Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington at Rosslyn - Arlington

Only complaint was the mattress. It was a nice cozy room with friendly staff and a good buffet, but it wasn't the greatest night of sleep thanks to the mattress, which was small, too firm, and springy. Other than that, hotel was great,

We love Residence Inns for all the conveniences they offer-spacious rooms, comfortable beds, microwaves and refrigerators, free wifi and great locations. This hotel is a $5 cab ride (.or 25 min walk) to Georgetown and is located near a metro. They charge $14 for parking daily, which is high but less than other locations in and around DC. However, the […] hotel is a bit shabby and getting more so through the years. The furniture is worn in the room and there were several outlets that didn't function. The cabinets are chipped and the tiles, while clean, are old and should be freshened up. It.just needs some.modernizing and a clean up. The wireless is so slow I wanted to.scream. This location is convenient to the Metro and the sight seeing and the price is right. The only complaint would be that they don't have rooms with king size beds.

On a sightseeing trip with my family. This hotel is good and conveniently located. People at the reception were doing a good job. Room layout was good. There was no safety issues during our stay. Breakfast is average. Parking fee is high.

My husband and I stayed here while sightseeing in Washington DC. The hotel is so close to the metro stop, and a grocery store. The price of staying in a hotel in DC was crazy, and this was a better alternative for us. It's a quick walk to Arlington Cemetary, and the Marine Corps Memorial. The only drawback was that it was always really busy in the morning, and people were waiting to get your seat as soon as you were done eating. The hotel should add more seating. Clean, well-kept hotel in convenient location. Very nice complementary breakfast buffet. Be aware of $14/day parking charge (not unusual for this area however).

Terrific staff, helpful, nice suite. I only stayed 2 nights but would be good for an extended stay. Neighborhood is OK, Metro a close walk. Only suggestion I'd make -- extend weekend breakfast hours. I was there on a Sunday -- really crowded, no place to sit, not enough staff to restock breakfast items smoothly. The location by the Rosslyn Metro can't be beat! Highest praise for Maria - who worked at the complimentary breakfast (and the food was terrific.) I'll stay here again on future visits to DC.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend mini-vaca to DC. It's only a 5 minute walk from the metro which takes you directly to metro center, it's safe and well-lit and has a starbucks across the street and a chop't 4 minutes away. It was perfect having a pull-out couch for a friend to crash for the night, a kitchen which was stocked with utensils and the bathroom and shower conveniently separated so two girls could get ready at the same time. If you are visiting DC and would like to take in all the sights, this hotel is perfect! It is walking distance to the Metro which takes you directly downtown, only about 4 stops to the White House. Very expensive and found it unheard of considering I was traveling from Hollywood California. Normally your car will be valet and the amount due would be less than $5 a day.

This hotel is wonderful but it's too bad they only have queen beds--also the parking garage below has ample spots but the spaces are very tight. Still we loved the hotel for the price, the full kitchen and really nice space--except for that bed! This hotel is very nice inside, good furnishings, not over-done or posh, but not stark either. It was overall welcoming. The staff was friendly and prompt, and I never had a time where I passed the counter and someone was not standing there to help you. The room was very clean and had furniture and carpeting that was a little dated in decor, but were […] still comfortable to use. The large flat screen could be rotated 180 degrees to view from the living room or bed. In-room internet was by Ethernet cable for free with a code from the front desk, and pretty snappy. I was able to remote desktop to my home machine without any lag problems. I did not use the available wifi, which cost extra. The pull out sofa bed was about queen size with bedding in a plastic bag in the closet. Not the most comfortable (thin mattress), but good for the kids or maybe just that one night stay. Maneuvering in the small room after deploying the bed was tight, but manageable. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The sink area (outside the bathroom proper) was large enough for my wife and I to "spread out" our things. The "kitchenette" was clean and had a few supplies like plates and silverware, and a couple pots and a full-size dishwasher. The fridge and sink were full-size too, but the cooking surface was two burners inset in a glass-top counter unit that was too close to the fridge for my cooking-space tastes - not going to be doing any major meals here for sure. The table was about 4ft. square and had 2 typical dining chairs. The in-room safe was free to use, a change from hotels that charged me $3/day in the past for such a modern necessity. It fit two 17" laptops comfortably with plenty of room for other smaller items. The parking garage was a surprise extra at $12/day, but I am told this is normal for all DC area hotels. As a frequent travelers, my wife and I were completely satisfied with this hotel and staff. It is close to the DC area attractions and the Metro. We travel on business and pleasure many times during the year and we especially enjoy going to Washington DC and Arlington National Cemetary. Close to everything we wanted to see. Restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Pleasant staff and clean hotel.

Love it. It was within three blocks of the Metro. Clean, neat. I would definately stay there again.

I read that other people said parking was too expensive. However, I've worked in the Rosslyn area and know that the parking is a bargain and you're lucky to get it in the DC area. The parking has a great garage and the hotel is very conveniently located next to restaurants, stores, and the metro. wHY STAY IN wASHINGTON WHEN YOU CAN SAVE MNEY AND STILL BE 20 MINUTES AWAY BY THE METRO. THE HOTEL WAS ACCOMMODATING THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.

plus the convenience of kitchen. Breakfast if very good.

I loved the Residence Inn Rosslyn, The breakfast buffet every morning was awesome, Hot eggs, sausage, waffles, Oatmeal, fruit, toast etc. The location was awesome right outside of DC, We were there for our anniversary on New Years Eve, The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and meet our expectations. First, I loved my stay here! We walked across the street to Starbucks every morning, walked two blocks to the Rosslyn Metro Station (great train stop - easy to get to most places from it), and we could just stay in and enjoy wine and dinner at home when we wanted to - there's a refrigerator and kitchen. It was great. *One* thing to note: the parking […] costs $12 a day in the hotel, and they don't tell you that when they give you your parking pass. It just shows up on the hotel bill. Just keep this in mind. I was frustrated by this. The hotel's garage is safe and reasonably-priced - if you want to do street parking instead (which I don't recommend) bring lots of quarters and fill up every two hours. Devamı

In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Washington. Parken ist in der Region nicht bezahlbar. ca. 15 Dollar / Nacht kostet das Parken in der Tiefgarage, um welches man nicht herum kommt. Ansonsten erstklassige Zimmer, Buffet und Lage.

Excellent hôtel où tout est réuni pour faciliter le séjour. La localisation près de la station de métro de Rosslyn permet un accès pratique vers le centre ville de Washington. Les commodités sont complètes et l'accueil très amical.

El hotel queda lejos de los sitios turisticos pero muy cerca de la estacion del metro. Es muy cómodo y está en muy buenas condiciones
