to be assigned three different rooms BC each room did not have the bed made. At the end I received two twin size beds which I did not want. Huge inconvenience.

The worst experience ever I have ever encountered in a hotel. Room was filthy upon arrival. Our first night coming in to Baton Rouge after a long night was loud noise above us. My wife contacted the desk and the clerk said there was nothing he could do and management would be able to help in the morning. My wife went upstairs and found the hood was […] partying in the hallway. This never let up the whole time we stayed. Hotel is in a reasonable area close to a lot of restaurant and local malls.

Everything was O.K. The room was clean, but not pristine. The TV and furniture were dated. The hallways/walls looked like they needed a cleaning. The room was comfortable enough, but it was the sort of room, you leave your socks on when walking on the carpet. When we arrived at the hotel, the TV in the room did not have cable. I spent the first 2 hours working with an outside hotel source trying to get Wireless Internet, and was never fixed!!! I ended up going else where to do my e-mails. this is the second time I have stayed there and the internet does not work!!! If there going to show WIFI availabe then make sure it works. Indiviuals like myself do alot of there work in […] the room and Internet is needed to send e-mails and do research!!! Room smell bad bed was worn out might as well slept on the floor! Door latch broken! Door at end of hall that should lock after dark never locked! Took ten minutes for the hot water to get hot with the water turn on full blast! Need I say more! Oh well live and learn you get what you pay for!!!!

my room was on the second floor and when I went to go on the elevator to go down to check out I had to ride down in the elevator that was covered in someone's blood....look like someone had got murdered in it. After reading many reviews, I knew that I would be staying at a place with much need of repair. Several stated the rooms were dirty. The room I was assigned was older, the kitchen dining table-desk area was made of pressed wood and was very warped. The flooring edges curled up and was no longer glued around the edges. The love seat was very stained […] and the TV was very old and small. Others reported bad smells and smells of mold. The smell I noticed was one of institutional cover-up. Usually these smells bother me, but not this time and my daughter liked it. I did not sit on the sofa or the chairs, which had fabric covering the seats, without placing something on the seats. The floors looked clean, though the bathtub was stained or dirty. The size of the TV was not a issue to me, as I don't watch. The beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough. The bottom sheets are not fitted and tend to undo. I don't know what the pillows were like, as I travel with my own. Did like having a real fridge and real cup to heat coffee in micro. This place was chosen because of the location and last minute plans. I would recommend it to people who had similar needs. This is not the place you would be staying at for the best accommodations. The desk person warmed a bit after I was warm to her. The elevator sounds like it will not be able to take you to your floor, but it did. The hallway is very noisy, making noise every step taken. It is covered with older carpet, but the wood floor underneath makes quite a bit of noise when walked on. There were people playing cards or something in a room I needed to pass, but I was surprised as to how quiet a night we had. Quite a few young adults hanging outside to smoke. I greeted them and they responded in the same manner and one even opened the door as I was going inside with full arms. The staff was rude except one lady. They didn't have clean towels for us to use on the second night. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway even though all the doors had no smoking signs.

only if ...you have to. Hotel was badly maintained, dirty, greasy floors, faulty electrical systems, bedding & linen very substandard. in need of upgrade...or at least lot of cleaning & maintenance.

The staff is extremely nice. The rooms will be great once they finish with the remodel. There was food left in the refrigerator. The bathtub and toilet were stained and even though they were clean it just gives you the feeling of uncleanliness. You are close to Blue Bayou, Mall of America, many eating places such as Applebees, Joes Crab Shack, Texas […] Road House and other chains. Devamı

I have booked rooms at this hotel many times during the last few months, as well as my friend also booking a room in person. The price is fine but the cleanliness of the facility is poor with roaches in the room (dead and alive).

This hotel is a place where I will not go back to, I would've been safer staying at The Bates Motel... The service is not great, there's barely anyone at the front desk when you need them, the rooms are horrible. I think the only thing I can say nice about this place is the name. But I would not send an enemy to this place....

The Hotel offers comfortable suites. I found them them just that with the exeption of the TV. Tiny, and most the channels did not work. Can you imagine, pay for a suite and get a telivision the size of a standard computer monitor that does not work! Brought the problem up to the desk, basically ... a shrug of the shoulders! I won't be back!

if it wasn't so convenient to my plans, i wouldn't have stayed..if my wife had been along, we'dhave moved regardless of convenience..noisy guests, old-looking furniture , apparently on regular stop by police..got to room late sat eve & 4 cop cars blocking the drive..with lights flashing- not reccomended-

The hotel had to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The lady at the front desk gave me a hard time about two extra towels. The wireless internet could only work in the lobby.

This hotel is so ghetto. The staff is so unprofessional. There were ants and roaches in the rooms. We had to tote our dirty linen to the front desk which was always unoccupied to get clean linen and towels. The housekeeping staff was playing on their cellphones rather than doing their jobs. When we first drove up, we thought wow this is a beautiful Hotel. Then we went inside. The elevator was broken, the wall paper in the hall way on the 2nd floor was laying on the floor still attached to the wall at the bottom. The toilet would not flush in our room but they did send someone to fix it right away. The faucet in the kitchen did not work […] properly, one of the light by the beds did not have a switcy to turn it on, the bureau knobs would come off in your hand, someone had punched a hole in the wall of the shower and the patch job appeared to have been done by a two year old. One of the beds dipped down badly in the middle. The windows were dirty on the outside. There was a chunk of floor missing in the bathroom, there was a puddle of glue dried and left in the doorway where the carpet was glued down, the refrigerator had a single light bulb hanging down in the middle... and the list goes on and on. The outside of this hotel makes it look decent. But once you get on the inside it gets bad in the lobby and terrible in the room. Cigarette burns in the couch. The furniture looked like it came out of the dump. Broken and barely operable. But I would have to say the smell was the worst. And I paid a decent rate for this. There were 2 adults and 2 children in my party, the online desp. said queen size bed and sofa sleeper was what i was getting. In actuality it was a double bed and a love seat. There were no extra towels or linens for "the love seat". Cable was not clear, and needs major updating. I would not stay here again if it was free!

Everyone was so great!!! My Phone did not work in my room and at 330 in the morning I had to call to tell them someone was being to loud I had to go to work the next morning He told me if he saw my room no. on the phone he would take care of it. The hotel must not have a cleaning staff. Management is one notch above being slum lords.... Debris in the hall, dirty bathroom, dusty curtains, smokey - moldy odor. It's probably better than a homeless shelter, by a little!!!

What the price of the hotel it was a good place. A lot better then the first time I stayed here. The room was spacous and the kitchen area was clean. The olny thing was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. But for one or two nights stay it is worth it.

Stayed on bottom floor; could hear everything going on the floor above us. Everytime the person in the room directly above us would get up to go to the bathroom, we could hear footsteps & water running....ALL NIGHT! Was worth it for the price, but if we were staying more than one night, we would stay somewhere else.

Hotel was clean and exactly as advertised. Only complaint was minor/ housekeeping loud and noisy while we were trying to sleep past 830am. probably standard operating procedures, but really overall stay could not have been better.

VERY loud people above me but the front desk said they have security for those situations so if it happens to you call the desk.
