During my stay I asked for many things for the front desk to do for me and they had no problems in supporting all my requested matters.

This was a very nice surpise, good lobby area, nice breakfast, right price...I would like some more furniture like a good sofa on the large room, but it was nice. The pool at the top is also clean and good size

Very comfortable and offers enough services for a business traveller. (Except the business center is sub-par.) Wireless works all over the hotel and outside by the pool. Very nice breakfast and lunch buffet. Good location, lots of local restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I got the reservasion through qivi(dot)net hotel pick, it is agood deal through agoda,but they were not able to confirm the room for me, but hotel(dot)com could.In all my stay over there was great, though I did not have much time to stay in the room too much, Busy at meeting customers and shopping. It was a good decision for me.

This was a great hotel for travellers. We enjoyed the hotel and we also enjoyed the neighbourhood. Being able to walk to galleries, parks and a number of restaurants with a feeling of safety and cosmopolitan sophistication. Loved the experience and would heartily recommend it.

I would stay again in a heartbeat. Phenomenal service, great ambiance and in a great location.

While I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay, it was the breakfast that stands out the most. It was delicious, probably the best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at. Make sure you visit the rooftop terrace/pool for sunbathing and the view.

The hotel in general was very comfortable. Big spacious bedroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was good. Lovely view from balcony. Bathroom a bit small. However, towels plentiful and soft. Hotel restaurand was very good with a varied menu that was good value. The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. This hotel is my first option hotel I go to when I stay in SP

I go to Brasil a lot and when I go, I try my best to stay at this hotel. What more needs to be said..........

This hotel has amazingly comfortable beds. The rooms are nice, internet is free, there are beautiful views, and there's a rooftop swimming pool. I moved to a more expensive hotel (Caesar Business) after staying here, and I have to say that the Melia is better and less expensive.

The internet is so weak that it is an inconvenience for any business traveler. It has not improved. My phone was not ringing and I missed an important meeting waiting for the arrival of my client who called repeatedly but the ringer on my phone was not working. The toilet had a rather loud leak that they could not repair and it was still audible with […] the door closed. Staff is friendly but not overly helpful outside of the valet and outside staff. I just wished the bathroom was a little bigger and there was more space/tables in the lounge for small meetings.

Met my expectations!

Very good business hotel, located near to the new business district of Sao Paulo. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit small, but functional.

Tutto ok, ma l'accappatoio era presente solo il primo giorno e non e' stato mai rimpiazzato, cosi' come non e' stata mai rimpiazzata la fornitura di caffe' e te' in camera.

La persona que nos atendió en la recepción es bastante agria y descortés. Por lo demás el hotel está súper bien ubicado, es muy cómodo y el resto del personal es muy agradable y atento.

Estive hospedado dia 27 de dezembro de 2011. Todas as facilidades do hotel estavam fechadas devido ao falso feriado ( entre Natal e ano novo). Deixou muito a desejar. Não vale a sua classificação

Eu costumava ficar neste hotel muitas vezes mas o pessoal da recepcao esta muito ruim. Precisa de muito trenamento para melhorar, MUITO!!!

O hotel é bom, mas o café da manha poderia ser melhorado com mais frutas, omelete, doces, bolos, etc.

Gostei de tudo, principalmente do atendimento, são todos muito educados e gentis.

El hotel está buen ubicado y para los precios/calidad de los hoteles en SP está bastante bien. No respetaron mi solicitud de cama king y para el precio habría esperado desayuno incuído. Salvo eso muy bieb

Conforto e café da manhã delicioso. Ótimo para relaxar a dois.

Personnel agréable, efficace, bon service, un bon hôtel quatre étoiles. Pas grand chose d'attractif côté restaurant dans le quartier cependant

Fiquei, desta vez, hospedado por três dias. Tive que solicitar, na recepção, todos os dias, o jornal oferecido como cortezia. Questionados, informavam que constava no computador a observação do jornal, mas... tinha que pedir. Há o detalhe da "cortezia" do café da manhã: No caso de duas pessoas tomarem o café um deles é de graça. Entretanto, se apenas […] um tomar o café ele será pago na totalidade. Isso dá entender que a "cortezia" está embutida no preço cobrado. Devamı

Ótima localização, serviço e conforto do quarto. Café da manhã muito bom, mas um pouco caro.

O Hotel é perfeito. Limpeza, atenção dos funcionários, localização e relação custo benefício. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar neste hotel. Super recomendadíssimo.

Solicitei café da manha no quarto para duas pessoas, o café da manha servido foi absolutamente póbre. Naõ recomendo pedir no quarto.
