I don't mind this hotel. It was close to the BART station and that was nice. I didn't get very much sleep on the last two nights of my stay. There was a continuous track meet above me all night. It was REALLY LOUD! It sounded like buffaloes wrestling all night long! I'm not a complainer, but this was thunderous. I finally called the desk to complain […] about 4 AM and they told me there was nothing they could do; people were getting up at 4AM. I would stay at this hotel, but only if I got the top floor. It was our first time to stay in a Fairfield Inn and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and amenities of this particular property. Newly renovated rooms. Efficient shuttle service to/from the airport. Business Center/Library (I was able to quickly print out our boarding passes).Located near restaurants and convenience stores. Nice hotel except the microwave did't work very well and the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I normally love it. They always have nice rooms, a great fitness facility, and an above-average continental breakfast. I don't know what happened this time, but it was awful. The lady who checked us in was so rude. She barely acknowledged our existence and bitterly complained because there were apparently […] no king rooms left, yet hotels.com let us book one. She was so rude to us, it was shocking. She didn't even offer us parking, so I just used a pass from a previous stay. FYI, we paid quite a bit for a random Tuesday night stay. When we got to our room, my boyfriend called and asked what the password was to get internet access. She rudely responded that it was on the room key, and hung up on him. I don't know what her problem was, but she definitely needs a refresher on customer service. We put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, because I did not want to wake up early as I did not have to work that day. The maid, however, was incredibly loud. She was vacuuming a room on the floor above us at 6:00 a.m.! That is ridiculous and incredibly disturbing! She then proceeded to vacuum the room below us at 9:00 a.m. I could not believe that the hotel management permitted this. It was terrible! I asked for a late check-out so I could get a few more hours of sleep (since I was so rudely woken up at the crack of dawn), and the maid tried to open the door several times! Despite the "do not disturb" sign! I don't know what's going on with this place, but you might want to try Villa Montes, right down the street (El Camino). Not a great experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, but I have had good ones here at other times, so maybe this is just an isolated incident. Let's hope so. Devamı

Insdie the hotel was great for a business traveler but the outside area is not so nice.

Although this was just an overnight trip, it was perfect for my young son and I. The bed was comfortable with great pillows! (I always bring my own) We were able to make use of the jacuzzi and the continental breakfast was also great! My son loved the coffee cake muffins. This is a great affordable place to stay too if your planning trips in the City […] (San Francisco) and the staff was very very friendly. The only thing my son (age 8) didn't like was the view but for one night it really was irrelevant and the convenience of the hotel room we got was higher on my list. I recommend this hotel! Devamı

Close to airport, try last minute, its cheaper one day before arrival

Nice rooms with super comfy bed, but charging for parking and the horrible breakfast (though "free) kinda stink. There is a "business center" in the lobby that has a black and white (only) printer and they charge you for more than 10 pages printed. Good walkable neighborhood with terrific Italian restaurants to choose from.

Loved this hotel. If we had brought our 11 month old this would have been perfect as there is a sitting side and a bed side with the bathroom in the middle where the door opens wide as a seperator. Its like a mini apartment. The couch could be better but we didn't sit on it to long.

Good shuffle transport to airport. Lock to room door out of order. The hotel did not bother to fix it. Breakfast disastrous, except from fresh fruit. Nice room conditions

They charge $7.00 per day parking, said that they had advised Hotel.com to add this, but they have not, did not like that at all, on my search i was looking for free internet, parking and breakfast The Breakfast i did not like, it was like a cheap McDonalds, i would not include this as a free breakfast maybe coffee and bagels

Very comfortable bed and friendly staff. The room was more than ample in size.

It was a great hotel. Breakfast was just right. Nothing too heavy but it wasn't just donuts. I enjoyed my time. There are restaurants near by to help with late night cravings. The free way is close as well as the railroad. I did hear trains come by at night. The fan took care of the noise. It was a very comfortable stay. Hotel was very conveniently located to the SFO airport - without the noise of airport traffic. It was also only a 4 block walk to the Bart/Caltrain station for easy access to downtown San Francisco. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk to the Caltrain station for easy access into the city. We are Giant baseball fans and the train ends just a short distance from the park.

it is beautiful hotel and confortable bed. we stayed two night but first night I got so many bug bite... So I asked to change my room. second room was great and no problem..... There is a big jacuzzi. and confy chair at small garden!! I liked this hotel!

Det eneste gode ved dette hotel var at det lå relativt tæt på lufthavnen. Jeg ville en anden gang vælge et andet hotel - også selvom det lå længere væk.
