nice condo with great kitchen, 2 levels and 2 bedrooms. Primary complaint was the property was far from the beach whereas the photo on website shows condos right on beach. If you don't need beach access this is a nice condo. If you need convenient beach access look elsewhere.

Our condo in the Kohala section was more like staying at someones home than a hotel. All the amenities you could wish for - blender in the kitchen, beach chairs in the closet, even suntan lotion in the drawer - was provided. Everything was clean and tidy and the daily housekeeping service helped to keep it that way our entire stay. Just a very comfortable […] place to call home in Hawaii for a week. The location was outstanding, about a 10 minute walk to Brenneke beach (waves and body surfers), 5 more minutes got you to Poipu beach (calm waters ideal for swimming). 15 minutes the other direction was Shipwreck beach and the south coastal walk - beautiful waters and cliffs and sand dunes. While I hate places that charge a mandatory resort fee, at least here you get a daily newspaper, access to a free DVD library, free internet and local calls. I still wish they would just add the charge to the regular rate, but at least I felt like I got something for it. Devamı

Nice place, the room we had was actually a full condo-like room, with a kitchen an living area. There is no housekeeping though, other than to bring in new towels.

The resort is in a great location on the south shore of Kauai. The grounds and buildings of the resort are very attractive and well maintained. The two pools are 1-minute walk away and comfortable, but much less attractive than would be expected of a resort of this quality. The ocean was a mere 5-minute walk away and Poipu Beach, one of the nicest on […] the south shore, was a mere 10-minute walk away. A big plus is that assigned parking is immediately outside the unit. The layout of our unit was good, and we had a nice view of the grounds, but no view of the ocean. Our major complaint, a big one, is that our unit was much too hot, except in the morning. We knew not to expect air conditioning, but were shocked by the virtually non-existent cross-ventilation. The ceiling fans were far too inadequate. Because the unit was unpleasantly hot in the afternoon and early evening, we would not consider returning to this resort without some guarantee of greater comfort. Devamı

The room that we had was nicely remodeled - except for the doors . Wondered why they'd spend so much money remodeling and not replace them? The master was small, the bed was small and the floors were quite dirty. My wife and I were very pleased with the Poipu Kai Resort. Our unit was a spacious two bedroom unit with a view of the swimming pool and the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well supplied with the essentials. Brenacke Beach is only a five minute walk and Poipu Beach is just a little further. If you get stuck in an old, dingy, outdated room with grimy walls and cob webs all over the lanai like we did at first, complain. They did move us but not until after the first night, to a satisfactory unit, but they never should have had any guest who is booked for 6 nights stay in the unit we were first given. The second unit we moved to was much […] nicer. It just is a shame that we had to start out with a disappointment, as that tainted my opinion of the whole place. Devamı

We were expecting the same beautiful two bedroom condo we had last year. Instead we were upgraded to an amazing two story house. Three bedrooms, three and a half bath house in a neighborhood nearby. I only wish were were staying a couple of days longer.

Sometimes you see photos and it's not all it's cracked up to be. This was the opposite. The photos looked good but the rooms were amazing!!! They were clean, great location and the 2 bedroom units were huge!

Our unit was a two bedroom unit. Very spacious, beautifully decorated. Location was a short hop to Brenneke's Beach and Poi'pu Beach. Very pleased with our stay. We would stay here again.

had to change room 3x suppose to have a room with 2 beds 1 room was even under construction another was told to leave because owner was coming to stay.

Aston at Poipu Kai ist eine Privatwohnung und ist sehr hellhörig, wenn die obere Wohnung besetzt ist hört man jedes Geespräch. Zu weit vom Strand entfernt, das Preileistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu teuer, man muß den Schnikschnak vom Besitzer mit bezahlen.
