Best Western McCarran Inn - Las Vegas

The room was typical for this hotel and the price. Room was clean, bed was average and breakfast was typical for hotel and price.

My room is small. Uncomfortable mattress. The front desk service, breakfast, and shuttle are all terrible. The so-called free shuttle bus driver asked for tips ($2 just from the hotel to tropicana, three blocks away). Anyway, it is Las Vegas, everything cost money. My wife and I have stayed at this property many, many times. We like it because it offers complimentary shuttle serice to the airport and the breakfast is very good. We will continue to stay there whenever we fly out of or into Las Vegas.

We got stuck at the airport overnight and needed a place to sleep. The Best Western Shuttle picked us up quickly, the staff was efficient and friendly, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable so we were able to get a good night's sleep before heading back to the airport. My opinion of Best Western went up several notches!

Great staff and location is perfect just off the strip. I'll stay there again if looking for a bargain

The only thing that NEEDS to be changed there is the fact that you CAN"T check in until 2 oclock! After travelling & waiting in line ups everywhere to get there you then had to wait in the lobby 2 hrs to get into your room! :-( Other than that its a great place & the staff was exceptional!!

If you need to be in close proximity to the McCarran Airport, this reasonably priced hotel is perfect for your stay in Las Vegas. There is a free shuttle which runs to and from the airport regularly and the shuttle can also access you to the Las Vegas Strip. Very close and convenient to airport and rental car returns. Parking can be tough, and they give you ear plugs for a reason! Great internet special and would stay there again just because its clan and CLOSE to the airport. Very good value!

The motel is what you expect from Best Western and it has a quick, complimentary shuttle to the airport. However, only go there if you are immune against noise. The earplugs they put on the nightstands tell what you have to expect.

On the morning we arrived, 1AM, we were advised that our check in time was at 2PM. We were fortunate that we had family living in Las Vegas. The Hotel had problems with the hot water for a few hours. While using the lavatory sink there was a stinch. Our room was close to the breakfast room and was awaken by people talking outside.

This hotel was great! The shuttle was convenient and was always available for us at the top of every hour. The free breakfast was nice since meals are expensive everywhere else. This was the perfect choice!

Since the room was muggy, I had to turn on the air conditioning all night. The noise was so loud that it sound like a bomber hovering above. The hotel did offer to provide ear plugs. The hotel location was great because I had to catch an early flight out. The price is a little high for a two star hotel in Las Vegas.

arrived late in the evening by air and had to leave early next morning by rental car for 5 hr trip. would not stay here for a longer period in Las Vegas staff very friendly but hotel looks dated..

I would recommend this Inn if one is to stay overnight just to sleep because of its practical rate with the important freebies like shuttle to McCarran airport and MGM, continental breakfast, fast wi-fi internet. Best western Hotel Receptionist at paradise road, Las Vegas are not at all customer focused and don't care about anything. Really bad customer service.

The breakfast was terrible. The room was ok. The bathtub was clogged. The transportation to the strip ends 11 pm when the life starts in Las Vegas. They should extend it at least until 1 am.

Good value for stop over between travel locations. Good location and suited our needs for this particular trip perfectly.

Close to Capital Reef Park. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and hotel was nice. Internet connection was fine for regular PC, but you need to be close to the front desk to get an ipad connection. I was able to sit on a comfortable sofa or at a nearby desk.

The shuttle is very regular and the guy who runs it - I didn't get his name - was fantastic. Even though he always seemed to be on duty he was always upbeat and very polite, offering bottles of cold water and being really helpful. A credit to the staff. In a city of ridiculous "Resort" fees I wanted a hotel that had free internet and breakfast that did NOT charge a resort fee and I found it. They do also have a shuttle, but I had my car so I didn't need it. I was there for almost a week and couldn't have been more pleased. I guess if you want a cheap motel near McCarran International Airport, this place may be okay. We arrived at the motel late in the evening and basically just crashed in the room (family of four). The room was somewhat stuffy, so I turned the digital thermostat down to 70 from 74. When we woke up the next morning, the thermostat had reset itself to 74. […] No wonder I felt warm all night. Four people in a small room at 74 degrees. I complained as I was checking out, and they told me that this was an energy conservation measure. ALSO, on a different note, the hotel is on a one-way street (Paradise Road), and when you turn right onto Paradise from Tropicana Avenue, there are barriers in the road that prevent you from changing lanes to the left side of the road when the hotel is located. You basically have to veer across several lanes of traffic in order to get into the entrance driveway after you pass the barriers. Devamı

For the price is a great buy if you need to be close to the airport or the vegas strip. The major negative is the noisy room air conditioners that turn on and off continuously trying to maintain a desired temperature. Could not listen to tv or sleep well. Use the earplugs provided by the hotel!

The staff at the Hotel were very obliging in every way. Nothing was any trouble to them. They made out stay very enjoyable.

The hotel was of marginal value compared to the cost. The staff was diffident. Other than its location, there is little to commend it.

A very good place to stay convenient to the airport and the Strip. Comfortable rooms and great facilities combined with very helpful staff puts this hotel on my definite return list!

I enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. The vending machines, and the comfort, the pool and I really had fun

The McCarran Inn is situated in a perfect location close to the airport with transport both to and from the airport and the Strip. The hotel is very comfortable with good sized rooms and facilities. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. All in all a great place to stay - we'll be back!

I booked a room the same day and the only negative I have about my stay was that 2 girls stole the cab I was waiting for. That of course was not an issue or a negative for BW. I especially liked the fact that I could use the computer in the lobby and also print out my boarding pass - for free. Great stay. Thank you BW.

Cons: online pictures were decieving. The rooms did not look like the ones in the picture. Needs to have a mini fridge. The halls/elevators and doors/roomkey lock were outdated. Location is on a one way near a cross section so it was difficult to find sometimes. The location is very convinient if you need to quick access to the airport. Free shuttle with drop off and pick up.. Staff is outstanding!!

Spot-on place to stay the night before a flight. More or less at end of runway, but no plane noise. This hotel was nothing fancy, but its location to the airport is fabulous. The room featured a great bed, 32 inch flatscreen tv and a strong wifi signal. The only complaint I had was with the airport shuttle. The first one leaves at 5AM. I had a 6 AM flight. But, the proximity to the airport convinced me to use the 5 AM shuttle. Problem was - the driver […] didnt show up for work on time. Only after a major league "pep talk" did Allan the desk clerk agree to drive me to the airport.
