Hotel was decent, rooms were spacious, modern, breakfast was great especially pancake maker, only problem was limited parking with a small fee but front desk was accommodating in allowing for overflow parking without a fee

we mainly picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. We then took the airport shuttle back to the BART station at the airport to go wherever we needed to go. Very convenient. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes.

This hotel is convenient for business traveler to SFO. Not too far from the city and close to the airport. Only drawback is the noise from airplanes taxing off if using the runway from the south side.

If you want a budget type hotel close to SFO this is a good one.

Very nice hotel. Close to the freeway, restaurants and shopping. Service was good, room was clean, and breakfast was really good. Only drawback was the parking (very limited, and charged extra for it). Other than that, a good hotel...

The hotel is in excellent condition. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is standard HI Express formula, predictable, but OK. Internet connection is the fastest I have ever seen in a hotel, by a large margin. McDonalds and IHOP are the only walking distance places to eat. Other driving distance restaurants are close. This was the worst HIE experience I have ever had. The check-in staff treated me like a second class citizen, the parking garage was under renovation and NO concessions were made to assist with parking....even charging us at check-out when no mention was made at check-in of parking fees. Room reserved was not the one we got....If I hadn't had wonderful […] experiences at other HIE, I would not have been so shocked at the dismal service and experience here. Miserable night. Devamı

Nice hotel very convenient, good breakfast. My only problem is, why charge for parking.

convenient, comfortable, spacious room

We stayed here for 4 nights, and while the location is fast and close to the airport, it's really a drive to anything else. We ended up staying here because everything else was sold out in the city for a big confrence. If you're looking for a hotel that's close to fisherman's wharf or any location in that area, be prepared for a drive and lots of traffic. […] The hotel itself is nice and had a good full breakfast. The location is a little sketchy, quite a few homeless at the mcdonalds right next door. We would stay here again though. Devamı

We stopped in at the Holiday Inn (close to this new Holiday Inn Express) by mistake, the regular HI iss older and somewhat shabby but has a Houlihans on site. The new H.I. Express is very clean, well appointed, large room with a loveseat, firm mattress, QUIET despite < 4 miles to the airport. They offer a computer room to guests to print boarding passes, […] check email etc. and run a free airport shuttle every 20 minutes round the clock which was convenient to return a car rental the night before our early AM flight. Convenient location to SFO for your flight. Regular Shuttle service operates well past midnight, in case you're on an international flight. Room rates a bit high, but probably based on close proximity to the SFO airport. Excellent breakfast buffet with a good selection of items to choose from. Easy check-in late at night and no hassles whatsoever.

After driving for 8 hours from Palm Desert this hotel was just like heaven. It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Breakfast in the morning was plenty and in relation to the airport and car rental return it was ideal. I will definitely use it again.

Had a great experience. Arrived in San Francisco very late after several flight delays. Hotel shuttle came very quickly and was a short ride to the hotel. Staff was friendly even at 1 am. Took the shuttle back to SFO to catch the train into the city and back again. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes so you never had to wait very long. Very nice, newer hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Stay here and pick up your rental car down the street and save BIG BUCKS! I would stay again.

We had taken a 21 day tour of China and stayed in all 5-star hotels and thought they were fabulous, but when we got to San Francisco on our way home in the States, the Holiday Inn Express was the best hotel of all!! The hotel has recently been all redone and is beautiful! The room even had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, king size bed, […] couch & chairs and was spotlessly cleaned! Devamı

made being near an airport an enjoyable stay

Very close to SFO airport. Completely renovated hotel, clean room. Really comfortable bed! No restaurant @ site but front desk had a wealth of information on places around hotel. Room rate included a morning breakfast. Good variety of basic breakfast items.

Nothing to say -

Had two issues Stained Towels Cold bathroom. To conserve energy room had a window unit that only came on when room was occupied which is fine but, the bathroom would not get warm and so consequently you had to take an extra hot bath or shower.

Almost finished with the remodel, so everything is clean and new. Excellent bedding and pillows. Easy access to SFO and a simple drive to rental return garage. A great stay.

Very big, clean and nice room. There are a lot of upgrades going on but they do not bother me at all. There is a McDonald next door. Exceeded my expectation for a Holiday Inn Express.

This is a good hotel if you need to spend the night close to the airport. It's in good shape, in a good neighborhood, and close to several places to eat. I will stay agaian.

The front desk woman wasn't pleasant, and was very short with all my questions. When I called down to ask about the internet password, she was again short, and hung up very quickly. 5 minutes later she called back and asked if everything was OK in a very cheery voice... Toilet broke when we arrived and they fixed it very quickly. Our view was of a dilapidated […] old warehouse, but the neighborhood was safe. All in all, i would give it a 6 of 10. It was clean and comfortable and these are the 2 things I care about most in a hotel. Devamı

Helt OK, nära att lämna in hyrbil om man ska flyga tidigt från SF internationell.

Very good.. newly renovated, but you have to pay parking $6 day.. Will return here, Small indoor pool. Overall very good...
