Red Roof Inn Lancaster - Lancaster

Recently remodeled, very friendly front desk... good location, easy access from highway. Would recommend.

Breakfast hours 6 to 9 ,would recommed 6 to 10am . TV service,picture not clear and hard to work remote,also was promised FOX NEWS would be added to your program selection . still not there almost one year later. will check before future bookings for my group.

Good price for an overnight stay. Would go there again. Great location!

Close to Sight & Sound, outlets, and restaurants. Had everything we needed to make an enjoyable stay. Definetely would book there again.

I thought that it was a really good place to stay. Close to attractions & shopping. Breakfast was exceptional & included. Wished bathroom was bigger though.

breakfast was terrible, and they can't afford a decent bar of soap!

breakfast was total junk food! Is there a shortage on soap?? a slice of gum was bigger! Never again

Hotel was fine. New rugs, staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom could use some freshening renovations, but overall clean. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel because the reviews stated that the rooms were updated and clean. No on both counts. Would not reccommend this hotel.

I'll start by saying the guy behind the front desk was wonderful!!! Professional, friendly, informative, and very helpful. I was in their "newly renovated" handicap room (my request). There was no dresser in the room, only 1 handicap parking spot, and I had to kill at least one centipede in the room each day (I ended up going out and buying bug spray […] to spray around the door). The room had very few outlets and the one that the refrigerator was plugged in to didn't work at all. (I went out and bought a power strip so I could use the 1 working outlet by the desk.) The cleaning crew needs some lessons. Besides the fact they didn't speak English, I had to tell them each day what I wanted done. There didn't seem to be any standard that they were following. I visit Lancaster often and usually stay at the Marriott. I decided to try something cheaper this time and, unfortunately, got what I paid for. It has the potential to be a good motel but is definately missing the mark right now. Will definately revisit the Lancaster area... will definately NOT stay at the Red Roof Inn. Devamı

We enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable. It's on a main strip with everthing even in walking distance if you like to walk.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We heard noises during the night that sounded like construction. This disturbed our sleep one night. We also heard the trucks passing the hotel during the night on Route 30.

hotel is located in a great location we thought. it was obvious they are remodeling, which we could see is good idea. not very happy with the TV. only 2 channels. the front desk wasnt very helpful. they didnt even come to the room. they just said something about new cable being hooked up once remodeling complete. however, they had all channels in the […] lobby............. We spent the night here and everything was wonderful. The room was newly remodeled, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the outlet stores and across the road from Stitches Comedy Club. Plenty of good restaraunts right night door to choose from. The phone in my room did not work. The tv had to be reset in order to work. The staff was very good and quick to help. As far as the overall hotel it is what you expect, a Red Roof Inn.

Only good to stay because it was cheap. Overall i do not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty. We complained to the staff and nothing was solved due to noise problems from other guest. Plus i was charged wth fee's that the hotel never told me.

for three days nobody cleaned the front of the toilet which was dirty when we arrived. lots of dust piled up on the the TV stand. nobody could have slid the doors and dusted for weeks. Also $9.00 disappeared from my credit card and I was not provided a reciept or an explanation as to why.

the hotel was nice til a loud group keep slamming doors and talking loud til 2am other then that it was nice place to stay management needs to control noise level after 11pm so people can relax.

Who ever was up stairs over my room was noisy but everything else was great ..... Would definitely go back .!!

Price was right for Quality of room. would prob.stay again for quick overnight.

A great choice...perfect for a overnight and very affordable!

The location was great to shopping and entertainment. Right off the main highway yet the room was close to a corn field and very quiet--no traffic noise. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was fine, exactly what you would expect for a continental style meal. This is a nice inexpensive hotel, especially if you are staying a night or two. The breakfast had your standard foods and they could extend it an hour but at least they have breakfast. Some hotels don't. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Only stayed there one night and everything was nice.Friendly staff,clean room,comfortable bed,nice FREE breakfast all at a great price.

If you like a hard bed then this is your place. I had to look to see if it had a mattress or if it was just a box springs. You can hear everything outside your room like they were inside with you. Smokers were smoking outside of the room and it came in the heater. Not my best night of sleep. Its a good thing that we only stayed one night.

The Red Roof Inn in Lancaster, PA that we stayed in was very clean and nice. It was close to everything. We loved the king sized bed. Will stay there again.

i have stayed here many times in the past few yrs but its starting to show its age patched wall board beat up furniture and a very lumpy bed .

The room should have a second chair.

We had 3 rooms side by side. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the affordable cost of the room. The microwave and the fridge in the room was also a very handy and appreciated feature with no extra cost. The night staff was particular helpful and a lot of fun when he was on. We had some good laughts with him and appreciated his directions to different […] places as well as his offer of coupons to a restaurant close by. Our stay was made very special for us. The Hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Everything I needed to do was in Lancaster so the location was a bit out of the way. It is on a very busy street and could hear traffic at night, but otherwise the room served it's purpose.

This hotel is affordable for it's location. If you need to be in the Lancaster/Ronks area for any amount of time and don't need anything fancy, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stay here each year due to its location, I normally speak VERY highly of this place but this year not so much. My room was VERY dirty, there was dirt and dust around the the edges all someone would have needed to do was just vaccum but I guess that's too much to ask. I said something to the cleaning staff who was coming in as I was leaving my first […] day but they still didn't. Oh well I'm not too picky my bed was clean and I was only using the place to sleep, but next year I will be shopping around when I return to the area Devamı

My stay was great. I was. Only there one night, but everything was great and complimentary breakfast was actually better and more than I thought. I recommend this hotel and will be using it again in the future. Lots of geat stuff in the local area too!
