Clean, professional, great breakfast, good location. Nice and updated rooms. Nonsmoking room did smell like smoke a bit.

I was just here for one night and the room was clean, comfortable and nice. The bed was comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed for the evening. The only negative was that you could hear everyone in the hallway outside when they passed by.

Staff and hotel were great. Will stay there again.

I've stayed twice at the Holiday Inn Perris East and will stay there again. The hotel is clean, in good repair, and not at all crowded. It's near the freeway in a somewhat run down buisness area yet feels safe and secure. The hot breakfast is fine and the breakfast room is cheery and immaculate. The pool is unheated which is a drawback unless you visit […] during the very warm Perris summer. The service has been great except that my credit card was charged when I checked out though I'd paid for in full for the room via Hotels.com and hadn't incurred incidental charges. All in all a friendly hotel and a good value but check your credit card statement. Devamı

Staff provided us with good service but the hotel could use some fumigation. The staff being helpful made the stay even being only for one night livable. Waking with all the guest and the rest of the inhabitants was not a complete surprise. I was expecting them but until the moment you met face to face with these critters and rat could rattle your day […] thinking if you picked up some hitchhikers. Thank you staff but now it's up to the man again, and we all need to make something. Devamı

Wish all hotels were like this one. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool and it was a real treat after a long day on the road!

Not a resort location but this place was more than functional. A good cleanup and rest up place for local equestrian events. Parking lot could be bigger, but also noted there was a night-time security guard. Hats off to the breakfast crew.

For half of what the hotels in Temecula cost, this Holiday Inn Express provided the same or better than what we saw in town and it's only a 20 min. drive away. This allowed us to be closer to home as we left and gave us more for our money. Did I mention the FREE HOT BREAKFAST! (eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits with gravy, and all the typical cold stuff) […] The breakfast was a little on the institutional side, but it was fine for being free. Definitely would recommend for people passing through or if you're planning on a single night visit to the casinos around. Devamı

The room was very nice and clean. The only thing is we asked for a non-smoking room & it still smelled like cigarette, but for one night stay it was not that bad. A super friendy place.

I have stayed here a few times now as my daughter plays softball and it's relatively close to Hemet. It's clean, it can be loud and the staff is helpful. It's a decent place to stay with a family and affordable.

Easy check-in process. Got to our first room and it smelled like smoke; the front desk was very accommodating, and switched our room immediately. Small business center, free for guests to use. The equipment in the fitness center seemed new; unfortunately, I did not get down there to check it out personally. Same goes for the breakfast. If you miss out, […] there's a Denny's right across the street, and a good number of eateries in the area. For the attentiveness of the staff, the convenience of having the highway hundreds of feet away, I would stay here again. Thank you! Devamı

My stay overall was very good. There was a significant issue with the room (shower did not work) but the staff were TERRIFIC by acting immediately, making things right and the manager was very understanding afterwards and the situation right by refunding me a portion of what I paid. Everything was done correctly and I would stay with this hotel again […] because I know they will make things right no matter if everything is working fine or if there is a problem. Devamı

We stayed in 1 before in fresno and it was a good experience, so we decided to stay in 1 again in Sun City. nice rooms comfortable beds, and the breakfast hit the spot. The kids really enjoyed the stay, too bad it was too cold to go swimming.

Showed up for the room for 3 days with 2 beds, on arrival was told they only had 1 bed for 1 night, we had a confirmed reservation, they were very rude and unhelpful, we left and found another room.

I found the room to be very comfortable and clean, however there needs to be a variation of pillows, all the pillows were the same. I needed one with less fluffiness, I woke up with a neck ache in the morning because my head was at an angle. But overall the breakfast was better than what I expected and if I'm in the area again I will make this hotel […] my choice. Devamı

Confortable room and decent breakfast. Not impresses with surly staff complaining about their bosses and using foul language in earshot of our 10 year old son. People hassling us for money in the car park late at night not good either.

The hotel was very conveniently located for my purposes. I only have two minor complaints: (1)the pool got a little yucky greenish by the 2nd to last day of our 5 day stay and (2) it was too noisy at night to have the windows open, which I prefer over air conditioning. Very comfortable with the exception of the mattress. Breakfast somewhat disappointing as no cinnamon rolls were available and no effort to prepare any even though there was an hour left in the service; these have been a focus point at the other locations I've stayed at.
