"Bed issues"
The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The only issue with the room was a bed bug but the staff accommodated us as much as they could for the incovience.

the hotel was ok everybody was excelent just a little problem with the server in the morning he was a little rude but everything was ok
this location was incredible, it was in a 3 to 5 mile radius of all of the attractions in the area. Clean, great breakfast, and the beds are very comfy. This is one of the nices hotel on the that rode.

For the price, this was a great value for the Sarasota area. The hotel and rooms are nicely appointed, clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable, service was good and the breakfast bar was great. The only thing that could have been better for me is to understand better how to work the AC.(should have directions). We could not quite get the temperature […] we wanted and the fan turning off and on was unpredictable and made it a little tough to sleep. Not a dealbreaker though. I highly recommend this hotel. "Good Breakfast"
My one suggestion is to offer "A nice welcoming bottle of water per day of stay." It is ridiculous that they charge for water; it should be a "convenience" offered as a welcome to the client. The breakfast is wonderful and is actually very reasonably priced...in room service of coffee should be a better class of coffee and offer tea as well. "good hotel"
It is a nice hotel, very clean and well mainteined. Good breakfast (shold be free).
Servie was ok from staff, but stay was nothing but problems ac in room didn't work and could not get change to another room until the second night. both rooms were suposed to be double beds they were not we were able to get on of them changed to a double set of beds, but then the other rooms ac didn't work just not a good get away

"The Best Place to Stay NEAR the Beach"
I booked this hotel as a last-minute getaway for Memorial Weekend. We stayed on a Saturday night, and for the price we were pretty happy. The staff at the front was friendly, the breakfast was pretty good (although we booked a bed and breakfast rate so it was discounted. If I had to pay the $11 for it I wouldn't have been as happy). Our room was very […] clean, but our bathroom smelled a little like cigarette smoke (even though it was a nonsmoking room). We just left the bathroom door shut and it was fine. The hotel was very easy to find and was about 15 minutes from Lido Beach and Coquina Beach. Siesta Key Beaches were about 25 miutes away. If you can't book a room ON the beach, this would probably be one of your best alternatives. Plus, even though it's across from the airport we didn't hear any air traffic noise. We swam in the pool and hot tub and it was nice, there were several people out there during the day and night having beer or wine, but it was not rowdy. The hotel is within a few miles of shopping and restaraunts, but we did all our eating and shopping at the beach so I can't really speak to that. All in all, I'd say if you want to visit the beaches in this area, but can't afford a room on the beach (or beach rooms are all sold out), this is a conveinient alternative. Devamı

It was a great stay, hotel pretty new and in an great condition, very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms, no noise at all from the airport across the street, although our room faced towards the airport. Can highly recommend

The hotel was clean, great food and swimming pool. The shuttle service was AWESOME! It'll take you anywhere you need to go. I will def. return there!
"Convenient to airport"
Hotel was easy to find. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was relatively helpful. The business center was disappointing. There's only 1 computer so I had to wait for a turn. When I tried to print my boarding passes, the printer was out of toner. The front desk person said they didn't have toner, but she did offer to print my boarding passes for […] me. "Friendly staff, close to the airport, but quiet"
The staff was very friendly and accomidating. It's well under a mile away from the airport, but no plane noise to speak of. There is a free shuttle van for the airport and nearby restaurants. There are three or four decent restaurants nearby, but a little beyond walking distance. The room was clean and spacious.

The bathroom had peeling wallpaper under the sink which revealed mold.

Hotel is very nice, rooms were clean and modern.
Room interiors are very nice and confortable. THE LARGE TABLE/DESK IS IMPORTANT TO ME FOR LAYING OUT LARGE BLUEPRINTS TO STUDY FROM AT NIGHT. Mini fridge and microwave very convienient. Resturant staff particulary accomadating one morning for a late breakfast meeting.

the hotel appeared clean. The kids enjoyed the pool because it was warm enough that you didn't freeze when you got out.

Dans les standard de la chaîne, ( équipement,propreté, services) avec à l'accueil une hôtesse parlant le français. Le seul inconvénient est la distance du centre ville. Aucune gêne liée à l'aéroport,.....
