Legacy Golf Resort - Phoenix

I stayed three days. Pleasant staff, clean grounds, dated rooms and furnishings. Bedding was too soft and uncomfortable. If you are a picky business traveler NO. If you are a not so picky longer term traveler and don't need firm mattress it will do. The hotel itself is a 2.5 star rating. I gave it a 3 because no middle choice and it's okay. . NOW GOLF […] - very nice well maintained course, great Cobra rentals, challenging and very fun. Clubhouse is nice, good food, nothing fancy great sandwhiches. Very nice staff. Devamı

I recommend this hotel to anyone. Beautiful grounds and the rooms are very nice and clean.

We have stayed at the Legacy once before and will be back again. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Had a great stay!

Beautiful Resort but staff very pushy selling time share.

Been to this hotel several times. Tennis courts, lots of golf, shuffle board. Games for the kids. Pool big and always clean. Plenty of chairs to lounge around. Workout facilities. Kids had a blast. Grounds kept very nice. Room was perfect for our family. Staff was always friendly and willing to offer assistance.

Their specials are fantastic value for money - and still good value when they aren't available. The golf course is always in great condition and is one of the finest in Phoenix - and I've played nearly 20 courses around there. The grounds are always exceptionally neat and the facilities well maintained. The staff are helpful when required and always […] friendly. This was my fifth stay in five years - for 10 days. Excellent stay at the Legacy Resort. Grounds were immaculate and a fully stocked kitchen. Couldn't believe there was maid service daily in a condo-like setting. Pool and spa were beautiful. Will stay again soon.

This resort is far from satisfaction. I reserved 2 rooms, however they were so apart from each other. The staff told me that he would reserve adjacent 2 rooms, but it was all a lie. The swiming pool had no shade, so we had to stand all the heat through the day. I would never recommand this resort to anyone.

I was there for a conference and traveling alone.. I wanted to be away from the others at the conference and play a little golf as well. I was extreamly happy with The Legacy resort and look forward to retuning

The resort was beautiful. The service and attitude of the staff was great. We enjoyed our stay and our golfing experience as well. The golf course was beautifully maintained. The only drawback for us was the surrounding property did not have any stores within walking distance, as we did not rent a car. We stayed here for the BCS Football weekend and it was great!! The staff and amendities were perfect for our stay!! The Legacy Resort was close to the airport and surrounding attractions. I will return to stay at this property. Thanks

Great place to stay. Most accommodating staff when it came to golf lessons, tee times. Great experience. At check-in staff mentioned that it could be noisy on the bottom floor. We chose that anyway, and it was a bit noisy. View from bottom floor was great. Grounds are beautiful. Staff were great. this is a great place to stay with a family. We went to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. The girls could hang out in the living/kitchen area and I could get some peace in the king size bed. The jacuzzi tub in the room is wonderful, heated pool in the winter in AZ is a bonus. Clean, convenient, comfortable, wiht a well-stocked kitchen.

Excellend accomodations. Will definitely stay again.

Super clean, friendly, and well kept place. Nicest rooms we've stayed at in a long time. I only ever book 4-5 star places, the room here at Legacy put them all to shame. Huge jacuzzi tub, nice decor with a huge round table and chairs, kitchen with full-size frig, stove, microwave, etc... even a washer & dryer. Separate shower & commode area with its […] own sink makes the morning easy with 2-4 people. Would definitely stay again. The neighborhood is in a bad part of town, although the resort itself isn't situated in the bad area. This shouldn't really be a deterrent for anyone however. Very close to downtown and the ballpark. We arrived at this resort under the knowledge that it was a vacation club resort. For the price and a night in Phoenix, it was doable. The first issue was needing a parking pass. This was simply a guise to sit the guests down at the concierge desk to try and plug their time share sales. We avoided it by leaving and returning after 9:00 in the evening […] to pick up a pass. Late check out was non-exisitant. They were generous to extend it to noon, informing us it was $10.00 an hour after that rent charge. During the night it was hot, and a defective air conditioner ran loud and long, not once shutting off, at a frequency that managed to trigger a migraine headache for me, with the vibration and hum of the noise. When this was pointed out the next morning, they just apologized and told us they would have someone look at it. No credits for the inconvenience or complimentary offers. This is a Time Share unit, loaded with family activities, a late evening desire to relax by the pool was quelched by a family movie being presented at the pool, blaring quite loud, and the pool filled with kids, which is nice for family time, but a little annoying for someone who just wanted to get away. The rooms were laid out rather oddly, the king bed was comfortable, but right across from the kitchen sink, stove and fridge. Who sleeps in their kitchen? It was uncomfortable to wake up to and look at. Walls are very thin between the room connector doors, causing my already uncomfortable sleep to be more disturbed by very loud neighbors talking loudly, and clunking dishes around, in the unit next door while they were making breakfast. Only one restaurant on the premises. But close to all conveniences. Devamı

great place to stay, it was close to many places to eat, and its a great get away. rooms are clean, and very quiet. Forgot a few things, and the front desk was very quick to send them over. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Legacy Golf Resort.

12 min from airport, 20 min from scotsdale, 15 min from milld av and in a midlle of a golf course this very quiet residence with super equiped apptment is a perfect place to stay in phoenix Nice swiming pool too

This was a spur of the moment decision to stay in Phoenix and we could not have been more pleased with the last minute accommodations. This resort is also part of a vacation club, however, unlike other places we have stayed with similiar affiliations, we were not stalked and pressured to review their benefits of ownership. The stay was peaceful, the […] room beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was not only tastefully designed, but also family friendly. My children had a very enjoyable stay and we will definately come back next time we stay in Phoenix. Devamı

Our family enjoyed relaxing at this resort over Memorial Day weekend. We had time at the pool, ate out and went to a movie at the nearby Arizona Mills Shopping Center. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the nicely maintained grounds with lots of soft green grass! Only suggestion would that bbq grills be placed in the courtyard of each […] building, rather than way up by the registration area. The special rate we got made the Legacy an exceptional value! We arrived at the hotel and were checked in very quickly. The check-in is to the side and we walked to the wrong building at first. The parking places for the rooms are out in front of the buildings 1-10. We had a place right next to our door which was perfect for bringing our bags in. We left to see a movie and when we came back we had to park on the […] other side of the hotel parking lot in the last spot. All cars are suppose to have a parking pass and as we were walking back over half of them didn't. I do not mind walking but it would have been nice to park next to our room. Why give parking passes if you are not going to enforce it? That is my only complaint. The room was awesome and we plan to stay there next year. Devamı

The place was mangificent in elegance and style. Very friendly employees, nice food in the cafeteria and the sorrounding areas, very relaxing, very clean, everything you need for a great relaxing stay. In some other timeshare stays they try to push the sales pitch even when you book through hotels.com, but not here, what is very nice of them.

We found the hotel to be spacious, VERY CLEN, and well maintained.

The dining room was a disappointment; otherwise a great resort.

The rooms are very nice and clean, but service is extremely slow on check-in and the concierge was not friendly or helpful. We asked the staff if there was a computer we could use to check-in with our airlines and the concierge informed us her printer was not working. We then asked at the front desk and we were refused and sent back to the concierge […] (even after explaining her printer was not working). The concierge showed reluctance to even take down our information, then proceeded to give us incomplete instructions to the airport. Found staff were not courteous or helpful in the main office. Service in the restaurant was excellent. Beautiful resort for golf but located in an industrial/low-income area, far from other restaurants, art galleries and attractions. Devamı
