PepperTree Inn - Beaverton

I had extra roommates with ants roaming around in the bathroom and in my stuff on the vanity sink area. Parking lot also needs some work. Bed was nice for my style. Ok room for the price.

You can tell that it was an older hotel that they were trying to bring up to date. The remodel job in my room looks like it had been done by very inexperienced people. The desk that the tv was on, the side had plywood holding the broken side together. The security system cameras were broken on the back side of the hotel. nice rooms, good value, ok breakfast, lots of parking, nice staff. not much within walking distance but food and shops a short drive away.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. There were only a few channels on the TV, but the WiFi helped out with entertaining me. It was a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.

I thought this was a nice, clean motel with a central location that was very convenient. Map location does not show true location of motel. Map is about 2 blocks off.

This motel was straight out of the 70's or 80's. Way overpriced. Dissatified with the accomadations.

Old sheets, pillows, and building. Needs updating. The area is not bad. Conveniently located. About 5 minutes from I-5.

Don't be fooled by the new bed coverings in the photos - this place is still a dump.

For anyone who needs a ADA room. STAY AWAY I am unable to walk and so I am in a wheelchair. First of the bed in the room made it to where I could barely get my chier form one part of the room to the bathroom. Second the bed was to high for me to get into by myself. I ended up sleeping on the floor or trying to.(ended up leaving a night early) Also the […] TV in my room had to turned up to almost max volume to be able to hear and at some points that was not good enough. The lighting was all wrong and dark looking in the room. The bathtub was hard to get in and out of even when using the shower chair, All in all the room was not worth what I paid and will not being going back to there again. Devamı

I actually thought that the Pepper Tree Inn was a very nice place to sty while doing business. My room had a single coffee maker with coffee & tea, blow dryer, iron & board, microwave, mid size refrigerator (quite awesome I must say), great heating. Everything was really great including Continental Breakfast between 6AM and 9am. There is a strip mall […] about a 1/2 to a mile away with great eating places, awesome Asian BBQ, and a very nice and very homely Korean Restaurant with Authentic Dishes, and other shopping activites in the area.. Bed was comfy, service good and friendly. Would stay here again next time I'm in Beaverton.

noisy at night. the cops had to come out for a problem outside. There was someone trying to let them into our room at 11:30 AT NIGHT. It was not a restful place

From the extremely pleasant staff, in the lobby with a comforting fire in the fireplace to the spotless clean room, the 10 luxurious hours of sleep and topped off to a very good complimentary breakfast --- this Motel was a perfect 10 !

Room was very small, bed was a "queen" but was the size of a full, was very hard and squeaked. About 8 channels and around 8pm channels disapearred?? plus no tv guide. Said something about undergoing a renavation, which stopped at the lobby. rooms had out dated microwave, fridge, and a heater that didnt work. Pool was dirty and had leaves in it. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They moved us to a satisfactory room. They kept it clean and ready for use. The breakfasts were ample and delicious. Access to a computer was very helpful, as was access to a printer. Sorry we could not use the heated spa and pool, but the weather was too rainy and cold. Based on the price and how crowded Portland area hotels and motels were when we booked, we did not have high hopes for the Pepper Tree. We were surprised by how comfortable, cool and quiet our room was. TV was not the best, but, hey, I did not come to Portland to watch the TV.

The spa tub didn't work at all. Lots of kids running around the pool area and up the stairs long past 10pm made it difficult to sleep. Laundry area was one set of very old kenmores that still didn't dry even after an hour. It was a place to sleep.

Would never stay there again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Kids running all over the place making noise with no control from management. Terrible.

The clerks were so friendly and helpful. And we finaly found a hotel AC unit that was quiet but worked well.

The room was average. There were only 6 tv channels and 2 of those were in spanish. The pool and hot tub were fine but the decking surrounding it was broken concrete. Both nights we were there the pool was party central with guests screaming until 1 am. When the staff was alerted at 12 guests were trying to sleep they didnt do anything. Needless to […] say it was impossible to sleep at this hotel. Supplied breakfast was dry cereal and stale danish which you were unable to take to your room. the ventilation fan in washroom is too noisy, the room layout is not good. based on this, the price is little bit high. pool and spa is quite good.

No remote was in my room and it was typically dirty. The first night I got there, I wanted to cancel my reservation without even going inside to see my room. Later that evening, two cops pulled onto the property and were waiting outside of a hotel room about 5 rooms down from mine. While there, I heard about 15 cop sirens from my room. enjoyed my stay very much. The room was fine, with a fridge and microwave and excellent internet service (up to 8mb down, 2 up) via wireless (new routers are being added on the other side of the Inn). The food was great and healthy. There was fresh milk for coffee and cereal, hard boiled eggs, rolls, and make-your-own waffles, as well as real juice. […] They are going full blast at upgrading the rooms and Andy, the manager, wants to make Peppertree a first rate accommodation. The location was very convenient, especially for a business traveler, as there is a Best Buy, Office Depot, Target, and Fred Meyer in convenient driving distance.
